How is it only 6:20 pm but yet I can't order a delivery ? They close at 11 pm ???? I really like this pace but it's hard to get ? It would be a heck of a lot better if I could order my dinner at dinner time not be told no for delivery 3 1/2 hours before closing.

A bit off the beaten path, but well worth finding. My friend has been raving about them for a while now, I decided to check it out for myself as I was in the area and looking for something to eat. To be honest, it looked OK as I drove up, though nothing special. I walked in and was happy I did. The inside was immaculate and inviting. The dining room was clean and fairly large. While we were there, there was a steady stream of customers, which is always a good sign. I chose a Chicken Parmesan sandwich that didn't disappoint. Toasted just right plus the chicken was both tender and juicy. I was quite happy with my choice. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this establishment.

This is a hidden gem among the many mediocre pizza joints in the area. The food always tastes fresh and the inside of the place is immaculate and inviting. It instills the confidence that your food is prepared under clean, sanitary conditions. The neighborhood is a bit seedy, but don't let that stop you from stopping in. Their pizza pies are fantastic! Not like the typical Greek-owned pizza places that dominate the area, but more like authentic Italian-style pizza you would get in the North End of Boston. It's always busy when I go there, which tells me that others have discovered just how good the food is. The prices are budget-friendly too, so you can bring your whole family and not go broke feeding everyone.

Meh. I ordered here for the first time about a week ago, husband said the sub was eh but the BBQ pizza we ordered was great except for the ridiculous price for a small that was almost the size of a Celeste personal pizza. Also I got a crispy chicken Caesar salad to share. That to me was the best. Ordered a second time and the pizza this time was kinda gross. Today I ordered and will be my last order ever to big Al's. Pizza like someone else said the sauce and cheese has a microwaveable taste to it. I was tempted to get my salad again, the one decision I regret making was to not get it and get boneless buffalo wings. They looked black as soon as I opened them, no sauce on them what so ever which was whatever. But the part that kills me is that they were soggy as soggy could be and barely warm. I suggest picking up if you do decide to order, took them over 45 minutes for someone who lives a 5 minute drive away. Another thing that's helping me sway my decision to never order here again was my delivery driver. Not only did he not follow the instructions I added to my online order, he came to my kitchen back door barely knocked, thank god I was in there to go "huh? What was that noise?" And open the door to look. He also didn't even say anything looked at me like I had four heads when I said "hey how are you" he mumbled my total and left. I regret even giving this guy a tip. I guess if you order here stick to what you know or you'll regret it.
