Not much to choose from in this tiny hamlet, not sure if there are more bars or churches at the moment, but Troy's delivers consistently good food. All of the pizzas are great, the burgers are delish, and the hot wings are the best in the valley. I love the variety here with the entire menu, desserts too cheesecake is a must have. This place doesn't disappoint in the food department, service can be a bit slow on weekends though.

I love this place. I went this past week for some food and drinks. I couldnt believe they had Guinness!!! I was stoked about that, and at $3.50, thats so much cheaper than San Diego. I really liked their wings with the Cowboys Signature Sauce. My new favorite. Their Blodgett Creek pizza is to die for. The staff was nice and very friendly. The ambience is, well, kinda country. Very relaxing. They have a few slot machines against the wall in the bar area. I lost about $100, but then again i never win in any casino anywhere. My friend played $15 and walked away with $95 so it was nice that someone won. All in all i would return anytime im in Victor, since my best friend lives there and i plan on visiting at least 3-4 times a year....

Solid. One of the few places to get food in the area after 8 p.m. Our pizza was really good. We would definitely go back when in the Bitterroot.

Place is going strong. Could not be more happy for them. Dinner was near full, including a party of 14! Now known now for their great hamburgers as well as those hand-made, brick-fired pizzas. Adjoining full bar is also great. Construction of Hwy 93 has really killed Victor's businesses, but now that is ending, so it will be easier for people living south of Victor to drive there rather than round-a-bout on the East Side Hwy.

This is a solid pizza place. I have reviewed pizza places all over the country and Cowboy Troy's hold it's own against any of them. We went there this evening and ordered a couple of pizzas and some wings. Everything was great! I was pretty excited to hear they had PBR on tap. The bill for all that food and beer only came to 40 bucks! Probably one of the cheapest dinners I have had in years. The service was pretty good as well. The waitress was very nice, efficient and pretty easy on the eyes too. I will make it a point to eat at Cowboy Troy's every time I am in Victor.

Loved the pizza and wings here the other night. A group of six of us ate there on a Sunday. It was full but not crowded. I live in Victor and this was my first time in. I expected a bar atmosphere. The pizza oven and dining tables are in a separate room from the full bar, I was pleased. We watched the guys make the pizza and fire it in the huge brick oven. We order three kinds and an appetizer of wings. PLENTY to eat, outstanding crisp crust and fresh ingredients. Service was fast and very pleasant. Lots of parking.

Usually I love Cowboy Troy's. Always sitting on the bar side.My boyfriend and I used to live in Stevi so we would always go now that we live in Flotown we only go slightly less. I had family in town and the whole week was bragging about how great Cowboy Troy's was. Well, I guess I set myself up for failure, enough to the point where they should know. The table ordered 5 ouch wings. I know they can be hot, my bf has had them before...they were so mediocre even my mother ate one. No one was impressed. I always order the buffalo and usually they come coated in enough sauce you can even dip the chips in it. There was absolutely no sauce in my basket. The pizza was good but clearly charred on the crust and bottom, and no one oooed and awed over the burgers. The waitress really didn't seem to care. Like I said, I generally love cowboy troys but consistency is what makes a restaurant a real winner. And now to cut costs they have done away with boxes...I was given a small paper bag for my wings, guess I was lucky their was no sauce or it would have leaked everywhere! Tin foil to wrap the pizza...maybe I'll get used to it but it was just weird. Service is generally good but there is one girl who sucks, everyone has empty glasses and she's so slow, for some reason she seems to be there all the time. I'm going to continue to go back I just wish they would give a shit sometimes.

I have eatten there with my family at least ten times at this point and while I think the burgers are very decent , they have hands down the best pizza I have ever had.....anywhere! I have had pizzas from NY to CA and believe it or not this little dive in Victor beats them all!
