This is superb fried chicken. The first time I went there I had a two-piece dinner with fries and baked beans. The chicken was very crispy on the outside and moist and perfectly cooked on the inside. For those wondering if this is a spicy chicken it is not. It is just the right seasoning and flavor. For those who love gizzards this is the place to go.

The chicken is cooked well (juicy and hot) and surprisingly not too salty, which is rare in my experience. However, it needs more spices since it is a bit bland without the usual copious amounts of salt. The chicken is still delicious though. Decent rolls. Friendly staff, family run. Ok ambience but i I I think most people get take out instead of eating in.

The chicken here was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We ended up getting some chicken as well as some mac and cheese. The mac and cheese just needed a little salt, but other than that it was pretty decent. It's definitely not the best chicken I've ever had, but it was pretty good in general. Overall, we will probably visit again at some point.

Tatsy fried chicken, which is what they should have. The service is like a typical fast food place. I ordered three chicken legs and two sides. They brought me two chicken legs and two sides then told me it would be a minute for the third leg to get done cooking. I proceeded to eat all my food and have a decent conversation with a firnd befor the rest of the food came out. The food itself tasted good and was served hot. This is a typical locally owned fast food shop serving things like fried chicken, fried gizzards, fried livers, fried okra, fried potatoes, fried poppers, fried fish... You get the point.

The best fried chicken in Peoria trust me! Better than fried chicken I've had in Chicago too. This place is hidden jewel in the Central IL area.
