Hands down my favorite place to grab a slice of pizza in the area, and probably my favorite pizza that I've had anywhere thus far. Portions are huge and reasonably priced. The building is kind of small but it is kept very clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Paulos has the best buffalo chicken cheesesteak I have ever had. To be honest I'm addicted to them but what kind of pizzeria closes at 7:00 on a Saturday night? One that can afford to I guess! Off to Valerio's for the best wings on the mountain.

We're from New York and when it comes to pizza, we've tried almost every pizzeria in northern queens. We've had our fair share of good pizza and bad pizza. We've also tried every pizzeria in the Carbon County area. Paulo's Pizzeria - thumbs up. Taste just like New York pizza...good New York pizza! Tucked away inside the shopping area, very small storefront, bare minimums layout...but don't let that stop you from trying them. My husband and son agreed that they have one of the best pizzas in this area. Not sure about the rest of their menu. Place is extremely clean.

Went 2 hours before closing. The Slices of pizza sold by the slice looked 10 hours old. Still my wife wanted one with eggplant. Was told they don't add eggplant to slices ( they only had a few plain cheese slices ) I read him the menu which indicated eggplant can be added for 50cents. Again he says he won't do it. My wife went two stores down to Subway and bought a sandwich while I waited for a veal parm hero. It was tough to chew and not very good. I've ordered from them before and the food was better and the staff much ore accommodating ( what would it take to add a couple of eggplant slices to a slice of unappetizing dried out pizza?) It's the last time I go there. There's another restaurant across the street .

Under new management...whole family got sick after eating here. Wife saw old man running his fingers through his hair then make food. Will never go here again.
