    Stopped in to meet up with family. Last Sunday. We were seated promptly. We were given water 4/4 of the glasses were dirty. Rather then apologize the waitress said "Well it's sanitized anyways but I'll get you new ones." When she brought them back they had clearly just been wiped down. But as to not be a hassle for her we didn't return them. Next we ordered. Food came within 20 minutes. One of the burgers looked as though it had been made solidly of mustard. We asked to have a new burger as so much mustard was ludicrous. Our waitress ignored our comment walked away then came back when she was ready. Waitress instead took the meal and split it from the bill. Without being asked to and gave attitude about it. Gave us the bill which had been served along with our meal. Then the 'general manager' Jeff came over to ask who's meal it was. With no apparent reason. Just wanted to ask. Then walked away. Our waitress and her coworkers stood about 5 ft away rolling their eyes at us. If you feel like being talked down to rushed out the door and having your plate ripped away from you then by all means go to this particular Sharis.

    This place is terrible. My mother waited in line just now for twenty mins. They sat two people that came in after her before her and when she had to ask to be seated the rude waiter walked away and ignored her. Not only does this restaurant have terrible food to begin with but the service is obviously horrible as well. We are talking about the Redmond Oregon location.

    Service great friendly, but my food, well my scrambled eggs were mostly liquid butter and hash browns too greasy. Let's say an emergency bathroom stop told the tale. Again I didn't tell server so not her fault, I did tell manager so they can train the cook.

    Food was okay, but the service was so slow. We waited almost 10 min. After being seated for our water and it didn't get any better throughout the meal.

    This was my 2nd time at Shari's, and it will definitely be my last. Don't get me wrong: I didn't go expecting high caliber offerings, but my grandmother wanted to go, so we did...as a group of 5. They served her water in a dirty glass that had a huge pink lipstick stain on it -- grandma only noticed after the glass was half empty, so it was too late to avoid drinking it. And no, she doesn't wear lipstick herself. When it was brought to the attention of our waitress, she was apologetic and got another water glass. When she brought it back, she launched into a weird speech that left us all sitting there looking at one another like, "What just happened here?" because she ended with telling us how she sometimes drank Pine-Sol as a child and that she turned out ok. Wait, what?! I guess this was her way of saying that a lipstick stain on a "clean" water glass shouldn't be of any concern to a paying guest. Seeing that we were all sitting there wide-eyed and wonderfucked, she left, at which point we agreed the Pine-Sol story was very probably true, though we couldn't agree that she turned out ok. Indeed, we felt sorry for her. I mean, who does/says that!? I've never experienced something so strange and off-putting from wait staff anywhere. As if that weren't enough to make for a bad experience, she did not offer to comp anything, did not offer a senior discount for grandma's meal, or even a free piece of pie -- these would be natural courses of action to take when you give a paying customer a dirty glass to drink from and it is brought to your attention. I never ask for comps; if any semblance of customer service is there, you don't have to ask. She also just rang up our bill and dropped off the receipt since she was getting off work -- she never asked if we wanted dessert, or another refill of our beverages. I wanted to summon the manager, but thought better of it; I don't want to cost anyone their job over a simple mistake, particularly in this case, since our waitress seemed to be perfectly oblivious. Let's just say the server was lucky we felt sorry for her. We agreed, as a family, to never eat at a Shari's again. The food was as decent as it could be after having been grossed out by the lipstick stain and then mortified by the strange speech given by the waitress.

    We received the worst service EVER at this location. Usually they are ok but on Friday night it was beyond horrible. We had a party of nine and had to move our own tables together (no big deal). The waitress would come and take our drink order, then come back 10 minutes later with no drinks. We had to ask 4 different times if they still had prime rib and finally on the 4th time she returned and said they only had 1 order left. We asked if they could sub out a steak for the same price since it was only 8pm and we were told no. The incompetent manager said that he did not have the power to do that. After waiting for close to 45 minutes, we only had 2 of the 9 drinks and finally got up and walked out. Sad part was that they weren't even busy! The absolute worst service I have EVER had at a restaurant. I will NEVER return to this location!

    If you want an ice tea I wouldn't go here. First we didn't see a waitress for almost 10 minutes and then once we ordered our food it was almost another 20 minutes before the food came. When it did, one of our burgers was so overdone that it was hardly edible. We set our glass of ice tea on the edge of the table for a refill, after 10 minutes and no waitress I walked to the front were I was ignored, by the manager, for another 4-5 minutes. After I finally got his attention to ask for another glass of ice tea and the bill, he said he would bring it out. I went back to the table and ate the last quarter of my club sandwich, our waitress came and took another order, and it wasn't until we stood up to leave that the manager came sauntering over with the tea and bill. He reached around us putting our jackets on to set the tea on the edge of the table. I took the bill up to him and said I didn't think that we should be charged for the tea as we barely had the first glass and after 15 minutes of waiting for a refill, we never got it until we were leaving. He then proceeded to argue with me that I had just asked him for the tea and the bill was not being changed. I said that's crazy that after 10 minutes of waiting for a refill, I had to get up and go ask for another one where I was again ignored and then forgotten about. Wow. So I paid full price for everything, including the $2.39 glass of ice water tea. Unless you like to pay for things you don't actually get and you want it to take over an hour to grab a sandwich and burger, I would steer VERY clear of this place. Bad food, Terrible customer service and the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired

    Just appallingly slow & poor service. Appallingly. Slow. If they had been busy then I could cut them some slack. It was not busy, they were simply ignoring the few customers that they had. This was strike three for me and this Shari's; I will not return.

    Ugh. Terrible service. After 15 minutes at our table, had to go find a waitress. Just got worse from there.

    Bad, Bad, Bad service...once we got seated, it took forever to get a glass of water, waited over 15 minutes to have someone take our order and it wasn't even our waitress. Once the food came, it was ice cold. It was lunch time and was not busy so I don't understand what was going on. We were only 10 minutes into the meal and the waitress brought our check...just a bad experience all around...
