I have ordered here several times for my office and the pizza is always fantastic! Service on the other hand is not, I have an employee who can't eat pork so I always order a pizza with just chicken. They delivers my a pizza with chicken veggies and bacon on top and I called immediately to have it corrected. I was transferred to a manager I presume who told me I could have 50% off the pizza if I wanted a new one. After some convincing and re-explaining I was given the pizza for free but they wouldn't deliver it for TWO HOURS! Great pizza but management needs to be re-thought because this guy was rude after THEY messed up. I managed a pizza place for three years, and this manager was just rude.

There's something scarily good about the baked spaghetti. Like, I'm serious. To the point where I was thinking about how much I wanted some of their baked spaghetti while I was out of town for work. And trust me, I have incredibly high pasta standards. The pizza is sub par, the bread is not that good, the wings are decent and worth it, but the baked spaghetti is A1. Plus, they deliver this dish of deliciousness so I do not have to go out in the cold. Try it with most sauce, you won't regret it. Oh, and the small size is sufficient for one... Probably more than sufficient, but it's seriously good, you won't want to stop eating. This is probably the most shocking review I've written in a while...im surprised myself that I love this random pizza chain's spaghetti so much... But I do.

By far the worst food ordering experience that I have ever had. Let me break this down for you: I placed an order for the "Xtra Large Special" consisting of a pizza pie, order of wings and dipping sauce through grub hub, a popular food ordering phone application. The price was fantastic, all that for just $20.99. Amazing! I placed the order immediately and left soon after for pickup! Upon arriving my boyfriend and I were greeted rudely by a woman behind the counter. I complimented her nails and she ignored me, frantically peering at the computer. She looks up, scowls at us and demands to know how we placed an order for pizza AND wings for only $20. We kindly tell her we made use of their online ordering service and actually prepaid as well! She refuses to give us our food and calls over a delivery driver to reaffirm her confusion. I even opened up Grub Hub, showed them the menu and suggested they add additional prices for their toppings which, at the moment, are all free so place an order soon. For the next 15 minutes we stood and watched her frustration as she can't get her computer to reach the price GrubHub had made she's shouting at us like we're Steve Jobs. Know how you make money? Keeping customers. If she would have understood that the customers are what make a business successful, not a POS system maybe they would have had two more happy customers. The food is pretty basic but not bad. But really, never in my life have I dealt with this kind of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not going back to Sarpino's ever again.

No customized Pizza. We need to select from the list of different type of pizzas from the list and bad part is there is no good choice for people who eat only chicken and vegetables. Deals are good and person who is preparing the food in front of customers need to be more attentive and he is not even caring to change his gloves when preparing a chicken after preparing a bacon pizza.

I was so excited to order this pizza, only to be seriously disappointed by the taste of the pizza itself. The sauce was unlike any other I have tasted before. I don't know if I got a bad batch of sauce or what, but it was not even edible. I ended up throwing the entire pizza away. Also, I never did receive the free cheese bread as mentioned in this yelp ad. The lady on the phone was very hard to understand, and told me that there was no offer for free cheese bread. So she wouldn't give it to me. Lol. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this establishment again in the future.

Our flight was diverted, and we were dumped off at a hotel after midnight. The hotel manager advised these guys were already closed, but I gave them a call... I explained our plight, and they totally took care of us!!! The meatball sub and gyro salad were great! The tiramisu was spot on! I ordered a large soda, and God bless them - they showed up with a 2 liter bottle of soda for me!!! All for about $20!!! Thank you Sarpino's!!!

Pizza fine but waited over two hours for delivery with no up front warning and given every excuse when we called back to find out where our pizza was. Then called back to talked to the owner, waited over twenty minutes to talk but the owner and never answered.

First off the staff is very nice so that's always a plus. Our pizza was just OK, if you like cheese make sure to order extra. The pepperoni calzone has a great flavor and the dough if nice and fresh but sadly undercooked on the bottom...aka still raw. FYI the ranch is mayo based, pretty much pure mayo with a couple herbs. Creamy garlic sauce.....super vinegary, we couldn't eat it. Pizza sauce has a very good flavor. Very good deal for the amount of food you get if you use one of their many coupons. Deliver was almost twice as long as I was told it would be, I understand it's Friday night but it's nice to have a realistic expectation of when to expect it.

Delivered within 20 minutes to my hotel. MMMMMMmmm! Baked spaghetti with meat sauce hit the spot. Do yourself a favor and get the single order. Double order is MASSIVE. Very good and very quick. I spoke to the owner on the phone too and he was very nice when i had a question about the order i had placed through Yelp. I got free cheese bread after checking in too. Would recommend!

Haven't been to the restaurant, this review is for delivery only. This has become our go-to pizza delivery place. Prices are higher than some chains but quality is much, much better - great combinations, high quality ingredients, cooked perfectly. Drivers are personable without being weird like some we have had from other places. Keep up the good work Sarpino's!

Ordered personal pizza and garlic cheese bread. Pizza wasn't bad. I would eat it again. The bread had no flavor didn't taste the garlic. The side of ranch dressing was horrible it was so watery n just had a weird taste.. Idk if they make it there self or use a brand bt needs to go. Delivery time was decent .. I would eat it again

Been getting mailers at work for about a year & we decided to finally try them. Great pizza!! Fast and courteous delivery, called at 11:30 and got it in 30min. Would recomend them with out a second thought. The Zesty Italian lives up to it's name, spicy but not flame thrower hot.

Pretty good food here, especially late at night. I was really surprised how good the gyro sandwich was. I would totally eat that again anytime. It's nice, too, because I sometimes get sick of having pizza all the time. Unlike some others, I really haven't noticed long delivery times, but who knows.

horrible! Granted it was a new guy taking orders I was very specific and told him to take his time and get it rite. Try'ed to order a pesto veggie no green peppers add mushrooms on half. He told me that the pesto veggie already had mushrooms I told him the menu I have says nothing about mushrooms but if that was the case only mushrooms on half and an order of double cheesy bread. Got something completely different. This pizza had pineapple and red sauce, looked at the menu and realized we had gotten the regular veggie. Of coarse I call back and ask for a new pizza. The guy on the phone dose the cover the speaker (poorly) thing doesn't Ask me to hold and proceeds to curse out the poor new guy. Then you hear a bunch of yelling and a different guy comes on the phone and asks me what's wrong. I explain and try to tell him what I want pesto veggie no green peppers, half w/mushrooms. He seemed confused and asked witch half should have the no mushrooms. I thoroughly confused said either since all the rest of the ingredients should be the same. An hour and a half later delivery guy shows up hand me the pizza says nothing starts to walk away I asked him if this was veggie pesto no green peppers mushrooms on half, to witch he replies "I don't know man I don't make the pizzas" And left without another word. Come to find out it was a pesto veggie mushrooms on half also a shit ton of green peppers(looked almost to be on purpose) pretty bad, thinking I'm done with Sarpino's.

The Midnight Express personal pan lunch special is excellent for $8 and includes a soda. Call ahead and have it ready or wait 10 minutes, it's worth it!
