My last few orders have taken more than 30 minutes AFTER it left the store. It traveled less than a mile. Pizza is delivered cold.

I've been to this location about a half dozen times. Each time the food was good. I've never had a bad pizza from here, but today...I was bummed! I hadn't had Domino's in a few months, so on a lazy Sunday, I ordered online! When I went to pick up my order, it wasn't ready. No biggie, so I stood and waited. While other customers came in to order or pick up, they were ignored a little too long, IMO. They were busy, but that's no excuse for poor customer service. When I was handed my order, it was incomplete. Luckily, I asked if everything was there before I left! When I got home and opened my pizza box, I was totally bummed. I specifically ordered no tomatoes on my pizza, yet it was covered with them. Nothing better than picking junk off of your pizza that you can't eat! I think next time I'll just drive the extra few miles and order from a different location next time.

I've ordered here before and had issues, mostly with management. Previously I had ordered online and had selected the carry out option instead of delivery (my error). When I called the store to correct my mistake, I asked the female manager there if I could get it delivered, and pay extra w/ cash once it arrived (I had used my card for the order). She told me they had no record of my order, even stating that she "looked everywhere" for it, and that I must have ordered it at a different location. Once off the phone I checked with my bank, and had already been charged for the pizza that apparently "didn't exist". I drove to the store to find same woman I spoke with, along with 4 other workers, doing absolutely nothing but standing around & talking. I took one look at the shelf behind the counter and low and behold there was my pizza, with my name right on it. How is it that it took me 10 seconds to find something that apparently five workers couldn't find??? I chose to ignore this situation since this is the closest location to me, and I have gotten delivery from them since with no issue. Until this past weekend of course (you knew it was coming!) when my sister called to order carry out. What would have been a very simple order (their ongoing 2 @ $5.99 deal in this case) proved to be quite difficult. The guy who answered told us we'd have to have a coupon for the deal, and that spinach and feta were specialty items that only came on regular priced pizzas, so he'd have to charge extra. When the manager was put on the phone he spoke very unprofessionally to my sister (as if she didn't understand how the deal worked) and to me as well. I politely told him I'd ordered the same thing before from this location, among others, and never had an issue. Finally the manager seemed somewhat understanding and gave us the correct total. After picking it up and returning home, we found the pizza covered in grease and I was APPALLED to find a long black hair baked into it! This was the very last straw. There are plenty of other local pizza parlors I will gladly take my business to instead.

Ok I am going to make something clear, they can't do anything right. I ordered dominos online because I didn't want to call. I clicked on boneless chicken, but clearly they can't freaking read crap. For delivery instructions, I said "write a joke on the box". After waiting 45 minutes for my food, the guy said "sorry I didn't write a joke on the box, but I got everything else you wanted" I was so happy that I got my food and I gave him a 4 dollar tip. When I walked inside, I opened the box of chicken and it was chicken with bones! God damn can you do anything right!

I just can't even. The last few times I've ordered they messed up royally. I had ordered a thin crust, regular sauce, spinach, chicken, onion with feta and got regular crust, with bbq sauce, pineapple with the other toppings I wanted. Disgusting and WAY off. I called to get it corrected, they couldn't do anything for me that night so they gave me a credit. I called about a week later to give them another try and use up the credit. There was no record of the credit but they gave it to me anyways. After over an hour we got this order and I swear to God the dough was just barely warmed up. You couldn't pick up a slice without it falling completely apart, like if you were to lift up dough before it was baked, it did the whole stretchy thing *shudder* it was gross. A few of the pepperoni were cold even, I could Not believe they allowed that to leave the store. I used to make pizzas so I tried to be very understanding and gave this location many chances. I'm done. : (

so, I haven't ordered or eaten Dominoes pizza in a very long time. I decided to give them a shot while I was working because it was close and the other delivery near by didn't open until 4:00. online ordering is pretty easy but no place i saw to give instruction for well done. The online tracker showed my pizza left at 1:08 and didn't arrive at my office a mile away until 1:42. I'm sure you can imagine that the pizza was cold and soggy. The driver recommended that I call the location and stated that he came once and could find the suite, i should say the suite numbers, floors and directories are clearly marked . The only reason this review has any stars is that the person that answered my call, Rachel, was polite and courteous, apologized, refunded my order and told me she would record a credit should i want to try them again. She has earned a second shot so stay tuned for that review another day. The pizza was uninspiring even for what i expected form Dominoes. for all the advertising about changing the way the do things, I taste no difference in the quality from years ago. I'm hoping that next time a hot pizza that is well done will be better.

Called in my order. Guy on phone couldn't tell me where the location was (he had to put me on hold and ask), he didn't know many of the menu items... When I arrived on time to pickup pizza, was left standing at counter while manager talked on phone and four other employees talked and worked- apparently standing right in front of them waiting for service was not enough to get them to ask if I had been helped or to cash me out. The manager finally stopped his phone call and asked one of the employees to cash me out. Not impressed, I thought Dominoes was a tight ship all over their organization but maybe not. Perhaps they are slipping.

I went in and ordered a chicken club sub and a cheesy bread. The bread was good, but the sandwich was sub-par. What, no veggies? The sandwich bread was extremely greasy and messy. Next time I'll go around the corner to Subway.
