You're at the Cincinnati airport. You're catching a morning flight. The line for the Starbucks is crazy! Look just past the Starbucks line and you'll see the Brueggers... and almost no line! Great place to get coffee and the bagels are pretty decent. Fast friendly service. You can grab your coffee, some water for the plane, a nice toasted bagel with the cream cheese of your choice liberally applied and other snacks like fruit. A winner - and usually a much shorter line for better food than Starbucks.

It's kind of the worst Bruegger's ever. I mean, it's in an airport, and it's an OK breakfast choice. They open late (seems like management doesn't care much, they were 25 minutes late to open when we where there), prices are high because it's in an airport, and the bagels lack something. The asiago-parmesan we got was light on cheese (normally they have lots of crispy cheese on top), the bagel seemed undercooked, and the 'toasting' did nothing - seemed like their toaster was broken. I'd say aim for one of the outside ones (the one in Columbia-Tusculum has a drive through) before stopping by the airport to get your bagel fix or go elsewhere.

If you ever find yourself at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and you're in a hurry and are hungry, pick this place. Why? Well, there is nothing else remotely healthy available in the food court (McDonalds, Chick Fil A, Gold Star Chili, and a Philly cheese steak place named Charley's). As for the food itself, it's okay. I had a layover later in the evening and wanted something other than a bagel. They have sandwiches and salads on the menu so I opted for a Caesar salad with chicken. It wasn't bad at all however a small salad really is tiny. The worst part about this experience was the fact that it took 15 minutes for the 3 staff members behind the counter to make sandwiches for the 4 customers in front of me before they asked me for my order. It shouldn't take that long to take orders from 4 customers. It's clear they have some efficiency issues behind the counter which is not what you want when you're trying to catch a flight. The highlight was the delicious brownies they have... If I'm ever back at this airport I'd probably still go there given the poor dining options at the food court.

After submitting my one-star Yelp review, I immediately received an email from a marketing manager at Bruegger's. She apologized for the poor service, had contacted the district manager already, and assured me the store manager would also be told about my experience. She offered to make it up to me and was appreciative of my feedback. I can't speak to why the workers at this airport location treated customers the way they did, but the company certainly listened. Hats off to Bruegger's. I will try them again.

This Bruegger's is the only real food outpost of civilization at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Once you get past security - this is it in terms of getting something to eat! I ordered a Turkey sandwich on wheat with swiss cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and picked up a couple of bottles of cold water. The sandwich was tasty and hit the spot! There is usually a bit of a line here as this is the only game in town. Until Yelp corrects the address for this business listing (it's currently missing information) - the correct address is: Bruegger's Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Terminal 2 2939 Terminal Drive Hebron, KY 41048

Ordered the edamame beet salad and was kind of disappointed by the small amount of beets that were actually present. Other than that it was good! The staff was very friendly!

Yay for Bruegger's at the airport! The full menu is available (it looked much smaller than it actually was when I first approached it). Service is efficient and friendly. Prices are higher than a standard shop but such is the airport- having the option is nice.

If you're in this terminal waiting for your flight and need something to eat that doesn't seem like greasy fast food this is your place. I was there on Christmas day and my choices were limited as far as food. The line to this place was very long. They should've had more people on staff, however it being a holiday I'm sure it was hard to get people to come to work. As far as the food it's bagel sandwiches people. You can't go wrong. Well I guess you can. But they did a fine job and they also have a fabulous coffee bar- a good alternative to Starbucks.

Not a good bagel - overly chewy and my plain cream cheese had traces of onion in it (not a good combo with the cinnamon raisin bagel). Not much else to say...

Located in Terminal 2 at CVG (after security), Bruegger's was the only food vendor open when I checked in at the airport for my departure. The bagels are fresh baked and the ladies there don't skimp on the cream cheese as my cinnamon raisin bagel had thick globs of cream cheese squirting out the sides and in the middle. My Cafe Mocha was very good, and they sell Florida's Natural brand orange juice not from concentrate. Besides the bagels and the breakfast items, there are many hot and cold sandwich options on the menu as well as bottled beverages for sale. There is a small sitting area or you can just take your food to the gate. Fast, friendly service.

Just a typical bagel chain. Friendly fast service in the airport. Nothing really outstanding or special but easy to grab something to snack on the plane. I had an everything bagel and cream cheese. Super garlicky and yummy. The bagel was fresh even though it was late afternoon. A good carb loaded treat.

This Bruegger's, along with the rest of the old terminal at CVG, depresses me. It's really just the atmosphere. Super over-priced for a small sandwich. The bagels taste good, and all, just nothing terribly exciting.

I ordered the Turkey Chipotle Club which was good but the sauce was a little too salty. I paid 7.41 for a fair portion of a sandwich with honey bread, tomatoes, lettuce, turkey and the special sauce. I had this at the airport where there was nothing else to get. The employees were extremely kind. They always ended their conversation with maim or sir.

Inside security at CVG, the "Western Omlette" was really a bagel with reconstituted eggs, bacon and vegetables. It was awful and tasted worse than any McDonalds product I've ever eaten. Were it not the only place inside security, I'd never eat there again....probably will make every effort never to eat there or at any other place in the Brueggers chain again. How do I really feel? Yuck!
