I love this place!! Gyros are five star, gyros salads are superb. My favorite is the tabbouleh salad, it's awesome. Ozzie and his wife are sweethearts too. If the location were better, this place would blow up! (But don't go anywhere, you're close to my work!!)

Huge portions and very good and fresh. Nice little find.

I don't necessarily associate authentic Greek cuisine with hi-tech gadgetry, so you can imagine my surprise when I saw the woman behind the counter placing the beef from my sub and the contents of my gyro into a microwave oven. Now, it could be that I'm overly fastidious, but whenever I order a gyro or any menu item that doesn't require the usage of cold cuts of meat, I expect the meat in it to undergo either a grill- or, at the very least, a skillet-induced treatment rather than the molecular chaos of electromagnetic waves. Please stop using it, Ozzie's, or, at least, hide it from me so I can't see how my food is prepared. I want my food properly cooked, not microwaved. Granted, both the gyro and my beef sub were tasty, but taking technology out of the equation would definitely be beneficial both for the authenticity of your food, as well as for my (now a bit tainted) perception of it. Come on, Ozzie's, the cheapest Foreman grill is a mere $25 on Amazon. I can even let you use my Prime membership, so you can get it in 2 days, as my stomach usually aches for ethnic food on Saturdays and let's just hope that a rather vulgar language it (stomach) uses to demand that food still has Indo-European undertones to it. Please, don't force me to make a tough choice between orange chicken and burritos again, Ozzie. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

Hands down, best gyro I've had in Portland. Pita was perfect, good proportions of meat to lettuce and onion and tomato. Sauce was perfect and feta was very good. This place is off the beaten path and well worth seeking out if you are a gyro slut like I am. Gyro, salad and drink for under $10. Can't beat that!

I have been eating at Ozzie's for well over a decade now, and it gets better and better each time I have it!! Ozzie and his family are amazingly kind and hard working individuals, that make the best GYROS you'll have in this the city! Don't be scared to go for the SUPER GYRO, you wont regret it!!

Just made my first trip over to Mall 205 and asked a cashier at a nearby store in the mall if there was any decent food there. She told me about a "pretty good" pizza spot and "maybe" there was a sandwich spot by Home Depot. Wasn't in the mood for pizza so I checked out Ozzies. I certainly wasn't too excited about it thanks to a mall employee not even being sure it existed...in a mall with only two or three eateries. Well, it wasn't worth getting excited about. I ordered the super lamb gyro and a piece of baklava. The gyro was ok at best. Exactly what you would get from every other Kronos gyro spot on the planet. The gyro was huge, but unimpressive in every other way. Sub-par seasoning, generic tzatziki and a stale pita seemed to be the cornerstones of this unmemorable meal. Baklava was alright, relatively fresh. There are dozens of better gyro spots in Portland and it's surroundings.

It's been so long since I was last able to stop in here. So glad I did! Just as great as always. The majadra is now available as a salad plate. Try it, it's wonderful! Go inside Mall 205, it's SO worth it.

Love the ladies that work here!!! So sweet and always giving me new suggestions on what to get :) honestly EVERYTHING is good here.

My goodness the super gyro is huge. It's filled to the top. Nice big chunks of feta cheese. They also have a handful of peperoncinio at the top. I really loved it. The daughters are very nice and smile. I think mom could learn from their great hospitality.

Ozzies is the lone standing deli on the near abandoned end of Mall 205. They are a Mom and Pop Greek style deli who seem to be the nucleus of the various Mall 205 employees. They offer fresh and tasty breakfast/lunch options as well as delicious homemade treats. They are friendly, sweet, and accommodating.

  • Jenny W.

I eat here several times a week. I love it. It's run by Ozzie and he and the other ladies are always ready with a friendly smile and some quick delish food.

  • Hanna C.

I go way out of my way to get the AMAZING gyros made here. The gyros are perfectly done. Flavorful and filling. I am never disappointed. The customer service has always been great. The mall is a little disheartening, which is why there is almost never a reason for me to go there except for the gyros. The overly sweet lemonade is delicious if you like sweet drinks!

I have been eating at Ozzie's since the mid 1980's when they were in Gladstone! I continue to be a loyal customer all these years later because of the fantastic fresh food and excellent customer service. Their Veggie Express pocket sandwich is the best! Ozzie and Lulu are the so kind to all of their customers. They even deliver to our office!

  • Cody G.

The owners have been doing this for over 35yrs. And you can tell in the food and attitude. We will be coming back very soon, gyros are bomb and I added falafel to it.

  • Andrew H.

Pretty simple. A microwave was used heavily for the bread and the meat. The veggies were fresh and I asked and got several pepperoncinis on my gyro. Not the best, but not the worst. I've already had one pretty good gyro since living here and it's right in my neighborhood. This was right in the same mall as my job and it was close for a very pitiful looking mall (Mall 205). So yeah, that's all I have to say about this place.

Got the super lamb. Awesome! A ton of meet and very good! Was craving one and not disappointed!

  • Amanda L.

This is my absolute favorite place. The owners are so nice and make some really good food. The gyros are yummy and the bagel breakfast sandwich with gyro meat even better. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a sure thing. Try the almond chicken salad!

Always friendly, Excellent customer service! I usually get the Club Sandwich on Wheat and my husband will either get the Club Sub or the Combo Sub - always delicious! We've never had anything we didn't like. Very reasonably priced.

  • Chris C.

I love eating here on a lunch break. I always get gyros and a drink and chips. The food is nicely seasoned and doesn't fall apart while you attempt to eat it. One gyro is pretty filling and the pricing is reasonable. Ozzie is is friendly as are the other people who work there. Probably the only downside is that it is in the mall.

    (5)
  • Jarner M.

The food is ok. The people are very nice BUT it's in a super depressing mall where everything around it is closed. I'm sad.

  • David P.

This is a pretty solid gyro for me, it has almost everything I'm looking for in a gyro. don't get discouraged when you see them put the meat in the microwave right in front of you apparently this is one of the better ways to reheat gyro meat, it works great. They do originally heat the meat looks like every morning with an actual Gyro cooker. But to be able to serve all day you can't keep it on one of those cookers it will dry the meat so this method seems to actually keep the meat moist and tender when they serve it- just know that I'm about as anti-microwave as it comes, usually a waste of my taste buds and calories when anything is cooked in the microwave. I thought there was a little too much lettuce for me and the lettuce was a little soggy hopefully due to the warm meat, but if you're by 205 I'd definitely try them out I wasnt disappointed with my visit at all! Also a little tip if you like their Lamb meat or any of their meats they do sell it by the pound so you can go home and make your own Gyro so you have nothing you can complain about.

Good food, but instead of taking my order, the guy tries to talk me into buying a much bigger item for my 12 yr old son for $3 more. Just take the order and give me what I asked for bro. I won't be back.

Remember "The Road," where a man travels through a post apocalyptic wasteland with his young son in tow? It kinda feels like you're reenacting that movie when walking through Mall 205. The place is dark, desolate, and depressing. 2/3 of the stores are shuttered, and the rest look like they're barely hanging on. I half-expected to see a tumbleweed go blowing by on my last visit. But within this barren shell lies an oasis of Greek delight. Ozzie's Deli & Gyros is the one bright spot in here! So sad is the state of the mall that Ozzie's has a sign declaring "we are not going out of business." Good thing, too - because the food is amazing. We only discovered this place through a Yelp search for "baklava." Upon reading all the positive reviews for the gyro, we figured we had to try one of those, as well. All three of us opted for the special - a gyro, side of macaroni or potato salad or chips, and a drink. For $7.95, the price was more than fair, as the portion size is substantial. We had a choice of lamb, beef, or chicken. We all got the lamb. "When in Greece" and all that jazz, don'tcha know. Initially, we were unimpressed - even turned off - when we saw them heating the meat in a microwave. Normally that's a sin from which there is no returning. But in all fairness, it was an odd time of day - 2:30 PM - hardly the height of the lunch rush. So we reserved judgment until we tried the food. Our gyros were delivered to our table by the polite and cheerful owner. However, our side dishes were not. I had to go ask for them, and the owner's wife apologized profusely. I guess with the massive crowd it was hard to keep track of orders? /sarcasm. So, Ozzie's had two strikes against them before we even took a bite. But then we did take a bite, and all was forgiven. The meat was thick cut and delicious, even if it wasn't carved off a spit at some point before meeting its microwave fate. I suppose for the purpose of temperature control we can forgive 'em. The pita was thick and fluffy and freshly made, and the whole thing was crammed full of the usual suspects - tomatoes, onion, shredded lettuce, and a creamy/tangy tzatziki sauce. Considering there's a "super gyro" on the menu, this thing was pretty gargantuan. I can't imagine needing more. The side dishes (once delivered) were well received, too. The potato salad was chunky and had a heavy dill (and maybe caraway?) flavor that was pretty unique. Not overly creamy at all. Similarly, the macaroni salad was a little on the sweet side, but very enjoyable. And the baklava that inspired us to make the trek in the first place? Layer upon layer of divine, sweet deliciousness. It had nuts and honey and was appropriately chewy and sticky. Overall, the food is a 5, service a 3, and ambience, 0. Get it to go, double check your bag before leaving, and your problems are solved!

The best Gyros in town! Not only are they consistent but they have impeccable customer service! The Mac and Potatoe Salad is the Bomb! Not to mention the Baklava! YUM! I highly recommend! Delicious!

While Ozzie's specializes in pocket bread sandwiches, fans flock here for the gyros. With Thanksgiving in full force at the time of my visit late last month, I coulda tried one of the turkey sandwiches there as well. But my usual gyro bender kicked in like clockwork, so my mind had already been made up. The Super Lamb Gyro ($7.65) starts with handmade pita bread. A generous pile of thinly sliced lamb is piled on with cucumber sauce, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and feta cheese. I loved the portion size, and it made me stop for a bit to figure out how to best attack this beast without utensils. Juicy, tender lamb, perfectly seasoned. Fresh vegetables. I especially loved the use of red onion for extra color and presentation. Enough feta here to know it's inside the gyro. I found their version of tzatziki slightly runny, but refreshing and pleasing. I thought the pita was a bit too chewy for me, but it's easily fixable with a short time on the flattop. Flavor-wise, it's an excellent gyro. A few bonus points for the handmade pita. You can also get some tasty subs here. Several meat choices are available, such as the Super Sub (ham, turkey, salami). A few sub specials like the Supreme (ham, turkey, salami, pepperoni) would be a few cents more. Salads and soups (usually a couple of soup options per day) are also offered. Since Ozzie's opens for breakfast, there are bagels as well. The Bagel Gyro ($4.25) is the most intriguing. Never thought about topping a bagel with just cucumber sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, and feta. Maybe you can add some lamb to that as well for a few bucks more? For the sweet tooth, the desserts in the display case looked great. The panda had to channel some willpower to avoid going overboard. For the warmer days, Ozzie's serves YoCream Yogurt and slush drinks. My first impressions of the family: hard-working and serious. I like this place and plan to return in the future.

BEST GYRO IN TOWN!!! I've been coming here for well over a decade, and without a doubt every time is better than the last. Amazing quality ingredients, friendly service, and consistent taste. It just doesn't get better than Ozzie's! ORDER, EAT, AND ENJOY!

I love their gyros!! Just like home. Also, the sandwiches made with Bulgaria and stuffed in a pita are amazing. All of the food is great here. The owners are really nice. Enjoy some good gyros and other middle eastern deliciousness ^o^

This place was a little crazy to find, but had great food. I ordered the lamb gyro sandwich and sat down to wait. I was waiting for just a few minutes and they brought it out. ahhh... smalled wonderful and them somehow it actually tasted just as good. I think that if this place was a little closer to my normal haunts I would be a regular.

One of the best gyro's in town. This place is hard to find though. Took me forever to find them after I saw them on yelp. FYI they are INSIDE mall 205. Mall 205 reminds me of the old eastport plaza years ago before it closed so few stores and so depressingly empty. If I didnt have to deal with the parking I would come here more often, but having to come all the way inside of the mall for food sucks when you just want food. Food is a 5, the location is a two or three.

    (4)
  • adam p.

The inside of Mall 205 has turned into a waste land of sports card shows and beanie baby swap meats but the one reason you might venture inside is Ozzies Deli. The Gyro is the main attraction. Aaron W said it best "Juicy, tender lamb, perfectly seasoned. A few bonus points for the handmade pita." The Potatoes salad was also go and homemade with a peppery kick. Give them a try if you are in the neighborhood.

A gem hidden in an almost empty shopping center, don't let that deterred you, it worth your time to trek to SE totally because you will get the best baklava you can here in OR! Home made with the right combo of sweetness ( honey syrups ) and nuts and one would be enough!

    (5)
  • Marie M.

The food is great! In addition to Gyros, they sell a little of everything: baked goods, slushies, coffee, milkshakes, candy, and more. It reminds me of the old hodge podge restaurants that they used to have in the small town that I grew up in. It seems like so many of the fast food restaurants out there today are just franchises of the same thing. It is kind of neat to go somewhere privately owned and unique.

    (5)
  • Jennifer L.

I had my first gyro here and I was pretty impressed. The owner was nice. The gyro was loaded and very filling. I thought the pita bread they used was too chewy though.

Ozzie's is a great little mom and pop's operation. They are located right inside the shitty Mall 205 between Home Depot and 24 Fitness. They are the mall's food court. I ordered the lamb gyro. $4.95. Can't go wrong with that. The meat was warm, tender and juicy. The pita soft and fresh. The veggies, crisp and fresh. The tzeki was at the right tang. overall solid gyro. All and all Ozzie's does a great job. There aren't many places to pick up a gyro like this around here. I would hit up this place again when i'm around the SE neighborhood.

  • Glenn and Kristi B.

Talk about a surprise. I love places like these. You feel like it's not going to be worth it, but the food ends up amazing. I came here because I haven't had a gyro in a long time and decided I need a good gyro place to go to. Tried it out, and I am pleased to say it didn't disappoint. Let me put it this way. My wife wasn't hungry that day so I only got one for me. She took one bite out of it. Needless to say I was only able to eat a portion of my gryo. I should have bought more. I haven't tried any of their other dishes, but I can definitely vouch for their gyros.

I had the best chicken gyro ever today! I have been looking for a great gyro in Portland, and this is definitely it! They were very friendly and kind, and the prices were great for the amount of food we got! See you soon Ozzie's!

    (5)
  • Big D.

The chicken gyros are just seasoned strips of meat, not the traditional kind that is carved from rotating meat. The falafels tasted okay but nothing was cooked fresh for me, just microwaved.

    (3)
  • William D.

Best gyro I can find in the area. Great little mom and pop deli, everything is good and tastes fresh. The subs are humongous! I'm a big eater and struggled to muscle down 3/4 of a large one. A little hard to get to if you don't know where your going but worth the walk through what used to be mall.

    (5)
  • Oksana D.

The best gyros you can get, and who would've thought it would be at a strip mall?!? This place is nowhere near where I live or work, so the 15 minutes of driving for a gyro this good, is soooo worth it! 2 thumbs up!!

    (5)
  • kate m.

Holy yummy gyro!! Chalk another one up to yelp! There is NO WAY I would have checked this place out if I hadn't seen the reviews. Sure, I've been known to frequent both the Target and the Home Depot every now and again. But usually ignore the rest of the (s)mall. But now! Now I have Ozzie's which I declare has the best gyros I've had in Portland! (I haven't had Bertha's because I live really close to there and I've seen what it looks like in the light of day - we have a standing joke about the level of intoxication it will require to be oblivious to the layers of gyro grime) And Ozzie, what a sweetie!

    (4)
  • Christian B.

Ozzie's has the best gyro in town. I work downtown and have had gyros at many different places: restaurants, carts, you name it. But no gyro comes close to this little restaurant in Mall 205's gyro. They just have the right amount of meat, sauce, lettuce... it's a glorious gyro that Ozzie's makes. And if you're a fan of great gyros (and my fiancee and I have tried the super gyro and it's GIGANTIC) and delicious baclava, you have to give Ozzie's a try.

  • Heather B.

I grew up just off Burnside in this neck of the woods, and frequented Mall 205 back when it still had stores. I even got my first real job there. I remember the ice cream place, the film and camera store, department stores etc. As a 16 year old at Mall 205 with my first job, I fell in love with Ozzie's Deli. The sandwiches are fantastic, the gyros are top notch! I've had nearly everything on the menu. I used to get my sandwiches on a croissant, but they stopped carrying them. The hoof gobble was my favorite, but it's all so very good. No approaching 31, I still go there when I need a gyro fix. Ozzie and Lulu are top notch, the ingredients are excellent. Try the falafel! Try it all!

Yelp worked it's magic on me for this one. I was writing up some reviews for places in the Mall 205 area this morning and this joint popped up. Had lots of solid reviews and nearly 5 stars. The DH is a big gyro fan and as fate would have it - wanted to hit up Home Depot to scout out some parts for a prop we're making. Of course I suggested we get gyros first. He got the Special Gyro and it was bursting with awesome - he ate the whole thing and had no room to even take a bite of the lentil soup I offered him. My chicken gyro was equally tasty - I actually appreciated the onion straws being thin and not overbearing, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time picking them out and setting them off to the side. Just munched them along with the lettuce. Mine sort of fell apart on my plate (still having jaw pain and can't take big bites) which is fine cause I could munch the insides just as well without the pita wrapping. Very solid. It's such a strange location inside of Mall 205 and if I hadn't read the yelp reviews most likely would have passed it up for all eternity. Excellent work yelpers! You all win. And because you win - my belly won this afternoon. So outer SE folks, let's all do our part to keep this delicious family owned deli open!

It's sad to see that most of the businesses in this mall aren't around anymore. Mostly because this place is very good as far as authentic greek food goes and I'd hate to see it go out of business because of that. Good sized- gyros, very tasty.

Best gyros in Portland area hands down. You can't go wrong here for great food and price.

  • Lydia K.

great gyros!! big and delish. a great value. fresh veggies and pita bread. can't say enough...just go and try one for yourself! The deli is inside the almost deserted Mall 205 but it's worth the trip. nothing fancy about the deli, with seating in the mall area but you can't find a better gyros in the Portland metro area!

  • Tet W.

I've ordered the super gyro and their super lamb gyro salad. Both are huge and the price cheap! The gyro is flavorful with a good balance of vegetables to meat with just the right amount of tzatziki sauce. The gyro salad is also flavorful but it's simple and in the middle of the road in terms of quality and freshness. This is a good place for a quick pick up and go.

Yes this place is a complete pain to get to, yet totally worth it. Good, tasty, well flavored food. Everything is well priced and hugely portioned. I will definitely be back.

It sucks that Mall 205 is such a deserted place now, because Ozzie's really does make some good Gyros! Their other food seems to be good too, as my buddy got a sandwich and devoured it.

Okay so I had heard about this place on Yelp and being from the Chicago area i was dying, I mean DYING for a good Elephant Leg Gyro... Well I was pleasantly surprise.. We were on our way back from up near timberline when I had a craving and we called Ozzies about 25 minutes before we closed.. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and told me don't worry she would be there to take our order.. Well we ordered three of the Super-Gyros to go and two pieces of Baklava (sp?) ... Let me tell you they were both very good,...But, yes there always is one isn't there? It wasn't as good as Nicky's Red Hots in Naperville, IL but it was pretty darn close... I would go eat there again and will have to remember that this place is inside a mall and that they close at 7pm on Saturdays. Now if I could only find a good hot-dog (Chicago style of course) joint and pizza I'd be all set.. :-)

The wife and I had a Home Depot date on Friday night. We were looking for a spot to grab a quick bite because bathroom remodel discussions were doomed with empty stomachs low blood sugar levels. The Home Depot entrance is within sight of Ozzie's seating area, so this was a no-brainer. Location, location, location. (Ha, and you thought that Ozzie's location inside a depressingly empty mall was a drawback.) The basics of our meal were great. My (non-super) gyro was a nice size for less than five bucks. Th ingredients tasted fresh and it was on par with any gyro that I've had. My wife dug her falafel sandwich. It didn't look very sizable at first, in comparison to my gyro, but that thing had some girth to it and ended up being quite good. Overall, the service of this family business was great. They were very friendly. They went out of their way to offer us some cups of water midway through our meal because they were about to close and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. (This is in a mall food court, mind you.) The only bummer was that we ordered a side of potato salad and got macaroni salad instead... which was a little sweet for our tastes. That's not a big deal, though, because I'm sure they would have replaced it had we asked. I think that if I could ave convinced by wife to order tabouli instead of potato salad we could be talking about a five-star visit. Next time, Ozzie's. Next time.

Hands down the best gyro in town. I was bored one week and tried a bunch of gyro places this place has got to be my fave. I had my own gyro made. Lamb, bacon and humus! Delish!

I really never would have found this place on my own and even with all the positive reviews I wasn't convinced I wasn't about to make a terrible choice as I wandered through the abandoned shell of a mall to find ozzie's. Luckily I was wrong! The gyro was huge and delicious!

  • Danielle K.

NOM NOM NOM. Need I say more? Well, maybe I should just for the sake of hearing--ahem, reading--my own voice. HOLY MOTHER EFFING CRAP. This is seriously one of the best gyros I think I've ever had. Enormous and delicious. And under $5. Seriously! I kid you not, you could probably be good on a half. And their other pocket sandwiches are equally huge and amazing. Like the bacon sandwich (or what I'm now calling it the "baconator") with bacon, tomato, cream cheese, and lots and lots of avocado and lettuce. Heaven in a pita. And I'm officially giving myself a badge of awesomeness (like you didn't know that already, though). There are some uber-sassy Greek ladies working the counter and the kitchen, and it seems they are pretty no-nonsense, take-orders-and-kick-ass kinda gals. Short, snippy, attitude. But they told us we looked adorable. Awww! I love them! Can I just shrink a sassy Greek lady and carry her around in my pocket? Anyway, this place is definitely a SOLID five stars. Totally affordable, and you get more than what you pay for. And baklava. It's just extremely unfortunate that they're located at Mall 205. I mean, convenient for me, but if they moved this somewhere with more traffic, they'd have it made.

The food here is very good; as a vegetarian visiting a gyro stand, I had reason to be nervous but there were many, many options! I got the Mjadra pita and it was AWESOME - seriously tasted just like my mother's lamb burger but without the lamb - same mayo-ish delicious sauce and just the right amount of onions & touch of grease. Fresh, tasty pita bread which most places in town lack. My husband loved his falafel too and the prices are excellent. Would've been a solid 4 stars but for this: we stumbled out of 24 hour fitness starving on a Sunday and they were open specially (normally they're closed on Sundays) with 100% of their profits going to Hurricane Sandy victims! Working all day for no profit for themselves!! Love this family and their food.

I'm always looking for a good gyro but this place looks like it's a long bike ride. Can someone tell me if the gyro meat used here is the pressed, presliced variety or do they carve the meat off of a cone of gyro meat on a spit?

Okay, I'll let you in on a secret because I know you won't drive to Mall 205. It's hard to find a decent gyro on the east side of the river during the day. The best gyro in town (in my opinion) is of course at Big Bertha's, but what do you do when it's high noon & you just can't wait until 9pm for lunch? You go to Ozzie's that's what you do. I know what you're thinking...why not hit up Nicholas? Because my office is in the Montavilla hood. Now I know Ya Hala is down the street, but they don't have gyros & a schwarma just ain't gonna do it. So, on with the actual review. Ozzie's is a no nonsense little deli with sassy Greek ladies running the line. There are tons of sandwiches on the menu from. Everything from subs to deli sandwiches, and my fave- "pocket sandwiches"...the menu is seriously huge. When I crave a gyro during the daylight hours, this is where I go. They may not roast their own lamb, but its still damn tasty & cheap. $5 for a huge gyro $6.45 for the super gyro (which I've never tried cause I can hardly finish the regular gyro!). I've also tried the Vegi Express sandwich which I absolutely adore. They even have delicious homemade lentil soup... mmmm. I've never ever gotten anything I didn't like here. My only criticism is that they're not more conveniently located... it's a bitch to walk through a strip mall just to get tasty treats. Not that that's ever stopped me:)

Hidden in the mall Flat bread lamb and tzatziki Gyros mess for all Buried inside the shell that used to be Mall 205 is this little family run deli. Sometimes Ozzie is behind the counter. Other times his wife. I'm no gyros expert but the Super Gyros here are my favorite. Piled with meat, sauce, lettuce and tomatoes...all fresh. The bread is understated so the tastes get mixed through. Its great.

I have had many gyros, and they are buy far one of the best awesome places to eat ! All their ingredients are fresh and it makes you wanting more. If you look around the mall you will know why they are the only one still in business. Hands down, the best of the best, plus the owners that work there are wonderful! Thanks for making such great foods!

I just had a fantastic gyro with macaroni salad here. Great service, awesome food!

The food at this deli is absolutely delicious. From their gyros, to bagels, to that killer macaroni salad - you cannot go wrong. And, let's not forget their delicious fresh banana milkshakes!!! You could not ask for friendlier and more caring business owners!

Ozzie's has a wide variety of express foods like gyros, falafels, sandwiches, soup, smoothies, and even YoCream. I got a falafel which was very good. The only down side I guess is that it is inside Mall 205, which is so desolate. I was there on a Thursday evening and a few families were with their kids in the nearby play area. This is a great place to grab a quick bite to satisfy your hunger.

Gotta say.. Pretty damn good gyro sandwich. A hole in the wall place but worth the trip. I tried the super sub too, it's was also tasty.

I love this place!! Gyros are five star, gyros salads are superb. My favorite is the tabbouleh salad, it's awesome. Ozzie and his wife are sweethearts too. If the location were better, this place would blow up! (But don't go anywhere, you're close to my work!!)

The best joint in the mall 205 food court...wait it is the only joint in the food court. Really killer Gyros and nice family staff

  • Harold H.

    (5)
  • Oksana D.

The best gyros you can get, and who would've thought it would be at a strip mall?!? This place is nowhere near where I live or work, so the 15 minutes of driving for a gyro this good, is soooo worth it! 2 thumbs up!!

  • Wednesdey E.

    (5)

    (5)

This is my absolute favorite place. The owners are so nice and make some really good food. The gyros are yummy and the bagel breakfast sandwich with gyro meat even better. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a sure thing. Try the almond chicken salad!

  • Nikki R.

I'm sad.

I had my first gyro here and I was pretty impressed. The owner was nice. The gyro was loaded and very filling. I thought the pita bread they used was too chewy though.

The chicken gyros are just seasoned strips of meat, not the traditional kind that is carved from rotating meat. The falafels tasted okay but nothing was cooked fresh for me, just microwaved.

Best gyro I can find in the area. Great little mom and pop deli, everything is good and tastes fresh. The subs are humongous! I'm a big eater and struggled to muscle down 3/4 of a large one. A little hard to get to if you don't know where your going but worth the walk through what used to be mall.

Good sized- gyros, very tasty.

great gyros!! big and delish. a great value. fresh veggies and pita bread. can't say enough...just go and try one for yourself!

It sucks that Mall 205 is such a deserted place now, because Ozzie's really does make some good Gyros! Their other food seems to be good too, as my buddy got a sandwich and devoured it.

  • Lauren M.

Try it all!

way too good for mall chow.meat way good baklava way good.wife hates tzatziki sauce but loves em without.staff is very friendly, enjoyed but couldnt finish in one sitting, perfect now i have a snack for later.highly recommend only drawback is the walk through the mall to get to them.this place in the right place would be the next big thing.

The food is ok. The people are very nice BUT it's in a super depressing mall where everything around it is closed. I'm sad.

I love this place!! Gyros are five star, gyros salads are superb. My favorite is the tabbouleh salad, it's awesome. Ozzie and his wife are sweethearts too. If the location were better, this place would blow up! (But don't go anywhere, you're close to my work!!)

Fresh vegetables. I especially loved the use of red onion for extra color and presentation. Enough feta here to know it's inside the gyro. I found their version of tzatziki slightly runny, but refreshing and pleasing. The Potatoes salad was also go and homemade with a peppery kick.

The owners have been doing this for over 35yrs. And you can tell in the food and attitude. We will be coming back very soon, gyros are bomb and I added falafel to it.

It's been so long since I was last able to stop in here. So glad I did! Just as great as always. The majadra is now available as a salad plate. Try it, it's wonderful! Go inside Mall 205, it's SO worth it.

I eat here several times a week. I love it. It's run by Ozzie and he and the other ladies are always ready with a friendly smile and some quick delish food.
