Very busy with narrow parking lot. Drive thru goes in front of the door. There are speed bumps to keep them from running you over. Employees friendly enough, but not very motivated to get orders taken or delivered. This whole town lacks motivated employees.

If I could give a negative review for any fast food place this would be the one! Every step from ordering, paying, and being handed the food was met with severe rudeness!!!! Plus they screwed up the order and I had to turn around and go back. I was met with this dumbfounded look on their face when I simply explained the issue with the order that they gave me the wrong one, I ended up throwing it in the trash and left. I was furious and will tell everyone to never visit this location!!!!!!!!!!!

Two different Wendy's reviews in the same day, I know, crazy talk! I had to make an emergency stop here after being paged from work. I pulled off there interstate and made a gamble that Wendy's would have free Wi-Fi so I could do my work. I was very lucky that they not only had it, but it was fast, and let me access my VPN to fix the issues at the office. That said, as I said in my earlier review, I am generally a fan of Wendy's food. Since I was using this location to get online, albeit briefly, I figured I would order something to eat and drink. The fries were way over salted, which I could live with as that just sometimes happens. What irked me to no end was the coffee I ordered... They said it would be "3 minutes" for the coffee maker to finish. No problem, I can wait 3 minutes. Well, 15 minutes later, after 4 different employees walked in front of me and 2 managers asked the cashier (not me, even though I was standing right in front of them) why I was waiting (both times "coffee" which resulted in a shoulder shrug), someone finally came up to me and said the coffee would be 2 more minutes. I was told that when they made it the first time, the coffee was not actually put in the filter was the water came out clear, so they needed to make more. I understand that mistakes happen. They happen everywhere, but what I don't understand is when that many different employees can think it is OK to not say anything that all. You need to own up to whatever is going on in the situation. Having me wait that long, only to tell me that there was a problem at the last minute was poorly done. I would have gotten a soda and been back on the road long before that, if I would have been informed of the issue. This lack of communication seems to be part of the culture (see my other review of a Wendy's in Jackson).
