This is a basic Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins location. Here are a few pros and cons! Pros: Free wifi Drive through Ample seating inside Courteous staff Cons: Sometimes slow drive through They don't state your total at the drive through They don't take Baskin Robbins Coupons No outdoor seating

Lets start with this i went in around 3pm and wanted a coffee and a doughnut, since the name has doughnut in it thell have doughnuts right? Wrong they were out of doughnuts at 3pm. Are you kidding me??? Second the staff could care less that i was standing at the counter. They have attitude issues there. Place just sucks all i can say. Also good luck getting a bagel after 8am thell be out of those too. Stay away. Goto Tim Hortons instead, maybe frozen dough but at least they have doughnuts

Based on other reviews, this location might be hit or miss, but it was a hit with me today. Quick, friendly service and the usual great coffee. A big cut above the Greenfield near 9 mile location

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with some friends. Was greeted by a girl mopping the floors and waited at the counter while another worker was doing dishes. (7 minutes later) I finally said hello I'm ready to order. The girl mopping finally came and washed her hands to assist me. I ordered two donuts and asked her about a Oreo vanilla bean drink but the other worker said she couldn't make it. So I said I guess I wouldn't get it then. A couple seconds later she changed her mind. Now I sat there and watched her make this drink. First slowly grabbing a vitamin container and putting some ice in it. Then crushed it. Added some more ice, then crushed it. Once she had about a cup full she poured the Oreo mix in it. What the heck? It tasted disgusting and took so long to make I sat down and waited during the process. This place needs a lot of work. Poorly managed. Will not be back.

Worst dunkin donuts I've been to. There were no other customers in the store (and after my experience I now know why) but the cashier still did not greet me with a hello or good morning even after I greeted her. I ordered a large coffee and croissant with bacon and cheese. She questioned my sandwich order because I assume it was difficult for her to ring up. I received my coffee relatively promptly after paying but they forgot to make my sandwich until I asked them, I assume because of drive thru customers as there were still none in the store. Will not be back to this location.

Never go to this location in the Morning, especially Monday through Friday. I have never seen worse service in my life. It's consistently bad. I go, typically, on Friday with my child for a little end of week treat. We just go thru the drive-thru and I imagine it's the manager taking orders. She rushes orders only to get them wrong. I have to repeat my order numerous times. When asking if there are special donuts for kids, the answer is "we don't have any" in a piercing tone. I generally return fire with a stern voice of my own. At the window, the cashier must take on the attitude of the manager, because she's rude too. Have a little pride ladies!! You know it's bad when your kid says "they aren't very nice". I enjoy my DD like the next person, but it won't be here.

Ok so I'm updating this review because I come here at least 2 times a week. This used to be my favorite dunkin donuts location but everytime I go there my experience gets worse and worse! At first I was like, maybe it's just one of those days... But the past 6-7 I've gone I have literally have had to walk them through on how to make my drink! The service is super slow even when you are the only one in line. The employees are more occupied with the drive through then the customers that walk in. The employees are always new. I used to know everyone that worked there and now I get someone who just got hired every time and they don't know how to make anything. I'm just very frustrated with this location now. I come here because it's so close to my place. This location used to be great and friendly. The employee are always snapping at each other and very unprofessional. It's ridiculous

Worst establishment on Southfield road. Have tried to go back a few times after an initially horrific experience but am unable to communicate effectively with anybody that works there. I like the Baskin Robbins smoothies, so I went through the drivethru to order one and I had to tell them what I wanted through the intercom 4 times. Finally it sounded like worker got it so I pulled up to the window, sat there for 10 minutes and was not greeted or acknowledged in any way before I just had to drive off as I was about to be late for work. This is the 2nd time in the past couple months I have had this exact experience. I will never go back to this location for anything again as long as I live in the area.
