The costumer service at this location is just awful. I've never had a great experience at this location. Most of the times we have gone it seems like they employees are stoned out of their minds and talk to you like they are confused about what you are ordering. But last time we were there we just had an all around bad experience. We ordered a pizza to be delivered and had our usual "uh.. What toppings again? Oh uh.. OK. Uh.." Wrapped that up and waited for the pizza. We don't live more than 5 minutes down the road so after an hour of waiting we called back to check on our pizza's status. We were told that the diver had left and should be there any minute. Which took another 15 minutes or so. Once the pizza arrived, it was ice cold.. We called back to speak to the manager about our experience and our response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" That was incredibley rude. We never got an apology or anything. He said all he would be able to do is have a remake sent out. What a silly option, we don't want to wait another hour for a pizza. We declined and mentioned we wouldn't continue using there location and the manager said, "alright" and hung up. Again, for being a manager he was quite rude and never apologized for any of the inconvenience. I don't recommend this location if you are looking for a pleasant pizza eating experience.
