This place used to be great but has seriously gone down hill.... The last straw was on our last visit my burger was pretty much completely raw and since I was eating outside- I had sunglasses on so I couldn't tell until I went to throw it away and dropped what was left of the hamburger. When I went to pick it back up is when I noticed that only the top of the burger was barlely cooked and the inside was completely RAW I took the piece inside to show an employee. The girl gasped when she saw it that's how bad it was.... She went and got the manager who came out in front of the store pretty much yelling that if I want my burger cooked I need to ask for it and that she eats her burgers basically raw all the time and she's fine so I should be okay too.... I never ended up throwing up but I was pretty much sick to my stomach the entire next day. I guess if you don't want to be served raw meat you must specify that you wish to have it cooked...

We stopped by for a quick dinner on our family road trip, and we had a great experience. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Our food was piping hot when it was delivered to our table. My parents are touchy about music volume in eating establishments, and thankfully this Culver's kept the music enjoyable without being overbearing. The women's washroom could use a bit more attention. The staff friendliness and service was the best I've had in a Culver's restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken sandwich with fries and a cola. Really friendly staff. Food came out quick and it was really tasty. It was fast food. The chicken was juicy. The tomato was a little yellow, it was not a super ripe red tomato, but tasted good.

We all have our "comfort foods". Mine comes on a toasted, buttered bun, in a basket with always fresh crinkle-cut French fries. It is a double butterburger with cheese from the Jackson Culver's. I've been coming to this Culver's for almost 3 years and have only had one instance where I was wasn't completely satisfied. I'm the kind of guy that goes more than I should... At least once a week, sometimes 2-3 times if I am hosting someone. The staff is exceptional, the place is always clean, and the food is ALWAYS fresh. I know each manager, and they are always friendly and willing to help with anything. The owner is also a wonderful person who puts the customer before anything else. They have helped our church with different promotions and have proven to be one of the greatest establishments I've ever stepped foot in. I HIGHLY recommend the Culver's of Jackson for anyone looking for a delicious meal, a wonderful staff, and if you're like me, a little comfort when you're feeling down

Solid Restaurant. Very clean. Very quick to order. Short waits on food but I don't mind! I highly recommend the 2pc. Chicken dinner or a Garden Bacon Blu salad. Try the Chocolate Eclair flavor. Its really good.

I had driven about 600 miles and I was so happy to see the Culver's sign. I was tired, hungry and needed a stretch. After looking at the menu and deciding against my standard Butter-burger variations and passing on the always tasty fried chicken, I decided on a walleye dinner. It was really good too. It came out hot fresh and tasty. The cole slaw was nice and creamy and the fries were hot. This Culver's was like an Oasis.

We love Culvers. We stopped at this location after a long day on the road. It was quite busy and we expected to wait a bit for our food. We don't mind waiting, since we know culvers makes your food fresh to order. Tim, the manager, thought we has waited too long, so he treated our family of 4 to dessert. He went over and above to make sure we were happy and we all enjoyed our free dessert. Great place, delicious food and a manager who goes the extra mile. Well done Culver's!!

I liked the frozen custard, it doesn't taste as sweet as ice cream and it's delicious. My North Arlantic Cod wasn't that wow, fish was bland with no taste. Fries were really good. So was the chicken tenders and the butter burger, really yummy (even my little picky eater liked it). Good to find something new and different:)

Not the best visit. Iced tea was empty (I told no less than three workers about it). Burger wasn't as ordered, and iced tea was still out when I sought a refill. Tables were dirty (sticky).
