At first I wasn't sure how quickly we'd get tables but we were able to get counter seats right away. The server was terrific - attentive, friendly and answered our questions. What was fun is that the people who were sitting next to us shared their favorites and we had a fun conversation with,,,guess what? The owner's parents!! They were so funny and again friendly. I know that New Englanders often get slammed for being cold and rude but it really wasn't the case (and I'm a born and bred New Englander myself). I had their famous corned beef hash and it is indeed homemade. I've been to so many places that say "homemade" and it's really out of the can (potatoes are too perfect). The over easy eggs were perfect as well as the crispy home fries. The English muffin (and sweet bread roll) were grilled. Wow, it was alot of food. My friend ordered only one pancake and two eggs and that's all she needed. FYI - Know that you'd need to wait a bit for your food as it's only Cindy who's cooking the food although she has staff helping out in the kitchen. Look forward to going back soon! CASH only. ***Returned the next day and got seated right away at the counter. I had one slice of French Toast, which was like custard inside (yum!) and the breakfast sandwich. Everything well done once again.

Fantastic breakfast spot in the Fall River, MA. area. We stopped in after spending the night in the area. I could smell the deliciousness as we walked through the door. My veggie omelet was perfect, as we're the home fries and coffee. Great, friendly staff and they play Trivia Crack! YUMMO!

I'm not really a big breakfast person, but my husband brought me to Cindy's a few months back and I absolutely LOVE this place! It's our first choice of a place to go for breakfast. It's small but worth the wait. The food is amazing! The shreds...my mouth waters just thinking about them. There's often a wait for a table, but it's well-worth the wait. I've had the eggs, the french toast, the sweet bread french toast, the sausage patties, the ham, and the shreds. Have not been disappointed a single time. As I said, the place is small (I think there are four tables for 4, and four tables for 2, plus a little bit larger booth near the front window, as well as some seats at the counter. BUT! They are currently under construction and expanding into the space next door, so hopefully that will improve the wait time! The staff is always friendly and quick, there are a lot of "regular" customers there most of the time when we're in there (we're becoming regulars ourselves LOL!). I have only ever had breakfast here, but if their lunch fare is as good as their breakfast food, I don't think you can go wrong! Great atmosphere, awesome food, friendly service! Just one note, they are CASH ONLY! So be sure to bring along some $$!

We had crapes, egg sandwich, veggie breakfast thing and grits between the 3 of us. Seriously the best breakfast ever. Highly recommend. The waitress was Cindy's mom and that was an experience in herself. She's portuguese and talked about how clean the restaurant is. Which I would agree. This place has gotta be the best breakfast place in Mass.

Absolutely worth the stop. One of the best breakfast spots on the south coast. Greek omelette with shreds is awesome. Great fresh baked muffins and always really good specials.

Another great breakfast! Shreds and eggs are awesome - I added some of her enchilada sauce on top for an extra kick. Outstanding!

Have had breakfast at Cindy's a couple of times. Always very good. We stopped on the way thru to South Dartmouth for lunch on a Saturday. The wait after seating was 35 minutes for a hamburger and a salad. We probably will not return. It is good dinner fare but no more no less.

Breakfast here is outstanding! It's the best corned beef hash I have ever eaten, it's definitely homemade, no canned stuff here! I was surprised at the amount of seating it has because it looks so tiny from the front. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the service. It's a hoppin' place so a wait is expected. After being seated it took a seriously long time before we were given coffee. My poor waitress was slammed so I felt bad interrupting her to ask for more. Some co workers were milling about but talking amongst themselves when they should have been checking\helping in my opinion. I've been twice and both times servers were super friendly but a bit overworked. It's my new fav, and I am hoping I can change the review to five stars.

Cindy's is the best breakfast place around. The staff is friendly, an the food is awesome. Cindy's offers a variety of breakfast choices, an no matter what u get it's always good. If you haven't tried it, u don't know what your missing.

Great place for breakfast I always have corn beef hash which is the best I have ever had. I now never order it any where else as it never even comes close
