Cleanliness 4 Service 4 Food 4 Likelihood 5 1-5 (5 Best!) 4.3 Ok, a new little joint just South of Bellevue. It has two (4 seat) tables, yes it is small. They seem to do a lot of to-go orders. We drove down from Omaha and decided to eat in. What a treat! A very good quality product, served with a smile, in a very clean restaurant. If you are looking for "famous daves" stay in Omaha. if you are looking for a locally owned, operated and ran restaurant that offers great food, great service at a fair price, then come on down! The four of us had meals, beverages and dessert (home made) and spent $50! (That would have been ($85 at FD!) It will make our rotation of must do agains... I've been wanting to stop here and try their BBQ ever since I drove by and spotted it. Just a little "shack" if you will, along the highway in Plattsmouth. It seems to me that some of the best BBQ (in Missouri anyway) comes out of these little hole-in-the wall shacks. The inside is a bit small, but still had about 4 tables I believe. Very clean place and friendly people working there. They don't smoke their meat on site, which was different for me. I LOVE going into a BBQ place and smelling the smoky aroma of BBQ. That's what really gets my hunger going, so that was a little disappointing. My order was to go. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with a side of beans and mac-n-cheese. While they packaged up my order I sampled some of their 10 homemade sauces to decide which one I wanted to bring home for my sandwich. The Blackberry Brandy sauce was very good...just not sure if I wanted that on my sandwich. I settled on the Rum BBQ sauce and the Medium Mesquite. Both very good. The pork sandwich was very tender and tasty. Perhaps it was a bit of a sweeter smoke than I prefer, but good nonetheless. I really liked the beans. Lots of meat in them...perhaps brisket? Good BBQ flavor. I also liked the flavor of the mac-n-cheese; however it was a bit pasty for my taste, but that is probably unavoidable when it isn't super fresh. I was bummed when I got home that I didn't order their apple crisp for dessert. I've read it's awesome. Guess I'll be going back to try that...oh and the brisket! Good stuff...give them a try!

Good BBQ not mind blowing, but good. Their Mac n Cheese is a specialty and great BBQ beans. Different kinds of homemade sauces you can try. I'll go back more than likely.

I really enjoyed their pulled pork sandwich on a hoagie bun. My son enjoyed their pulled chicken. The baked beans were amazing with plenty of bacon, just how I like it. Great selection of BBQ sauces and awesome people.
