So far, I've only had brunch on Sunday here, but it was worth the drive to Kila. When we first drove up, the gravel parking lot was a little off-putting, and not many people were there. But once inside, the pub was inviting, well-appointed. We opted to eat on the deck and the view is spectacular. The Kila Pub sits on the Historic Rails to Trails (so if you'd like, you could bike from Kali to Kila ;-) and end up at the Kila Pub, if you like that sorta thing. We first smelled the smoking prime rib on the deck, in a small but loved smoker, so our senses were properly tantalized. We chose the migas(vegetarian) and breakfast tacos (steak). I loved my breakfast tacos. Just fabulous. I wish they would have served them with breakfast potatoes, cuz I had a bite of my hubby's and they were awesome. All of this for $19. Other than serving breakfast potatoes with all brunch items, the only other recommendation would be to serve brunch on Saturdays. I'm excited to see how this restaurant evolves.....

Went for my first time today with my dad. Him and I both enjoyed the food was really good. Both got burgers to eat there, then we ordered a pizza to take home which was also really good! The waiter we had (Brittany) was really nice and friendly and made the experience great! Knew the menu and was helpful! I plan to go back for sure and would tell others to go as well... Place felt clean. Loved the atmosphere! They have indoor and outdoor seating so that's pretty cool! Can't wait To go back and try some more things!

Went here with a large group of family members while visiting the area. Brunch here was one of the best decisions of the trip. Live music on the patio and incredible views with even better food! Definitely recommend a stop here!

There are some great things about this place, and a couple of problems. Great: light and dark beer selection on tap, migas for breakfast, Bloody Marys and some innovative cocktails, very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and tables outside on a deck with a wonderful view of the wetlands. Good: hot sandwiches and pizza . Not so great: the unbearable noise inside when it's busy. Seriously, this is a problem. Winter is coming and I so much want this restaurant to succeed, but when it's not deck season, it will be a challenge to continue to consider it an inviting neighborhood place to have a beer and a meal. There are so many hard surfaces and corners inside, no upholstery or carpet to absorb the sound. One table of loud drinkers can keep anyone else in the room from hearing the conversation of their own companions; more than one animated group and it becomes a cacophony. I hope a solution can be found to soften that harshness. Noise was not a problem before being remodeled to its current state, so I know it can be better, and will continue to check back to see if it's been addressed.

We have eaten at The Kila Pub twice now and can't wait to go back again. The atmosphere is great. The decor is very inviting and the staff is friendly and very attentive. The menu has so many dishes to choose from. I love going to a place where I can't decide what to order because so many items sound delicious and The Kila Pub is one of those places. The chef has put his best creativity and "yumminess" to everything we have tried. The flavors are so amazing. Unfortunately, we couldn't stop eating at either visit, so had no leftovers to take home! The patio has very nice views and an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery while enjoying a delicious meal. It's definitely a "10." Can't wait to try their brunch!

We live in Kila and were so excited to have the Kila Pub open!! We've been many times with family and friends. Very friendly owners and staff. Great food. Full bar. You can relax, watch sports inside or sit on the deck and enjoy the view. I highly recommend that you give it a try.

Been here twice. Menu offers a nice variety. Beer and wine selection was also good. Food itself very good. We did suggest they do improve their deep dish crust.

We've been here 3 times, with widely varying experiences. The first time, a couple weeks after they opened, our meal was very enjoyable: great food and the service was superb! Definitely going back. The second visit, about 2 weeks ago, was only so-so. We arrived early, because we had a 3 year old with us. Our entrees took about 50 minutes, despite the fact that there was only one other table seated when we arrived. And after that wait, one of the entrees was incorrect. Too late to remedy that. But maybe the staff was having an off night - that does happen now and then. So we returned last night and my wife and I split the special - chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. It was inedible! Obviously a leftover from a previous night that had dried out in the fridge, was carved out as a solid square block and reheated. Freshly made? Not a chance. It didn't even resemble chicken enchiladas. Good quality control would never have allowed such glop to leave the kitchen. We didn't have to pay for the meal, but once again, too late to order something else. Many others tell us that the burgers and pizza are great. But what if you don't WANT burgers or pizza? Then I guess you're out of luck.
