Unlike one of the non local previous reviewers Whit's has alot more to choose from than just chocolate and vanilla custard!! LOL They have a flavor of the week (advertised on their website), a wide assortment of sundaes (Licking Gem is a good one for caramel lovers) and practically every flavor they carry is in the freezers available in quart sizes. Hands down this is the best ice cream shop in Pataskala, far better than the dairy hut. Albeit it might be a little more expensive than some others but their ice cream has so much more flavor and is much healthier. They also let you sample before you buy. If you are concerned with the price, I recommend buying a quart for around $6.50 and take it with you as that is the best deal for the $$$. All their ice cream is made fresh daily. I never liked almond joy candy bars before coming here but I am hooked on this places Almond Joy ice cream (their #2 seller). Simply Spectacular. Trust me I know what I'm talking about when it comes to ice cream since I grew up in Pennsylvania Dutch Country and ice cream is my favorite food (besides Hershey's chocolate). Give this place at least two tries because once is just not enough! (I can't wait until it opens back up again as they are closed from right before Christmas through the middle of February.)

The custard was delicious however the rating lost a star due to the fact my mobile entertainment coupon that the company has set up with entertainment book was refused was told only a printable one is accepted however the mobile has the mobile and print options This issue needs fixed with the company and entertainment book or with the staff to accept the mobile paperless coupon. We buy the coupons in good faith the companies accept them when they sign up for them. I don't print coupons of companies with mobile options before going because it's not typically an issue for the company to accept.

Whit's has stolen my heart (and stomach). This place beat's your typical ice-cream shop. The creamy frozen custard comes in weekly flavors that are inventive and always delicious. When their weekly flavor isn't your bag, you can chose from any of their pre-packaged pints. They have a fridge stocked with at least 15 different flavors. If you want something simple, the hot fudge sundae is fantastic! And they never skimp on the fudge....I think it's time for a trip to Whit's!!!

Whits has a good selection but unfortunatly only chocolate and vanilla custard to chose from. I also found it a bit pricey and the Pataskala location is not the nicest. The staff was friendly and patient but I enjoy Culvers custard more than Whits.

Amazing confections & good home-cooked sandwiches & soups. Ingredients posted in freezer case a little scary, more processed than I thought. Pricey but better than the inexcusable local DQ. Very good service. Have been here dozens of times. Grill closes kinda early= inconvenient.
