I've been a regular customer of this location for a couple years and have always thought the pizza was some of the best around of the chain pizzas. Until this week. Paid $12 for a medium thin crust which obviously did not have the extra cheese I paid for, and 12 small slices of pepperoni--in other words, some pieces did not have a single piece. Could have bought a better pizza for half the price from the grocery freezer. Wonder if this store has a new manager or what. Will not return.

I really like their pizza. I just order a regular pizza with pepperoni and it has always been great. I would rate it five stars if they would deliver the 4.3 miles to my house.

Better than most chains but you can still do better in the area. A little pricey for what it is as well. The most positive feature of the pizza was the crust. Crisp and very flavor full. I'm guessing that they're using an actual pizza oven and fresh dough, not the forced air ovens and frozen dough the other chains use. Overall it was a pretty good pizza but nothing special.

The BF & I usually stick to LaRosas or Papa Johns for all of our pizza needs. This time I had a $20 coupon to Marco's though, so we decided to try it. We each have different pizza tastes & with $20 to spend, we each got our own pizza. I went with a medium ground beef & he got small supreme. Both of our pizzas were great, even though the ground beef looked more like fecal matter & less like food. Crust was especially good. But the prices were ridiculous. In an age when most chains are offering a large 3 (or unlimited) topping pizza for $10, the prices need to be lowered.

When i arrived at Marcos's my online order had not processed to the store. However the manager Bryan was so polite and helpful making sure I still got my order in a reasonable time. I will be sure to pass along the great food and service experience I had tonight! Thank you Bryan for turning around my experience.

It's is pretty much a average pizza shop as far as I am concerned. Nothing too special other than they delivered to my friend's house sooner than LaRosa's. I ordered a Med BBQ chicken pizza from their website, it came 45 minutes later, (email said 30 minutes) it was made correctly. Tasted pretty good but it was on the pricey side because of the Delivery Charge plus tip it ended up being 17 dollars for a Medium pizza. If there is a next time, I am picking up. It would have saved me almost 3.50 dollars.

3 stars felt too generous, but maybe 2 is too low. Probably a 2.5er if such a thing existed. We went here when we wanted pizza because it had been recommended as a place that had NW Ohio-style pizza. There's a talk thread about this topic if you're interested in more on this, but here was my initial explanation: "Thin crust - sometimes more crispy than others, lots of cheese - usually mozzarella but sometimes provolone or a mix, not much sauce, lots of toppings." We ordered a thin and a classic crust, because I believe there is an international law that you should order enough for cold pizza leftovers. The thin crust is closer to NW Ohio-style than anything I've tasted down here yet, but it still has a long way to go. Cracker-y tasting, somewhat crispy, thin crust is topped with more cheese than a Donatos pie (but not as much as I'd like) and minimal toppings. The sauce was pretty light. I'd say the pizza was fine - not horrible by any means, but not that good either. As it appears Marco's is a growing chain, I'd say their pizza tastes like it - nothing offensive, but nothing exciting either. Not much to say about the classic crust - there was almost nothing notable about it. The crust was covered generously in cornmeal, which I always think gives a nice texture and crunch. But other than that, it was a bit greasy and seemed to be average in all other categories. We won't be going back to Marco's - mostly because we can drive less and get better pizza already (if they delivered the 5.6 miles - just over their 5 mile radius, well then...). The search for NW Ohio-style pizza in Cincinnati continues!
