First and foremost, the bread here is awesome. I've had the plain and the multigrain and both were good, but the plain was pretty fantastic. The ordering system seems a bit chaotic to me. And the place is new enough that some of the staff still seem to be trying to get a handle on the menu. I've been here three times now and the last time I was in I ordered the meatball sub, then the staffer went off and made my sandwich without asking if I wanted any toppings, etc. (And I did, I wanted mustard.) And my hubs sandwich had a ton of extra stuff on it that he didn't want. But the food is good. And I have a feeling we'll be eating here on a semi-regular basis.

LOVE their Dip Sandwich. So absolutely amazing. Customer service is always on par. Always greeted with friendly faces and food has never disappointed. The place is generally very clean (we usually go at lunch rush hour so the little bit of messes I will put off on the staff being super busy). But the last few times we have gone in, it has been absolutely beautiful weather yet the outdoor patio sets are locked away. And apparently no staff members have keys? If the company doesn't want to have people sitting outside, I recommend just removing the sets all together. And if you keep the patio sets, I recommend your staff having them set up so customers can sit outside and enjoy their lunch hour. Other than that one tiny complaint, I highly recommend your business! Again, great service, amazing subs!!

First timer here at DiBellas. We tried the philly steak and the chicken steak. Loaded them up with peppers, onions, and a few other toppings. Came out pipping hot and great flavor. Which they had more variety but them again you can create your own. Making it a meal Comes with chips and a drink. My only complaint with the chain is that is is very close to the flavones of Penn Station but you can't get fresh cut fries, they don't offer them on their menu.

Catered box lunches for the media at IMS Brickyard 400. Best sandwich in a box ever. Thank you for providing food.

Stopped in DiBella's by IUPUI because Which Wich was packed. I had high hopes. The restaurant is shiny and new, but the experience was less than stellar. I asked what size the sandwiches were and was told sm, md and lg...what I meant was how many inches are each one? I can see that they come sm/md/lg. The girl behind the counter did not know. A manager chimed in with the answer. I ordred a medium, but somehow ended up with a small. I went with the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. It was literally chicken (very little chicken) with some hot sauce. The blue cheese was spread on only half the sandwich. Now, I will say, the bread is really really good. My friend had the Philly cheesesteak. He said it was not worth ordering again, but did agree the bread was killer. Not something I'll try again unless I'm in a pinch. Too many other great options.

I tried this place out after my parents told me about how good it was. They were definitely right to recommend it. The location is right where a lot of IUPUI students live and I went during Xmas break, so it was completely empty. Since this was my first time going, The service was friendly, but were obviously bored. I really didn't know what to expect in terms of how big a sm/md/lrg was and figured a medium would be good. It was quite a bit bigger than I expected (10" I think? I remember him saying large is 14"), so I ended up with 2 meals (No problem!). I went with the build your own, which included spicy ham, roast beef, and turkey for the meats. I added onion, american cheese, and steak sauce onto plain bread - I didn't get charged more for this, so I don't know if there is a limit to how much stuff you can pile on. The guy cooked it all up together on the grill and toasted the bun. It was a very, very good sandwich. It cost a little under $10 (added drink, not combo), but was 2 very enjoyable to meals. I will definitely be going back in the future, but will stick with a small unless I want leftovers.

Got the dip. Processed beef. Nice people, but the sandwich was just so-so. Probably would not come back.

Best Meatball Sub I've had in years!

The bread quality is great, the sub tastes wonderful, and the staff was very nice. I wish I could give half stars because this is a solid 4.5 stars. I can't give it a full five because I reserve that for the places that truly blow me away. I'll have to have a few different subs before I maybe edit this to a five star review. So far though, this sub is very good (I got the meatball) and I highly recommend this sub shop. It's located right next to Which Wich but this being an option 40 feet away, why would you even go to Which Wich? You won't be disappointed with your sub! UPDATE: I went ahead and increased this to 5 stars. I've had several different subs now and go all the time. The first time I went, I didn't truly appreciate how incredible these subs are. Turns out the meatball sub I had was really good, but it wasn't even my favorite one on the menu. I've introduced numerous people to DiBella's and never had one person on the fence about this place. It is a hit every time. I cannot talk this place up enough. No sub place cuts it for me now because I compare them all to DiBella's and they all fall short.

Great subs and great service!!!!! It's a positive environment and I felt such a positive energy coming from the employees it made me that much happier to be there! We got our food so fast and it was packed for lunch time- impressive. The cheesesteak is definitely my favorite sub, the prices are reasonable for the quality of food you get. I'm a student so the Jagtag discount is something that will encourage another visit for a lunch there again!

Not terrible. Yet another corporate sandwich chain. The staff was really nice and the place had a ton of seating (and yet, it was nearly empty). Reminds me a little bit of Potbelly's but with less decorations and blander food.

Great customer service. The atmosphere is very reminiscent of old New York Italian diners with its tiled ceilings, neon lights, and jazz in the background. Food is great and serving sizes are huge.

As far as fast sandwich places go, this is head and shoulders above the rest. Jimmy John's is an office regular and I partook, once. You almost need a microscope to find the meat on their sandwich. It's nothing but bread. Subway is much the same. DiBella's on the other hand, loads the meat on some of the best bread I've ever had. They have options you won't find at the other places like my favorite "DiBella's dip", which is a French dip. You're going to pay a little more than the other places, but you're going to get more in quantity and quality. It's well worth the extra buck or so to get a good sandwich. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought it was a nice touch the manager regularly walked through the dining room asking everyone how their sandwich was. Where else will you get that at this price point and this type of sandwich place?

DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines are delicious! I ordered "The Godfather" sandwich and it was really good. The bread was soft and fresh, even though I went in at the end of the day. My husband ordered the meatball sub and really enjoyed it. He said he has been wanting to go back for another ever since we left. The hours on the Yelp page are not correct, though. We went in on a Saturday evening at 5:45 and they were getting ready to close at 6:00. The employees were very polite and had no complaints about us staying to finish our sandwiches even as they closed up.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
