Been about 15 years since I have had Dominos, so sure put them to the test tonight. Ordered after 10pm and was happy overall. New to area, just got in from long biz trip and tired, so wanted something good and delivered. The APP is simple, has great features and the updates it provided were spot on. Delivery was seamless. Quality was better than expected considering I customized the whole pizza and paid over $25 for a 12" pizza. Got deep dish like we did as kids, glad we did. Give them a try.

We've always had great pizza here. We usually order ours online, so we've never had any customer service issues. Delivery drivers have always been nice. My only advice is: DO NOT ORDER THE WINGS! I was so disappointed in the quality, they're like steamed or thawed, they're tiny with hardly any meat. It's like meat & slime. I got mine plain, because I didn't want a big box of sauce drenched wings to cover up the lack of quality. But, ordering them with sauce would've been a huge improvement. I had to put my own seasoning powder on them & bake em in the oven to make the rest edible. I'm so bummed we wasted $12.99 on those. Wings at 7-11 next to their location off Scholls is better than these. Pizza = good!

We just finished eating our two pizza's that were made perfectly. Domino's Pizza usually puts a garlic butter on the bottom. I'm not partial to it. I placed my order online. I didn't see any spot for altering the order. I called the store directly. Ali was nice helpful on the phone. He put me on hold and made sure my order was just how I desired. When I arrived at the store for pick up, my pizzas were right on time. We have been ordering from this store for over 10 years. They just keep improving : )

Ordered online over an hour ago, called to see what happened with it, and amperently they cancelled my order. They said that they tried to knock on all the doors, (even tho I noted to call me when they were here), claimed they called and said I gave them the wrong number but I checked the email they sent me and I put the correct number. I asked for a discount but instead the manager said I had to pay the full amount and called me a liar. VERY RUDE MANAGER!!! Will never go here.

I'm not going to cry about this Dominos not delivering to me like some people, Kevin...I'm smart enough to understand that Dominos is a franchise, and as such, is not able to set up their own delivery areas. I also understand that a sale is not worth going out of area and getting in trouble with the Franchisor. I'm also not going to be a passive aggressive baby and leave a crappy review about service I did not receive through no fault of the business. I will say that I walked into this Dominos the other day and got great customer service. My wife and I were taking our son to the park and ended up right next to this store, so we decided to stop in. The gentleman at the counter suggested changing what we ordered a bit, as it ended up saving us several dollars. That alone is rare, when does a company go out of its way to save you money? We sat and waited and the staff talked among themselves. They were entertaining, and I could tell they were having a good time(God job manager!) but they probably thought we couldn't hear them, as one was also singing. The pizza was good and fast but above all the customer experience was awesome. This was also on a Saturday when most people don't want to work. We will be back soon.

What sucks is I usually love dominos... Instead while staying at the portland value inns (by the way don't do that either). I was transferred to 3 total different stores and it seems all of their range bubbles exclude this little tiny sliver of portland. If someone had just said so I could've called any other pizza place but after 3 different dominos and four phone calls I'm pretty aggravated Nd someone should have told their driver just go the extra 300 yards. Seriously you are in a CAR. This isn't hand delivery. Take a piece of paper and draw three circles they all must interconnect because that's what they say they do and tell me what possible mileage range could be so hard to put in that center space. Their loss because though I'm a value shopper for hotels and food I tip very well.

I've ordered five times from this location, three times had delivery and twice came in to pick it up. Before this, I was going to a Pizza Hut in Hillsboro when I lived there that was utterly awful, but I always thought I loved the pizza. Imagine my surprise to find that Domino's had practically double the types of toppings and triple the flavor. Not to mention EVERY other time at that Hut, my pizza was a disaster. The five times I've ordered from here the pizzas and sides have been absolutely perfect. Maybe I'm bias because other pizza places I've gotten food from have been nightmares...not sure. But I know we are always pleased with what we get. Every time it has been two pizzas, they've had ten tries to fuck something up but they haven't. It's been done every single time right on time. We watch that tracker and we've been super surprised to hear a knock on our door when the tracker said still baking. The pizzas and side were perfect that time too, less than forty minutes. As a note about my review, we order online, so far the delivery people have been friendly and nice and the two times we've picked up they had it ready to go and just handed it to us. Honestly, we haven't had that much of an interaction with the staff. I can't comment on that other than everyone seems to be doing their jobs, because I get what I want on time. As a bonus, I'm not a crust person, I typically don't touch crust on bread or pizza. They season their crust with spices and herbs that make it just as delicious as breadsticks, this is the only pizza where I eat the entire thing.

Carryout here is a joke. No greeting, no thank you, and no smile. I don't mind getting delivery from here, but interacting with "too cool for this job" teenagers is not worth saving money on a delivery fee. If you don't like your job, don't work there.

Bailey Janelle Voytko Domino's Pizza 1 hour ago near Beaverton The other day I went to dominos to get a carry out pizza. I went in. Standinh there waiting for 10 mins for someone to even look at me. than i Ordered my pizza. I wait waited 30 mins for it to be made. While waiting the employees were just sitting there talking, laughing, being very loud and unprofessional. After I see a pizza up on the heating stand. After it being up there for about 5 mins. I finally ask. They all gave me the dirtiest look ever. When they were bringing it up to the counter I told them that they are very unprofessional. They said no we are just having fun. That's when I laughed and just walked out. Than today when going today to get the $4 large pizza... The same people were working. As soon as I walked in the door. Made eye contact. One employee, she calls out to the other employee and says look who it is... They both start laughing. My question is what kind of people do u hire? The most terrible service ever. I will never go back to that dominoes again. Maybe never even a dominoes at all. I'm disappointed... Cause this is my favorite pizza... And your employees ruined it for me.

This is not the first time I have a serious issue with this store. But it will be my last. In the past, I have watched via the pizza tracker as my pizza has sat at the store for over 15 minutes and then taken another 15-20 to arrive at my door. Yum, good pizza. In fact, I complained and was given a credit on my account which for some reason I've never used. Today, I ordered pizza via the android app on my tablet. The pizza actually left the store in a timely manner but it never seemed to arrive. I check my phone only to find two missed calls from the pizza driver. Apparently, he does not have my apartment number. I double check the app and sure enough, my number is clearly listed. I called the store and explained the issue. The worker told me that there is an issue with the android app that prevents it from communicating the number to the store. That seems unfortunate as Domino's has launched that recent campaign encouraging people to use the app to order. Anyway, the worker implied that this is my fault for not answering my phone. I asked him to get me my cold pizza so I could be done with Domino's. Out of curiosity, I actually called the store back to see if I actually did have a credit from the previous bad experience. I'm not one bit shocked to report to you that I do not have any such credit on my account. I like Domino's. They really did a great job of improving their pizzas. However, I will never order Domino's again. Ever. From this location or any other.

A few years back, we responded to the ad campaign that suggested folks give Dominos a try. Boy are we glad we did. It used to be that Dominos was the cheap pizza choice for college students. We have never been disappointed with the food from dominos. My husband loves the philly cheesesteak, and I love the pacific veggie. The tracking feature is handy to follow and anticipate about when the pizza delivery person will arrive. The white sauce is very good. Once in a while I will go to pick up the pizza, and it is a pain to go to this location because one has to drive into the parking lot, go across numerous speed bumps, and travel to the far corner of the shopping plaza. To make it even more unpleasant, there are people smoking cigarettes near the front door of the Dominos. We always use the online ordering feature. Although my all time favorite pizza is from another pizza joint, they are so much more expensive, that I will 9 times out of 10 get Dominos.
