Meh. Really not much to say. I've been here twice with co-workers who enjoy it, but I just think it's OK. The pizza looks good. The employees are eh. The prices are just OK. Everything is just OK.

Good googly moogly this place is good! The subs are awesome and the prices are reasonable. I have lived in Cecil for over a year and just found this place. The sub rolls were extremely fresh and the service was fast. We have had a tough time finding a quality sub joint in Cecil County. If you are in the Perryville area, you have to check these guys out! We've been searching for good pizza since moving to Havre de Grace, and were just about to give up. Tried Ercole's and swore it would be our last attempt. So glad we did!! It's hands down the best in the area - the white pizza with broccoli, tomato & ricotta was delicious! Also tried a regular mushroom and it was top notch - as close to NJ as you can get! Antipasto was fresh with heaps of prosciutto and cheeses! This will be our go to place. Try it - you won't be disappointed!!

Great pizza. Not just good by Cecil County standards--the best NYC-style pizza I've had since living in a big city. Other stuff is good too--cheesesteaks are dependable, and salads and subs are generously portioned and fresh. But the pizza is the star of the show. Thin crispy crust, delicious sauce, and the right amount of cheese. Prices are reasonable. I wish they delivered, but it's worth the drive out from my neck of the woods. Best pizza in this whole area.

For an east coast gal coming back home on vacation from the West coast, this place is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Amazing deli Italian subs, fresh ingredients, the best! I tried the crab cake sub too (had to!) and seriously some the best crab cakes I've ever tasted!! Def worth a visit!!

I ate here almost everyday for the longest time. My job has since changed but I still find myself here once and awhile. Always got a good sub with plenty of meat or a great slice of pizza. Best place in Perryville for pizza/subs.

Just moved from the NC area and I'm originally from Providence and this is the best pizza I've had in years. The staff is straight from Italy and the food tastes genuine and fresh every time. Pizza is phenomenal and this is my first review because this pizza joint warranted more reviews than it has.

I was working across the street all week. went in here twice. Maybe not the best pizza in the world. but very good. Good chewy crust. New York Style pizza. And the prices are very reasonable. I got 2 slices and a soda for under $6. That's not bad at all!

Been here many times and used to live in the same town. These guys are very friendly and always ask how have you been. The pizza and subs are the best. A must stop for anyone coming through the area.

For this area, I should give them a 5 star rating. Grew up on Jersey shore pizza, so many good ones to choose from there. This place is NY style pizza, decent thin crust and sauce is good. Seem to use good cheese, taste is good. Cheese steaks are pretty good too. I have tried the lasagna which was meaty and cheesy, decent portion and prices are reasonable. Most places in this area are like Dominos, Pats, etc... not very good, chewy dough and hardly Italian. These guys are Italian all the way. Friendly staff. Only bad thing I would say is there is not much room to sit, maybe 4 or 5 tables. This place is in Cecil County just over the Hatem Bridge in Perryville.

I can't believe no one has written a review of this place until just this month! I used to live in Perryville a few years ago and this was a diamond in the rough. Authentic Italian shop. Great food, awesome pizza. they do it their way and you like 'em for it. Always friendly, always acknowledge folks when they come in. They knew me by my phone orders. My daughter always wanted: "Plain turkey sub with ketchup, please". I'd say the order over then phone and get the same response every time: "Ketchup?!" Now that I live in the area again I'll stop back in and say hi. Man, I almost forgot about this place until I pulled up Yelp for the area. Saved again. that was a close one.

NOT CLOSED! These guys have freakin' awesome subs. This is our standard post-sailing food situation. Pretty much always the same dudes working there, always happy to see you and make you deliciousness.

Stopped in here at lunch break to eat. The wings were very good and so was the Pizza. Prices seemed a little high and the guys were a little short but not bad.

I have to wonder about the reviews. I live in the area and have been there several times. Food is just ok, on the small side and prices are way high for the product. There just isnt much to choose from in the area...at all! Probably wont return.

Fantastic pizza. Always get a white with eggplant, but they'll put eggplant on any pizza for extra. They do close the whole month of august for vacation. Really nice guys making awesome pizzas.

I don't know why it says this place is closed - it's open. I know they close for vacation for a week or two every summer - maybe that's why? I LOVE this place! My family orders food from here all the time and we have never been disappointed. This is a little "hole-in-the-wall" kind of place owned by Italian guys. The staff is always friendly (in a quick sort-of way) and it's a good environment if you want to eat there (we usually take ours home). The food is pretty simple - nothing fancy. The prices are reasonable. The pizza is some of the best that I've ever had. Everything - the cheese, the crust, the sauce - it's all good. I've ordered from here when I had company a few times and everyone seems to agree. We love their cheesesteak subs too. Usually we order subs and pizza, but I had their lasagna once and it was pretty good. The portion was big enough for two people and it came with some tasty garlic bread. We really enjoy our dinners from this place and we will keep going back as long and they're around!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
