If I could give a rating that resembled one of their donuts I would. I am a patient person, but this place pushed me to the limit. I ordered the #10. Simple enough, right? A medium coffee and a breakfast sandwich. It turned out to be anything but simple. I first only received the sandwich and when I went back and said I ordered a coffee the lady behind the counter said that the #10 didn't come with a coffee. Huh?! I began to pay separately for a coffee only for her boss to come to my side and say that it did. I then patiently waited in line for another 5 minutes until I spoke up and realized they had forgotten about me. Maybe next time I'll suggest the #10 comes with some Advil, because I left here with a headache.

This is the only Dunkin closest to my BF's. The crew is young and they try to be organized and efficient but wind-up creating a cluster-fuck instead! We had a simple order & each kid kept answering "oh that's not my job, I handle the _____"; SERIOUSLY?! It's Dunkin Donuts, the assembly line only works if you stay at your stations and communicate orders to the staff as they come in! They try & for that I give them credit but whomever is in charge needs to step up and do their job

I don't usually review chain restaurants, but I recently changed my route to work and have stopped by this dunkin' donuts twice this week, only to be annoyed. Both times I ordered a coffee coolata and both times I got a scowl from the person behind the counter when I ordered it. I also received a 1/2 unfrozen drink which sort of defeats the purpose. Don't offer something on your menu if don't want to or know how to make it. Also the second time I went at 9 am I wanted a bagel and they had 2 cinnamon raisin bagels to choose from. How do not have any bagels by 9 am?

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts. I love Dunkin Donuts always have always will. However it seems they have a very high employee turn over at this store. Which tells me management is not doing a great job. They are beyond slow when you need your coffee before you go to work. Be prepared because you will be late for work if you get your daily cup of joe here. It gets even better. They have the standard issued senior crowd that sits there all morning commenting on the people coming and going. Or waiting in line taking their time because they are retired and are on easy street. While the rest of us poor people can not even get a cup of coffee in a timely manner because there is nothing but chaos behind the counter. I am guessing from lack of proper management as I mentioned before. This poor review was long over due...I owe a apology to the public for that because you need to know about this dumpster Dunkin Donuts. I made certain I wrote it today after a senior felt he could cut me off in the parking lot. Then the senior proceeded to park in two spots. Today was below zero outside otherwise I would just mutter some choice words under my breath and walk in the store. But I called this man out on it in the store. Prompting the staff to get embarrassed and that was the only time I got served fast because they wanted me out of the store. This man was not disabled in any shape or way. For all you cry babies out there or college students who have not experienced the real world yet. Fear not because I do not suffer from age discrimination.

I am so disappointed in the service and quality of this location. We picked up 75 munchkins to celebrate a coworkers birthday. (Just a fun little treat to start the week.) Among a staff of 20, 15 pointed out that there was something wrong with the donuts. The taste was sour and "off". It was embarrassing enough having to call them to let them know but when we were told to come back with the left over donuts and get a refund we felt a bit better. WRONG. When I arrived to return the donuts whoever answered the phone was not around nor notified anyone else on staff. The manager replied, rudely, that they sold plenty today and they were fine. Shocked, I told her we called first and that I was just there 10 minutes ago. I did get my refund but as I walked away from the counter she called after me that there was only the 50 box left. Yes, as we mentioned ON THE PHONE we had a staff of 20 and everyone grabbed a donut or two from the first box which is how we all knew something wasn't right. This location used to be a regular stop for me and the kids on the way to the city or park for a quick 5 donut hole treat. Never again will I visit or bring my family to this establishment that shows no concern over the quality of their product.

Terrible service; the idiot kid who works there is awful at making a simple iced coffee

I am not one to complain, but this was the worse dunkin donuts experience I have ever in countered! Me and my boyfriend ordered two breakfast Sandwich's and I ordered a iced coffee. I got my ice coffee but it literally took them 30 minutes to make two breakfast Sandwich's! The girl at the register taking our order was rude and not helpful at all. She asked us if we wanted hash browns with our meal and we said yes. She didn't bring up the fact that it was $2 extra for each hash brown! After standing and waiting FOREVER. The lady hands me by bag of food and says something to me in a low voice about my order and at that point I was so frustrated so I just leaft. When I looked in the bag I notice they gave me 4 small hash browns for both my orders! Seriously? The whole time I was standing in line the kids working there where messing around joking with each other! This is horrible management! Get serious with you business! The service industry is very competitive now a days and I won't be going back there again. I advise anyone else to not waste your time spending your day waiting in line for a breakfast sandwich.

Picture this; 6:55am on a Friday. I enter my local DD in search of an XLarge black coffee to help jump start my day. I walk in and to my dismay, there's a line of 22 customers. I panic... should I stand in this line and risk being late to work? Where would I stop next for some delicious coffee? I decide that the coffee is more important than punctuality - I stand in line and start the stop watch on my wrist watch (I'm always analyzing something). From the moment I stood in the line to the moment I was walking out their door to my car (with delicious coffee in hand) was exactly 3 minutes and 18 seconds. Where else can you and 22 other people get served in under 5 minutes? I've waited in line longer at Speedway down the street for cigarettes. I've had longer waits in the McDonalds drive thru. And Good luck getting a coffee at a Starbucks at 7am in less than 5 minutes. Due to the impressive in and out service, I was at work without delay. What I absolutely love about this location are the employees - no matter how busy they are, you get greeted with a smile and good service. If you become regular here, they even will start making your "usual" before you reach the counter. I am not one of those regulars.. but have observed this with just about every visit. One thing I do not like at this location is the strip mall it is located in. Parking stinks, you're dodging trucks coming in and out of the Ford Dealership. And that ridiculous street light in front of Portillos makes RTE 83 over here pretty sloppy. I do not understand the reviews previously left on this page. Most of them were a few years ago and perhaps they've cleaned up their act here... perhaps a few ultra-picky Yelpers were having bad days. Dunkin Donuts stopped making donuts in their retail locations about 15 years ago. They are driven in daily from a bakery location. If they are out of donuts in the evening, maybe it's because they're hustling donuts during the morning hours. This has been the "norm" for most DD locations I've been to. After all, most of their business takes place in the morning and afternoon.

I guess there's not much to say that hasn't already been said about Dunkin Donuts. I mean you go in, ask for your coffee and bagel, pay and leave, right? In those terms, this place is pretty much like any other. Good coffee at a reasonable price. The first time I visited this particular location, I was on my way home from work & needed a jolt of caffeine. The business itself is a little out of the way, so it never seems to be crowded...always a plus in my book. Anyway, I was standing behind a lady at the counter who was giving the clerk a very difficult time. It was obvious she felt superior to him, even though her character led me to believe otherwise. He was of middle eastern descent and was quite gracious and swift when dealing with her, despite the multiple jabs he was taking. It was a little like watching a Joe Louis/Rocky Marciano fight...only with Joe's hands tied behind his back. It wasn't pretty. After her last insult to him, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. Fed up at this point, I said "Hey! He's just trying to do his job!". That seemed to knock her off her pedestal as she paid for her order and stormed past me. I then stepped up to the counter, ordered a large coffee and gave Babu (that's what his name tag said) a coupon for 5 free munchkins. He smiled at me, filled my order and I was on my way. Unfortunately, It wasn't until I was in my truck I'd discovered there were 10 munchkins in my bag...five more than my coupon was good for. I would have liked to have thanked him, but in retrospect, I get the feeling he was thanking me. Yep, always good coffee, good food and good people here...at least, BEHIND the counter, anyway.
