Went in today for a late lunch, (9/12/15) around 4:30pm, absolutely amazing staff. The woman at the cash register was very friendly, fantastic customer service. Made sure my iced tea was perfectly half sweetened the way I like it. Got my food ready quickly and perfectly. I have zero complaints. She was absolutely lovely. The restaurant was spotless, a very welcoming environment.

I'm a big fan of Tim Hortans. With many competitors like Starbucks, Dunkin donuts, Einstein Bros, and Bigby, I feel like Tims is overlooked and definitely underrated. It is my honest opinion that they have the best tasting coffee from all the franchises I've named. The bagels here are pretty good, my favorite is the everything bagel. They've just added a Nutella pastry too! The donuts here aren't bad either, they're no Krispy Kreme but they are better then mediocre tasting. This location in particular would have to be my favorite because it's right behind the rusty bucket, so it's kind of hidden.

A sign on the side of the road advertising free coffee made me turn in. Once I got to the speaker, I was notified the deal was over. So I ordered $1 large iced tea, no ice, and a salt bagel. Apparently they don't have salt bagels... pumpkin was an option but my total came to $3.75 or so. No bagel is worth that so I cancelled the bagel (which at this point was not at all what I had in mind) and drove around. My total: $1.58, the tea price was wrong on the board. Not that the $.58 is that big of a deal, but I was very aggravated. And my iced tea no ice was filled to the brim with ice. I drive by every day, and I won't stop again.

Eh, this TImmy's is okay. The poorly planned parking lot and drive through makes me enraged almost every day. It's the only Timmy Ho's on my commute by work so I have to stop here. I have had good experiences and bad, but overall the staff is friendly and move the long line pretty fast.

Why can't these guys just give you a napkin with out you having to ask 3 times for it? Are they trying to save money or trees? I don't get it but if someone orders a chocolate covered doughnut and is going to be eating that don't you think they might not want to get that all over their steering wheel and radio? ? ? Hello? Also be very careful ordering cream for your coffee or tea here. 3 creams does not mean 3 little creamer things here, it means 3 pumps out of a gigantic container. I watched in horror as she filled half my extra large iced coffee up faith this stuff, guess that one was over a gazillion calories.

If I could give this location of Tim Hortons a 0... I would. For the record, Tim Hortons is AMAZING. So if this is your first time going to any chains, please don't judge the company based on this awful location. Every time I come, something gets messed up. I order and pay for a Iced Cappuccino Supreme (includes whipped cream and a shot of a flavor) with vanilla shot. No whipped cream. No vanilla. Other times I've ordered a small regular iced cap and they've added whipped cream. Today the line took honestly so long I was late to my appointment. It took nearly 15 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me... And when we got to the window, we realized the manager had been so foolish to only have TWO people (one on register, one cooking) at LUNCH TIME!!! It was packed and the service was so slow. On top of the fact that they messed my drink up, my fiancé ordered a steak panini which he has ordered multiple times... We had to wait extra for it and they still messed it up. It was not a pressed panini... It was just bread with a slab of mayo. There was barely any steak and a whole load of non-chopped red onions. It was awful. A few weeks ago when we went there, there was a guy working whose girlfriend (I assume) was standing outside the drive thru window arguing with him. Not until she saw our car approaching did she step back. So unprofessional. This place needs a new manager, owner, staff, everything. Suffice it to say - we didn't have an issue with napkins like other reviewers. we were given plenty. It doesn't help lol.

I stopped here all revved up wanting to buy a couple of dozen donuts, a dozen bagels and some veggie cream cheese for the office. So I drove up to the window and ordered. I don't remember what outrageous price the fellow suggested through the speaker, but it just didn't sound right. So I canceled the order, parked the car and went inside. When I got to the counter I asked how much a dozen bagels were. They told me. I asked how much a dozen donuts were. They told me. I asked how much a container of Cream Cheese was. They told me. When I added it all up in my head, it was reasonable. So I reordered just that. I allowed the counter person to select the mix of bagels and donuts. I just asked for an assortment. But when the items were bagged, and I wanted to pay, the total came out to that outrageous amount again. How did that happen, I asked? The counter person said that this is what the register rang up. So I asked how much the tax was. After subtracting the tax, it still did not make sense. So I asked how much they charged me for the bagels. It was much more than quoted. I reminded the counter person that I had just asked the price and that was not it. He said "I know we are out of the standard bagels and I gave you the deluxe ones. They are all we have now. Maybe that is why the price was higher...." I walked out.

I love that this location is literally right next door to my home...lol....ok maybe not that close. It has a drive thru so I can jump in my car in my jammies and drive thru for my morning coffee on lazy I don't want to make my own coffee days and get back home to get ready for the day.

There is no consistency at this location. My coffee is made different almost every time I order it. I get a medium iced coffee with a double shot of espresso and 1 cream. This last time I ordered it I received what seemed like milk on ice. I couldn't even drink it and by the time I had taken a sip I was already traveling north on I-75 and wasn't about to turn around. I tried calling and the phone rang about 10 times before I gave up. I tried calling again half an hour later and still no answer. Won't be going back.

Seriously the worst Tim Hortons in the area. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to the next one in the area (they're all over the place) and avoid this one. 1. The entrance/exit and drive thru was terribly constructed. Cars coming in trying to squeeze through while others are trying to exit the drive thru. Traffic always backed up. 2. Awful service. I've been in a rush a few times and this location is conveniently on my route to work. One time I ordered, waited in the drive thru like for a good 5 minutes before pulling up just to be told that their credit card machine was down. Another time, I went in due to the long drive thru line to order timbits for my coworkers and I. Took longer than it would have in the drive thru as their employees all seem to be new and inexperienced in their positions. Finally got my order and half the timbits were squished and looked less than fresh. The last time I specifically ordered an iced coffee with "please, just a splash of milk" and received an iced coffee full of thick cream. I learned my lesson and will not be returning despite the convenience of the location!
