What can you say. It's quick, it's cheap, and it's not too bad for quick casual chain Mexican. Chips and cheese are a go to. Gotta get 'em. My wife and I are foodies, but when you want something quick and cheap, we work in Romeos quite a bit.

If you like bland "Mexican" food, this is right up your alley. Years ago I frequented the Romeos on North 90th Street and it was decent; however the quality has suffered over the years. I ordered a Sancho Combo with red sauce, which needed a lot of Tobasco sauce to give it some degree of flavor. Overall the beef was as expected, and the Spanish rice was good. Honestly I can get better Mexican food elsewhere in Omaha for the same price.

When it comes to mexican food its not complicated or difficult to make. This place is basically that. Its nothing special about it. It is quite ordinary, but if thats the sort of thing you like then this is the place for you.

Gross! Horrible food and horrible service! The whole restaurant is filthy. I was so very grossed out and disappointed, I normally give 15% tips but I didn't give one when I ate here. Save yourself and your money and choose elsewhere.

Being from Indiana I am familiar with the idea of "local Mexican", mean Mexican food that is changed a great deal to fit local taste. Romeo's plays the role of Nebraska Mexican perfectly. My wife is originally from fro Omaha so we often make trip here to visit her father. She always makes sure we make 1 stop here before we head home to Indy. It is a pretty neat little place with some tasty food. I am a fan of their "quesadia" which is a hard taco crust with cheese and meat on top resembling a Mexican pizza from taco bell only prepared from much better ingredients. The rest of the food is typical for a Mexican restaurant although not spicy enough for my pallet. Bottom Line: Very affordable and a great value. If you like Mexican you will enjoy Romeo's. It is also tamed down enough for those who like a safer dining experience. It might even be a nice introduction to Mexican food for kids or reserved eaters.

Nacho typical restaurant! Not the best Mexican or Italian in Omaha, but it is delicious! I love the soft shell tacos and cheese and onion enchilada's! A good family restaurant. Support local businesses!

I love the menu here. Mexican & pizza? I was in the mood for chips & dip & burritos. So, I pigged out on a 4 dip appetizer & 3 burritos. Hold on, I am not a pig. The 3 burritos were made with the smaller tortillas, so no judging. :-) I found a few things on the menu I wanted, so I will have to go back and eat to my heart's content.

Personally, I like Romeo's food. I think its a good value. Their chips and cheese is a personal favorite thats been a Romeo's staple since the dawn of time. Good food, and good drinks!
