I was a loyal customer for 4 years, then one day my 9yr old daughter answers the door to collect the pizza, and the delivery driver goes back to his car and called the police because he "thought" my daughter was home alone and unsupervised. How does someone just make that assumption and call the police? If he was concerned, all he needed to do was ask if the parents were home. The delivery boy has no business calling police to customer residences without any effort on his part to verify an adult was there.

Fast delivery and fresh pizza, Should be enough to make you a fan, but the quality at this location is sub par to other Papa John locations. Add the fact that along with the other chains, the Western suburbs offer other viable and better options such as Rosatti's and Giordano's as well as Gino's East and Lou Malnati's. If you sign up for the rewards program, a free pizza should be available to you after approximately every five visits or deliveries. The pizza was good, though they seemed to skimp on the cheese and toppings. Another complaint is that they seem to nickel and dime you by charging extra for garlic sauces and pepperoncinis and seasoning. The garlic sauce is excellent. The buffalo chicken strips were average, suffering from lack of buffalo sauce compared to other wings I've had. Pepsi products are available and reasonable prices. Not too bad, but could use some improvement.

1 year since the last time we had a pizza from this Papa John's. Toppings - still very skimpy. The regular crust was thin crust in spots and lumpy-thick in other spots. We had the pizza delivered -- lukewarm pizza, AND it didn't take long to get to us from the other end f town. There is another location 1/2 the distance closer to us, but that location doesn't deliver to our address because they use zip codes for delivery areas and not true distances via Google or any mapping program. I wonder if that one would manage to deliver a warm pizza. I think it will be a LONG time before we order from this location again. The damnedest thing is that the pizza tastes pretty good. We just like it hot with reasonable amount of toppings.

Papa John, will you adopt me? Feed me pizza every day? Put me to sleep on pizza pillows and gently pull a blanket of cheese over me each night? It was love at first bite. Then chomp. Then inhalation. Having never had Papa John's before, I wasn't sure what to expect. The marinara sauce was a delight, with a slightly sweet taste, that I'd bathe in if I could. Shockingly the cheese actually came from real moo-moo cows, with discernible varieties and wasn't greasy at all (as opposed to another local pizzeria that makes me want to take a shower after eating). And the regular-thickness crust balanced everything with enough thickness to be noticed, yet not so much that it overpowers your toppings. My only complaint was that the pizza was lukewarm by the time it arrived, but then again our apartment complex was designed by King Minos. Maybe I'll pick up my order next time to save the poor delivery boy the trouble of battling a Minotaur for a piddling 25% tip.

I ordered online a garden fresh pizza on 08/23 at 10:20pm for delivery, and someone from this store has the audacity to cancel my order without my notice. I waited over an hour and called store but no one answered so i called customer service and they took my complaint. Honestly i feel this store thinks its a joke if someone is ordering pizza 40 minutes before their closing time. Huh, good i registered a complaint and will take this up with your DM. But for now i am enjoying my delicious SARPINOS pizza who delivers till 3am and oops did i say they take their customer orders seriously.

Never again! Ewwwww! Ordered 2 pizzas, a few days ago. Hawaiian for me, and pepperoni for my bf. The only thing I can say, is sooooooo grossed out! When you pull out a blonde hair out of a slice, then you look carefully and find another hair! Embedded into another slice. YUCK! Why did it have to be MY PIZZA! Talk about gross! And no! I Am not a blonde.

Don't ever go there, they sell expired food at times. They also own a store in Bloomingdale that is even worse. I would highly recommend not getting anything from these stores. I am an employee I no.

This review isn't related to their food, but due to the fact they have no problem with shutting down the strip mall parking lot every time the Papa John's semi truck comes to deliver. They block almost all access to the parking lot and if you're parked in a spot when they come, too bad, you're not getting out. They do this at peak breakfast and lunch hours and have been asked numerous times to stop shutting down other businesses with this practice, but they are too arrogant to care. I'll continue to give this one star every time they do this.

I don't usually do this, but this experience was inordinately unpleasant. I called ahead an order on my way home from work scheduling the delivery for about 1 hr and 15min later (6:15). I get home at 6:05. 6:15 comes and goes. At 6:30, I call and am told that the driver came, waited 15 minutes, called and no answer. I don't like being lied to, but I thought, give this place the benefit of the doubt because we have orders successfully from here in the past. The guy on the phone redoes the order with a discount. I am happy until the delivery person arrives with a lukewarm pizza. I explain what's happened in the most polite way I can and sorry but no tip today. She says, "can I have my pen back". I drop it by mistake. I pick it up and before I am fully upright she snatches it and walks away! How rude!! So upset, I called the store back. Same guy on phone "sorry, I'll talk to her". A little more to the story, but suffice it to say, that was enough to sour me. I couldn't even eat the pizza!
