We all came here (6 of us) after an all day motorcycle tour from bixby to gibson lake. We all ate something different. Everything from asada tacos, mushroom burgers, to grilled blackened shrimp. No one had a single complaint and the place was packed. It was a Sunday at 9pm. We loved it and will def be back!

Stopped in on a Friday night around 5:30 with my parents because this place is practically next door to their house. We got there just in time and only had to wait a couple minutes to be seated. After that the front lobby was packed and people were waiting quite awhile. We had the Sooner Fries for an appetizer. They were better than I expected. The fries seemed to be fresh hand-cut fries and the ranch dressing tasted homemade and was amazing. For my entree I had the Grilled Chicken breast with wild rice pilaf and steamed vegetables. The chicken was seasoned well and the rice had a good flavor but was a little salty. The steamed vegetables, which came out about 5 minutes after my entree, were better than I expected. It consisted of broccoli, squash, carrots and green beans. They were perfectly cooked, soft but not mushy with a bit of a crisp still. We received good service and this place seems to be packed every single night. They could definitely use some more parking. The restaurant is pretty loud if you're in the main part. It has high ceilings and loud music. Would not recommend if you actually want to carry on a conversation. From what I've read about the owners and management, I'm very happy to see the success they've already achieved and I hope they keep it up. This place is a gem in the middle of nowhere.

Our first visit here, and true to the reviews, the food was good, and the beer selection was better than some large chain eateries. Service was great and our food arrived without delay and was hot and very tasty.

A fun place to visit. The French fries were the best. Had a burger. It was good, not spectacular. Onion rings were good as long as you like breading. All in all, a good experience; however. I don't know if I'd drive out here again. It a far bit from Tulsa.

The restaurant was super busy when we arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night. So we waited about 30 minutes for a table. I can believe it since there is no restaurant close within 10 miles. We got to our table and order drinks and appetizers. We were with friends and so we ordered salmon and chicken tenders and our friends ordered filet and ribeye sandwich. Overall the food was ok. We will not be going back. Since we live in tulsa we have more food options to choose from and it is a lot closer. Our waitress was awesome she was the only one busy when we saw a bunch of people just standing around. We went for the experience and will not be returning.

Great prices. Equally great food. I had the fried catfish, Sooner fries, and corn on the cob. My wife had the grilled salmon. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. We will certainly be back.

It's a joint with bar food. It's not bad food, nothing spectacular. It's a nice looking place but look a wee bit closer and notice the chairs and barstools are pretty cheap. I don't know how long this one will be around. This far out you have to on point and get it right every time.

I really wanted to like this place. The food is really delicious and the place is clean and the staff is friendly but it's so disorganized. It wasn't even that busy when we went. First, they switched our waiter and he never checked on us. My friend had to go get his own beer. They didn't charge us for it but still. By the time our food came we were all so hungry and miserable that we were just happy to eat. I had the catfish which was really good, a little salty. They left my friends bacon off his burger so he had to wait even longer to eat. Good kids menu. They give you collectible cups but they're black so the waitstaff can't see when your drink needs to be refilled. Once the good waitress started taking care of us it was better but it wasn't fun. The concept was good but they just weren't equipped to deal with such a quick success. Also, tons of bikers.

The food is good. One of our group got the rib eye sandwich and claimed it was one of the best. Wings are good, too. Bring your friends!

Picked this place from Yelp reviews. Really enjoyed our lunch! A newer, standalone facility with tons of HD TVs and a nice sound system. Started with chips and homemade salsa which was chunky and delightfully spicy. Next had an order of excellent onion rings. Lightly breaded and fresh. Some of the best I've ever had. We had burgers and fries. The burger was good and the fries were fresh, hand cut and double fried. They were very good. Also had a deep fried catfish dinner for $11 which included two sides. Had a salad and baked potato. Everything was very good. If I was a local, I'd be a regular.

Good pub grub at a reasonable price. Service can be slow. Been there when we waited over 10 mins to get a drink order in and that was only because we flagged someone down. I'm understanding if the place is packed but when wait staff is standing around talking obviously it's not busy. They have a decent real beer selection. For those of you not familiar with real beer, you won't see this stuff advertised on TV. Every time I've been in here everyone is friendly. If you can get a drink order in, relax and enjoy the environment. Nothing fancy just decent food.

This is a brand new construction restaurant and bar. Most likely the best food in or near Catoosa! I had the catfish and my wife had a great steak burger. Onion rings were spot on and the sides were above par. The place was very nice and spotless clean. The service was diligent and the food came fast. I hope they add a patio...the bikers appear to have found it already and it would be great if they loitered outside...in the breeze...where I can't smell them.

Any new venue in this greater metro area is always met with throngs of Oklahomans looking for something exciting to break up the mediocrity. Sadly, I Don't Care Bar & Grill doesn't do much to excite or set itself apart from the countless other eateries in OK other then it's whimsical name. The decor is the typical midwestern mix of cattle ranch themed steakhouse and sports bar complete with gaint televisions and local sports team's memorabilia; however my wife appreciated the purse hooks underneath the bar and each table. The staff was cordial enough but our waitress let my drink dry up twice and there were times when we had to seek her out. It was a busy Friday night and she may have been new at the profession so I'll let it slide this time. If the food was special I would let most grievances slide. Unfortunately the menu was a disappointment to me as it was a short list of the same standard bill of fare offered everywhere else. The only items that could be exceptional were Paula's fried bologna sandwich, Jimmy's ham sandwich with BBQ on it (BBQ on ham is seen in the Pittsburgh area but not usually around here) and the ribeye sandwich. I ordered the ribeye sandwich as my entrée. Now there are two things that I encounter when eating out that really aggravate me, first is dirty greasy menus and the second is when what is written on the menu isn't what is delivered to the table. IDC's menus were clean but the ribeye sandwich as listed on the menu comes simply on a hogie with pickles and mustard. Mine came without the mustard and on undergrilled slightly soggy Texas toast, time to decide to seek out the waitress and eat cold food or press on and hope she appears before my erred, but still warm, sandwich is gone. So much for carefree dining. I will say that there are a few positives of IDC. First I ordered my ribeye rare and it was cooked to perfection. That is no small feat in these parts as most places around here can't cook a steak correctly. Also, the onion rings were outstanding, as were the chicken strips. All-in-all we will go back later and see if IDC makes future improvements. It's not a bad bar & grill but there's nothing here that makes it a favorite. I'll be sure to update if that changes.

Love, love IDC! Home-made fries, delicious steaks.. A bit pricey, but servings are large and if you want a steak for less, the rib-eye sandwich fits the bill! Give 'em a try!
