Tuesday night is steak night at Ricks. A Sirloin steak, baked potato and green beans for $7.00. Plus...Crown Royal Black is the Tuesday drink special for $3.95. Steak, cooked to perfection. Baked potato and vegetable hot and steaming. Prompt and quick service. Ricks is dated and old school. More like an old time neighborhood tavern. That's a big part of my attraction to Ricks. No pretense, no franchisee recipes, no light poured drinks.

Rick's is one of the best places to go for good food and good drink specials on the weekend along with great Entertainment. There is normally always a live band Fridays and Saturdays I suggest to come out and check Rick's bar out if nothing else at least have some great food and drinks.

The specialty at Rick's bar is burgers. The burgers here are really outstanding and the fries excellent. The prices are very reasonable. Entertainment always outstanding. They have an excellent selection of bands that play here every week.

You have to understand what you are walking into. Great old school atmosphere with old school drinks and service. Old school burgers made on a flat top like you know and love. Highly recommend the ricks special.

Another not-so-classy joint. Occasionally a band I enjoyed would play here so I'd go support the band. For some reason I always felt like I was going to get my a$$ kicked. Usually a lot of Harleys' out front between here and the neighboring bar so that alone tells you this isn't really a college/preppy/sports bar which most Fargo bars try to aim for. Again, bartenders every time I was there were friendly it just doesn't have the friendly-feel atmosphere that would make me want to sit there for more than a really quick one. The last time I was there a couple years ago some heavy metal band was playing and they were screaming so loud I had to leave after two sips of my beer because it was quite annoying. If you are looking for a good biker bar, you'd probably like this place.
