We had supper here tonight. Our order was taken immediately and we had our food within minutes. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. We got beef and cheddar sandwiches and the must-have curly fries. It was overall a good experience, and a likely road trip stop in the future.

OK. It's Memorial Day. Lots of travelers enduring Western Kansas' I-70 and looking for lunch. Arby's is a national chain. Shouldn't go wrong, right? We did! The place was crowded - Mem Day as mentioned - and the line was almost out the door. Why? Because they had only one counter person taking orders. Hmmm. What are those other two order screens for? With all the money you're taking in, Mr. and Mrs. Arby, you can't pay a couple high school kids minimum wage to take orders and speed up service in a FAST FOOD restaurant? The food was typical Arby's. You know what you're getting and how much it's going to cost. No complaints there. The deal breaker, however, was the filthiness of the place. Table tops were filmy. Almost every table and booth were occupied during the twenty minutes we were eating. I didn't see anyone bussing any tables during that time. However, the proverbial straw was the fact that the salt and pepper shakers were so sticky, they literally stuck to my hands when I picked them up to move them. My wife will tell you I'm far from squeamish about restaurant cleanliness, but I had to go wash my hands before daring to pick up my sandwich. I could only imagine the hundreds of hands that had touched those S&P shakers since they were last cleaned, if ever. Yikes! Needless to say, we won't be returning.

This was a terrible stop during a cross country trip. Donna the cashier was rude and condescending. After being yelled out while ordering "A BEEF AND CHEDDAR IS AN ARBY's melt!!!" Then our order was wrong twice...drive to another place to eat!!

Stopped in on our way back from Colorado. Good food, quick service. The staff was incredibly helpful when I accidentally left my purse behind. I called and they had picked it up. Since I live 6 hours away, they called me back to let me know that the GM Martha, would mail it to me. I called Martha and she had put it in the mail the next day. I'm so thankful for people like these!

I'm addicted to the French Roast Beef Sandwich. Absolutely delicious as the meat is cut so very thin. Au jus delicious and not too salty. Servers/employees extremely pleasant and courteous. Must be because of the manager. Great job, everyone!

Rude staff. 20 min wait. Food was burnt. Tables were dirty. I am assuming it was the manager was yelling at people the entire time we waited. Watched two people return their food because there was issues. After we got our food and it was burnt and disgusting we left and went to Subway across the street. I would highly recommend you do NOT eat here. Hopefully a change in management will fix this place.

Just not good. Went through the drive thru with only one car in front of me, I waited over ten minutes. I ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich, and when I hit back to the hotel, I had...not a chicken bacon and Swiss. I have no idea what it was, but it wasn't what I had ordered. The sandwich was ok though :)
