Archie's is open for breakfast and lunch only, and has a pretty small dining rooom. Once you become a regular here, you are like family. We live in the neighborhood and have been coming for breakfast since we moved in. Ordering off of the breakfast menu is your best bet. I usually go with the eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast combo. It's an insane amount of food for 3 or 4 bucks. My favorite part about their breakfasts is their hash browns. Most coneys use the frozen, thinly cut potatoes, but Archie's uses fresh, thick-cut potatoes. Much less greasy, and much better flavor. Their lunch menu is good and their coneys are as good as any in the area. I prefer Archie's to chain coneys since it is family owned and has been in the area for years.

The service was fast and friendly. The side salad that came with my chicken finger dinner was yuck! Old iceberg lettuce - dry, brown, blech and 2 slices of tomato- nothing else. They should just say a plate of lettuce. The chicken tenders were very yummy, as were the fries. Great price. Standard GF type food. I will try their breakfast as that's something they have to prepare from scratch

It's small. It's dirty. It's a diner. I'd be willing to guess that the same old folks come in here every day and order the same thing every day. The food is nothing spectacular, just standard diner fare. I've had better pancakes elsewhere but these were serviceable. The waitstaff was friendly and chatty, which is pleasant. The prices are rock bottom; I think we ended up paying like 23 bucks for 4 people. I went here because of a family breakfast and I don't think I'd return.

I'm only giving this place three stars because of the way I felt after I ate my greasy diner breakfast... This is not to say it's unpleasant. I had eggs and hashbrowns which ended up being standard as far as breakfasts go. My dad swears by it, but always prefaces the visit with "Don't judge a book by its cover" because the place is pretty dismal inside. Too hot one second, too cold the next and crotchety old folks nearby to tell the people running the show what's up. Anyway, good (enough) grub. Just not my jam. Four of us ate a large breakfast for under $25. Not too shabby.

Great value.Great food. Atmosphere is a hole in the wall but this place more than makes up for it with the great meals and exceptional value. The French Toast and omletes are the best.
