So glad Napoli's came to Hastings. All the dishes we've had have been good. Great pizza as well. Also fantastic spot for lunch. Very reasonable prices. My favorite for lunch is the baked ziti, which for some reason I don't think is on the lunch menu any more. Anyway, it's great.

Why was I the only patron in here? This place is great. One of my measuring sticks of restaurants is the state of their vegetables. The salad was unwilted and the broccoli crowns in my dish were crispy and fresh. Hats off if the rolls were homemade. They were a mix between a croissant and a dinner roll. Cheesecake was great too. The server was extremely attentive and at $4 for a glass of house wine, you can't lose. Keep this place in business!

Four of us from Omaha chanced upon this fabulous restaurant and enjoyed some of the finest Italian cuisine anywhere. Great food, great service, and great prices! Try it, you'll like it. It's in a struggling mall but still elegant and quiet. Sauces, dressings, and recipes are homemade and super delicious.

We had a party of 11 and have excellent service and food. Our waitress was super attentive our glasses were never empty, she came back with extra rolls, and even returned after our food was out to ask us how everything was. Food was great. Everything was fresh and hot!! All dinner meals come with soup or salad and fresh rolls. I plan on eating here again when in hastings. Please be aware that on large parties they automatically add an 18% gratuity. When they swipe your card and bring back the 'sign here' part it does not let you know you've already paid a tip and has a space for you to add a double tip. Please be aware of this so you don't end up tipping 40%.

We are from San Diego, California and have eaten at a lot of restaurants. The food here was delicious! We had the tour or Italy and lobster ravioli and comparable to any large city restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic dinner here a few days ago. The manager of this restaurant should give lessons on running a restaurant. Our food came out in a timely manner, the food came out hot & fresh. Our server was great. Awesome personality & attitude. I had a ribeye that was cooked perfectly & covered with an awesome white sauce with fresh vegetables. Will definitely be back to Napoli's!!

Off the beaten path, if you are driving. But across from the Hastings airport. Good food, ample, but so so wine. My wife had manicoti, which were very good with a fresh, but simple marinara. I had chicken with mushrooms with a brandy cream sauce. Very well made with perfectly sauted mushrooms, and a tasty sauce. Extremely crisp simple salad, and amazing homemade rolls. Too much food for desert.

Great food and service! Fettucini Alfredo is spot on. Location is not good, but nothing takes long to get to in Hastings.

Excellent food and good service. Great for families with children, because they eat free Sunday - Thursday!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
