Found this place by chance. Tired of the same chain restaurants around Lafayette. Stopped in here for something different and was very pleasantly surprised. I've eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. Great menu (Try the Ziggy Shrimp), great atmosphere and staff. Food is awesome and priced just right. They're closed on weekends, but be sure and check them out during the week.

A favorite lunch spot for a few years now. Solid menu all around. I highly recommend the bourbon burger, hamburger steak, and eggplant fries. Wraps are good too. Service can be a little slow on occasion, but is usually pretty good.

Perfect lunch spot! Friendly welcoming staff. Very clean restaurant. The owner seated us which I found very professional. The menu all looked great! Had the rabbit poboy with eggplant fries. WOW! I was seriously surprised at the perfection of both!! The poboy bread was the perfect texture. The rabbit pieces were perfect for the bread, perfectly moist and fried. It was simply dressed so you could taste the rabbit. The eggplant fries... OMG! Have never had anything like it. No need for dips or sauces. Also perfectly fried. I could't have been more pleased with my meal!

A decent spot for lunch off Highway 90. I am in the area often traveling to and from Houston (my companies Lafayette location is a few blocks away). Shrimp poo boy and the prime rib poo boy is good, and I really like the eggplant fries. Very unique. A good hole in the wall kind of place, though it gets packed for lunch. Which means slow service and long waits. Not the best, but enjoyable and worth the visit.

Decent lunch spot. I like their po-boys the best. Service is quick, if disinterested. Get in early if you want a shot at the specials, they are usually gone before 1.

The grilled catfish and shrimp is delicious. When there right in the middle of lunch and got great service. I'll come back an visit when ever I'm back in Lafayette

Went for Lunch today I had the catfish and white beans ample food but two small pieces of catfish and lots and lots of beans and rice, wow like 2 lbs of rice and beans its is good but overwhelming. All of that for 12.85 good but pricey. I will have to think about this place before returning for lunch.

Revisiting this place a year later, and I think it's worth the fifth star. The fried shrimp poorboy and sweet potato fries were delicious. $2 domestics till 7p. It's walking distance from Comfort Inn; I highly recommend it if you are staying in Broussard.

Phenomenal, I have been here twice and have been very impressed each time. This last time I had the grilled shrimp which came with the most tasty sauce I have had in a long time. Definitely will go back again and again

I absolutely love the food and service here. They lose a star cause they close way too early.:( sometimes I would like to eat a little later but over all keep up the good work guys. The service is a little slow but the quality of the food makes up for a wait. The bar staff always has a smile on their faces and I like that.
