Kens ribs are the best in Oklahoma. Don't waste your time with the sauce, the ribs are best eaten without any add-ons. Sometimes the front of the restaurant smells, so ask to be sat near the back. PS: Ask for the Texas Toast after your meal so it's hot, add butter and honey; it's the perfect desert!

Great little restaurant with an authentic small town atmosphere. I generally prefer a ribeye when eating steak, but their sirloin was perfectly cooked, juicy, and the price was right for a 12oz steak. The rib appetizer was excellent, and no sauce was needed. They would have gotten 5 starts had they served beer and wine. Well worth the drive from OKC.

Even though this is a drive for most it is absolutely worth it! We have taken friends from out of town and they all rave about it. Prime rib and the smoked sausage are my favs. Salad bar, block of cheese, beans, and okra all at your finger tips-yummy. Wish this place was up the street but worth the hour drive every time

Great value. If you leave hungry... It is your fault. We eat here every time we travel to Oklahoma. Kens never makes us sad. If you like dry rub style smoked meat that showcases classic beef flavor... This is the place for you. Generous portions, all you can eat salad, beans, and okra.

Excellent steaks, ribs and marinated grilled chicken breast. You always get a complimentary rib and they are wonderful. Tasty, juicy and tender....no sauce needed. Steaks are the same. Well prepared as ordered and tender. HIGHLY recommend. Salad bar comes with meal which includes your beans and okra unlimited. Well worth drive out of town to enjoy this good and establishment.

I heard alot of good things about this place so I decided to try it out. I was not impressed at all. The tables are really small and the walk ways are too so you end up almost knocking dishes onto the floor. I ordered the prime rib medium well and it came out medium rare so I had to send it back for them to cook it more. My friends steak was the same deal. I would say the steaks are average for a steakhouse. The steak knives on the other hand are really dull and poor quality, we all had to work to tear are steaks into peices. I didn't like how the baked potatoe came out plain and the sour cream on the side tasted like it had wasabi in it. The free ribs they set out in a basket were tough and dry. Bottum line is I would not return if this place was across the street from me let alone a 50 minute drive.

I have heard about Kens for years and finally decided to go check it out. Came in and got seated without waiting. Very nice and efficient waitress took care of our table. Very simple but fresh salad bar. They gave the table 4 ribs to try. They were just ok. I ordered the Prime Rib with baked potato. The baked potato was done in foil so it tasted more steamed than baked. It was served with mounds of Butter and sour cream. I ordered the Prime rib rare. It was served more like medium rare. It was the toughest and smokiest prime rib I've ever had. If you really love smoke this is the place for you, it was way over the top for my taste. That meal with a drink and tip was $33. A bit high for a meal of that quality. I won't be going back but it's worth a one time trip just for the hole in the wall experience.

Ok, I have to start out by saying that this place is hard to find. It's virtually in the middle of nowhere, but it is well worth the drive. If you are looking for a place with ambiance, this is not the place for you. Ken's is about one thing serving good food. There are two dinning rooms and in the kitchen is right in the middle of it all. You can watch the cooks as they prepare your meal. The dining rooms are comprised of a few booths and tables and chairs. The salad bar is in the first dining room to the side. It's got a decent spread and I liked the fact that they let you slice your own cheese from a huge block instead of having for lack of a better word, crappy shredded kind of cheese. Now, let's move to the menu--there is no menu. When you sit down the waitress will tell you that they either have: a 12 oz Sirloin, 8 oz Sirloin, beef brisket, prime rib, ribs, or half a smoked chicken. And with your meal you can either have a: baked potato, curly fries or regular fries. I opted for the 8oz sirloin and while we waited for our food they gave us each a rib to snack on along with the salad bar. The ribs were very meaty and seasoned well. When I got my steak I cut into it and it was cooked perfectly medium, just the way I like it. There was no need for steak sauce because it was very moist and seasoned too perfection. I think it was the best steak I've ever had at a restaurant. My baked potato was huge and they give you a mound of real butter and sour cream on the side to dress it with. The meal also comes with Texas toast. The meal was well worth the money and the trip. The entrees range from $15 on up. Salad and everything is included. I will definitely be going back when I'm in the market for a good steak again.

Been here twice and had to drive 30-45 minutes to get there. I find it worth the drive to experience this quality of food in a zero traffic light town. Each time I had the prime rib, and each time it was superb. GET THERE EARLY as they are only open a few days a week starting at 5:30 and the line begins to form shortly after. Easy 5 star. And my first 5 star rating. Skeeter

Ken's smoked prime rib is the best I've ever had, and I've had prime rib all over the nation. We used to come here all the time when we lived in Tuttle, OK and when visiting the OKC area. It is a no-frills place, definitely a prime rib place, but don't expect much in the way of salad bar (iceberg lettuce only!) or sides. We miss that tasty prime rib! There are other entrees on the menu, but IMO eclipsed by the prime rib.

Been here to Ken's several times. My wife and I normally come at the invite of others. Nothing fancy...I would rather cook my own steak at home but it is fun to get out of town and enjoy friends and family. The staff is friendly and service is good.
