A 5 star for this restaurant. Having recently moved to the Texas panhandle I have been greatly disappointed in the quality of food and service in the restaurants I have visited ..... until now. Gusto's has won my heart! The food that we ordered was superb...appiletizer, salad, and the entrees! It is apparent that the chef has been formally trained in his art! The wait staff is efficient, professional, and very friendly. The owner was friendly and interactive with the guests. The menu is enticing with original recipes while being moderately priced. It is well worth the 45 minute one way drive time. We will be back soon!

I am from OKC and we have some great food. My work has brought me to the town of Shattuck OK, I have to say that Gusto's is a restaurant I go to feel like im I am not in such a small town so far from the foodie paradise that OKC has recently become. I would recommend Gusto's to anyone passing through this part of the state.

I am updating my review because I have been back several times and each time the place just gets better and better. The owner ALWAYS stops to say hello, which is a super special touch. I can't begin to describe the Pork chop dinner. It's amazing. Along with a crisp salad, you are given a huge pork chop which is so tender and perfectly cooked you don't need a knife. The is served with this amazing Mac and cheese, and when I say amazing, I mean amazing. I can't get enough of the Mac and cheese. The prices are super reasonable and they've added some yummy beers to the menu as well. Great atmosphere. I'd give Gustos a 10.

Since this place is new, I'm sure they will iron out the kinks. Right now things are just not that great. My pasta was over cooked and the sauce tasted like it was straight out of a can. The service was great and the prices are reasonable. They have the potential to be great if they make a few adjustments in the kitchen.
