Normally I would give this dunks location atleast 4 stars because it's always clean and the staff is friendly and they make my coffee perfect *but lately I've been noticing the service going tremendously down hill. Just now, not even 1 staff member looked up to take anyones order for at least a couple minutes because they were too busy having side convo's with each other. (there were a bunch of us in line too waiting). The oldest person working looked no older than 20, maybe 21, and during there loud convo's with each other (a friend of 1 of the youngest girls came in and just walked right in front of everyone and got a free coffee from the workers, even though that friend doesn't work at any dunks locations. I only know this because they were all talking so loudly that you could easily overhear what they were saying and it seemed they knew everyone could hear too but they still carried on, not caring. They even said to that friend that came in, how there was no manager working today and laughed as if due to that, they could get away with anything. Which at that point they were. Finally I got my order taken and of course I knew it was not going to come out correctly because no one there was focusing on what they supposed to be doing (I even seen /heard 1 of the girls at the drive thru window tell that customer to hold on.. Then she continue her convo with yet another different friend that came in and she even said to her friend "ya they're just gonna get coffee, they can wait" they both laughed then continued their convo about some guy 1 of them liked. How appalling this behavior is! My coffee though I had to repeat the order 2 times to 1 girl then another time to a different girl and it still came out horrible and all I wanted was a FV iced latte with whole milk and sugar. How hard is that? Obviously extremely difficult when your not paying attention. And when they handed it to me, the cup was Rediculously overfilled so it spilled on my hand and the sleeve of my white shirt and nope neither girl standing there who helped with my order apologized. Plus I ordered a flatbread sandwich and I stood waiting at that counter to pick it up for almost 5 minutes before someone came over and asked if I was waiting for something. They never even began to make my food until a different associate came over and asked. That associate didn't have a clue what I was waiting for so I had to wait even longer now for them to make it. Today was just a terrible experience overall and no matter what, a manager should of been present and everyone on this shift should be held accountable. Sadly though this has been happening quite often at this location for the past month or so and I notice on Mondays it's the worst. I hope something gets done asap or else I'll have to find myself a better location. And I come to this dunks atleast twice a day, everyday. Plus numerous family members and friends of mine come here regularly too and see the terrible change. That's a lot of customers this location will be losing .

Despite there being 2 Dunkin Donuts closer to me, I always go a little out of my way to go to this particular one. The staff are among the friendliest I've ever encountered and the muffins are always fresh!

Ice coffee ,,, moca one of my favorite treats !!! But oh my god service was so wrong they seem to be confused but gotta gotta give the kids some credit they do it with a smile !

This Dunkin Donuts is the BEST in the area. The store is always very clean and very well kept up. Never any trash or grime build up anywhere. This store is also open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so that's a bonus. They also have good looking product in their case. You can tell that this store doesn't get its donuts from a commissary like many Dunks in Boston do. The donuts at this Dunkin Donuts just LOOK better and more hand crafted (as they should be). Plus they carry cream filled donuts and jelly sticks, which most stores that use a commissary do not carry anymore. The staff is great. Always friendly and happy. I never get the 'disgruntled food service worker' attitude from any of them. Service is excellent also. Always in and out. They do a pretty good job on the drive thru also. I don't know what the franchise owner is doing, but it appears they are doing it correctly. I wish other Dunks would take notice and model themselves after this store. But in my book, this store gets all five stars.

I love this Dunkin Donuts. I can come here anytime because they are always open. That's awesome. Usually I stop by late after work. The staff is very friendly and they work hard and fast. Definitely the friendliest Dunkin Donuts staff I've come across.

Popped into Dunkin Donuts before hitting the road tonight and decided to try this location. The dining area was great, the staff was really polite, and the coffee was delicious. The store is situated on a busy highway, so the staff is quick at getting people in and out. The only downside to this location is that they have limited parking and it was a pain to get out of the parking lot.

This is my favorite Dunkin. The staff here is ALWAYS very nice and extremely patient. I usually order an iced latte or an iced coffee and they don't mind adding some extra caramel or mocha when I request it.

This Dunkin Donuts is the best around. Some how they always have the friendliest & most down to earth staff. Plus their ice coffee are always so good, I don't know how they do it , an why most other Dunkins can't. This Dunkin is always clean and so are their bathroom some thing hard to find at a dinkins especially in Everett. The only thing this Dunkin is missing is a flat screen T.V with couches. If their was a way I could suggest them to add them I would.
