We absolutely love this pizza. We also were slightly out of there delivery range at 3.2 miles, but I was surprised to get a phone call a few hours after our pizza delivery from one of the employees who said that they had put our address within delivery range so when I called back to order there wouldn't be any problems in the future. Excellent customer service and a very very good pizza

Would love to give it a try, but tried to order and they don't deliver just down Man-o-war from them, just off of Nicholasville road. Update: Well, we were in the mood for pizza and in the area, so we figured we would try carry out from Jet's. We got coupons from their website. This was an unfortunate choice. We tried the pan/deep dish, which was so greasy it gave us stomachaches. We opened the box and the pizza had a metallic smell, which seemed unusual, I guess we got our daily supply of iron? It was most comparable to Pizza Hut, however Pizza Hut would be a tastier option.

The pizzas are very good. It is a nice change to be able to get a clean tasting, and not over spiced pizza. The staff is very friendly and polite. I found them to be very helpful during my first visit. The menu was pretty busy, and it was nice to have them help me cut through all of the chatter. They say that all of the ingredients are prepared fresh each day. It tastes like they're fresh. As I said before, they are not super spicey like most of the other pizza joints in town. They are not quit as good tasting as Ledo's, but close. Definitely the best tasting pizzas in this town. Way to go Jet's!!!!!

Pizza is great. I love the 8 corner pizza. Ingredients taste like high quality. Calories are a little high per average slice and the price is a little steep. All I can say is you get what you pay for and this is Top Quality Pizza! I always keep coming back.

I tried Jet's because a friend suggested it. It's a chain, so I thought, "Eh, it's not going to be that good." I was really surprised. It is honestly the best pizza I have ever eaten. I drive from Frankfort to Lexington every weekend, and most of the time I eat here. It's a little out of my way, but man, the pizza is great. The guys who work here have been really nice to us as well. There's not much seating at all (about all their business is delivery or carry out) and the pizza is pricey compared to $5 and $10 pizzas you can pick up at other chains. That's about all the negative I can say. It's my favorite pizza place in Lexington.

I come from an area that has a pizzeria on every corner...all phenomenal! It was with with great hesitation that I would try a chain in Kentucky. This place did good!! I had the supreme...fantastic...its not home, but better then anywhere else out of New York that I had...You deserve the 5 stars Jet....will definitely try you again. Also worth noting....their delivery to the Residence Inn was fast and the pizza was very hot!! Nice work!

If you like deep dish pan pizza this is the place for you. I have had the thin and hand tossed but it does not compare. Great lunch special for $4.00, 2 large deep dish slices and a 20 oz drink!

Love Jets deep dish pizza! The crust is to die for and their sandwiches and salads are always made FRESH! They get busy so sometimes deliveries can be delayed a little bit but the food is worth the wait! LOVE JETS PIZZA, SALADS, and SANDWICHES!!!! THEIR WHOLE MENU IS JUST DELICIOUS!!!

I love this place already. I like the thin crust because it reminds me of a Chicago thin crust. The pizza again is great and I really have no complaints. The only knock is that I have to drive 20 mins to get there! That is not their fault though.

Wow tried the 4 corner pepperoni pizza it was like going back to early 1980's Pizza Hut pan pizza when it was good and not the frozen tasteless pizza they sell today and we had the antipasto salad this is the best delivery pizza and salad I have ever had!

Lexington is no pizza town. Our best pizza is a massive food truck that is basically built out of a shipping container. And delivery pizza is almost always bad. I can't stand not only the taste but the politics of Papa John's and Domino's, we had no food in the house because of a cancelled flight out of LEX, so we ordered Jet's. I have no idea what the politics of this chain are, but again, not much here. Delivery pizza - even one this close to our house and even one that takes 45 minutes (which, I thought, might be a good sign....like...hey...they are really making the pizza) - still is not much.

I had called ahead to make sure they could have a delivery to me by 11:00. It arrived at 11:18, 12 minutes before my lunch ended. The calzone contained pizza sauce, instead of just garlic butter. I felt I should have been warned or asked if I wanted this. Terrible 1st time experience with this place-- don't plan to order from them again.

Had the large Jet 10 pizza and anti pasta salad for $30.00. Was able to feed three adults and one toddler. Salad had plenty of tomatoes, black olives and red onion. Will order this combo again. Pizza had fresh ingredients reheats in the microwave fine but flavor is just OK for chain food pizza.

Just tried Jets for the first time. Opened the box to a smell of cleaning product. If that's the flavor of the sauce then it's disgusting! I'm scared to eat the stuff though- took a couple bites and it just didn't taste right. I don't know if a disgruntled employee put something in it or the sauce has gone bad. Something is "off" to the point I'm ready to send it off to a lab. I've heard the pizza is good- that makes me even more worried about what was put in it. Last time i'll order from this place.
