Me and my dad went here for dinner and we had pretty different experiences. I ordered the Minnesota Burger and fries, my dad had a plain burger with fries. We both had Diet Pepsi as a drink. Everything tasted very good to me, but he said it was the worst burger he ever had, overcooked greasy and tough. The table was very sticky and there was a fly who kept bothering us. The waitresses were flirting with guys at the bar rather than serving us. My dad needed a refill and no one ever came to give it to him. Also it took half an hour to give us 2 burgers and some sodas. Odd TV placement too, most of the TVs were blocked by a big wall right next to me. Not coming back.

Food? Okay. Drinks? Not too bad. Prices? Decent. Best part is the location. If you live in the dorms in need good hungover food, but no one has a car or can't drive, stop by here and give it a shot. Servers are accommodating and the food is pretty consistent, although nothing memorable.

We checked out Weggy's for breakfast this morning on a friend's recommendation and I'm glad we did. The good: The food was delicious and plentiful, and I've now found my favorite chicken fried steak in town. The prices were very reasonable, and Weggy's seems to be the only place in town that serves good breakfast food past noon (until 2pm) on the weekend. The bad: Our service was lacking, the poor waitress seems to have been swamped the entire time we were dining. I'm guessing they either had someone call out this morning or management purposefully short-staffs to save money; I'm hoping for the former, but other reviews suggest the less favorable case. We ate up in the loft area which provided some relief from the cacophonous noise of the main dining area, however the floors up there were abominable. I feel like giving Weggy's a pass for the noise and dirty floors due to their proximity to campus, so as long as the food stays delicious I'll overlook the bads and pop by now and again for an awesome breakfast.

This place was good! I was content with the service and the food was good; however, it wasn't anything above average. You could get the same breakfast food at most restaurants that serve breakfast. My girlfriend and I ate here this morning. We originally planned on eating at the Wagon Wheel, but it was closed for Labor Day. This place was packed. Our table wasn't very clean, but it was good enough for us. There was a good selection, but both meals we ordered were pretty average.

The Yelpers who gave this a negative review regarding the domestic violence allegations should do their homework before posting. There is always more to the story. m.mankatofreepress.com/n… Food is good and prices are reasonable. 16 ounce beers for $3. You can't beat that!

Had a Saturday morning breakfast here. Was surprised at how low the prices were on the menu. Had the "Belly Buster", a big mound of hash browns with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese and crumbles fresh bacon topped by two basted eggs. Fantastic, fast, friendly service.

Biggest pet peeve is that the waitress that rings up to go orders ALWAYS asks if I want my change, or straight out doesn't give it to me and forces me to ask for it. When I do receive my change, it's always short. Even if my food comes to 7.08, I'll give her $8, she'll walk away, and I'll have to ask her. When I do get my change, it's between 1-50 cents short. I'm a waitress as well, but shorting the customers for a few extra cents is not how you run a business or earn good tips. I would tip a few dollars every time if deserved, but she can keep my 50 cents if it means so much to her. For the record, she wore a pink electric beach Tshirt and was working on Saturday October 25th around 1:00. Wouldn't normally call someone out directly, but it's happened 6+ times and it needs to stop. Won't be visiting again.

Pros: breakfast, 16oz drink prices. Cons: understaffed constantly you could be waiting a half hour to even be approached or asked what you want to drink, lunch menu has gotten expensive and the food isn't impressive in quality or taste, menus are dirty and sticky, they don't clean off there menus if they happen to get food on them could be because they are so understaffed and they don't have time. Overall I am not impressed with the place. When they first opened a few years ago the prices were great and I enjoyed my stay there but now every time I go in I remind myself why I don't like coming there anymore. Definitely going to Johnny B's next time.

Waited 15 min just to get my drinks! Only 2 waiters working with the place packed. Terrible staffing! If you have 2 hours to blow going out for a meal defiantly come here! Didn't even get a chance to get past the appetizer because we were hungry. Had to walk out, that's depressing!

I've been here for breakfast multiple times. The menu has a good selection of breakfast staples with a few twists, the coffee is decent and everything I've had there has been delicious. The only downside is that they seem to be chronically understaffed, so even though the waitstaff is friendly and knowledgable about the menu they are constantly busy. I've waited over thirty minutes to place an order even on days when they weren't particularly busy. They usually have only a few servers and they do everything including bussing their empty tables. Go there, just don't plan on a quick meal.
