Delivery is fast to the campus area. It's a small store so there isn't usually room during busy hours, but there are a few tables outside too. They lose stars for being disorganized, I've been there twice and they were OUT OF BREAD. What the hell, you're a sandwich store - get it together!

Super disappointing! 1.) I got an unwich for the first time and it must have taken at least five minutes or so to make, which is fast in the grand scheme of things, but not for a Jimmy John's that was nearly empty. 2.) The sandwich ratio here was about 90% lettuce, 10% everything else, which was super disappointing because unwiches never have additional lettuce in them! They said that they "weren't really sure what to do" because it seemed so plain without the lettuce, but, like, yo! I was sitting about ten feet away from them, and they totally could've asked me. 3.) One of the employees fully made and wrapped up my boyfriend's sandwich, but, instead of giving it to him, completely neglected it and left it on the counter. Overall, if you're not in a rush and you're a big fan of lettuce, maybe this place is for you. Otherwise, I'd check out the location on 19th.
