Great locally owned diner! The food is excellent, the prices are very affordable and include daily money-saving specials, the staff is wonderful and get to know their regulars, just overall an awesome little home town diner. The only downfall about the entire place is that because it is small, on busy days (i.e. Saturday mornings, festival days, etc.) you sometimes have to wait a while for a booth to clear out so you can get a seat. There is almost always some open seats at the counter if you have a small party, but even if you have to wait for a table for a larger group, it is well worth it! We live nearby so this is a pretty regular stop for our family, and I definitely recommend it to anyone. We have yet to be disappointed by anything we have tried so far!

Awesome, cheap food! I had the chicken fried steak dinner with mashed potatoes for brunch, and the thing was so tender I tore off chunks and ate it with my hands. I'm coming back for sure when my travels take me back to Tahlequah.

Beans = ok. Burgers come in one form only: thin & burnt. We tried for medium-well but the waitress said "he tried" not to overcook it but just couldn't do it so my fiance was forced to eat a burger he didn't want. Sigh.

Great local diner! Went for breakfast and had the pancakes. Good diner food, don't come out stinking like a greasy spoon, very friendly staff, a locals breakfast joint. Definitely recommend it!

if you are looking for a great winter pick me up, try the grilled cheese and stew or tomato soup special. i had mine with an apple pie, and it made for a filling lunch.
