It was crowded during the lunch hour. It took maybe 10 minutes for us to get our subs after ordering. I asked for napkins because I couldn't find them. The girl behind the counter pulled some out and slammed them down, then rushed off toward the back without looking at me. I thought she was a little impatient. Sub quality is fine. The Italian Night Club is the only way to fly!

This was my first time here, was surprised they didn't have hot subs. It was good but I'd rather go to another sub shop. Beware of the price of a bag of chips n soda.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a Vito unwich with double meat and when they brought it out there was less meat than my friend's regular sub. I asked them if they accidentally gave him extra meat instead of me. The employee then proceeded to bring the unwich over, unwrap it in front of me and make me count the number of slices of meat on it all while letting the veggies fall out on the ground. Never apologized or fixed anything. Needless to say, I will never be back to any Jimmy John's but especially not this one. Terrible staff and NO clue about customer service. If you want a good sub go to Jersey Mike's around the corner.

Ordered Jimmy Johns for delivery. I live in Beavercreek and down the street. They will no longer deliver to me. Very upsetting. Good food otherwise but I won't be going there anymore.

I've been here three times. Every time I've been here I've felt like this place is weird. I think it's just this particular location. My most recent visit was today. The bread was stale and the sandwich was subpar overall. The fountain Coke was disgusting. I won't be returning. I'd suggest going to Jersey Mike's or Penn Station instead.

Typical Jimmy John's...average service. Good food, but the female taking my order seemed slightly impatient. The Vito is the same here, as every other Jimmy John's.

Staying at hotel only 1.4 miles away. They took my order for delivery. Called me back about 10 min.later and said the couldn't deliver here at hotel near AF base 1.4 miles away!!!!! What a way to run a business. Jimi Johns have FOREVER lost me as a customer! .

I love jimmy johns. That out of the way, this location is by far the most unfriendly location I have been to. I was stared down by the guy taking my order. Then the guy gives me a tone the whole time I was giving my order and paying. I will not be going back to this location and thus have given it two stars. The food was still just as good but not putting up with unfriendly staff.
