Ordered to go from here, today. Walked in and he ambience was pretty 'off'. Don't know quite how to put it.. I just felt weird walking in. Ordered 3 sandwiches to go, and I noticed none of the counters were clean... Parmesan cheese and bread scattered everywhere, and the cashier girl just say there pondering the mysteries of the universe. Food was decent, but the staff needs to get their game together.

Eeeeeek! This is amongst the worst pizza I have ever eaten and I have eaten pizza in North Carolina. The crust was just off. The toppings, however, were very fresh and if I could tolerate deep dish I would try that. Delivery was fast and friendly. I really don't have much else to say other than I would try other food from here but never again with pizza.

So yeah, Meh I've experienced better about sums it up. I had a slice of pizza and an Italian Beef sandwich. The za was ok, hand tossed so it was kind of in btw thick and thin. Same quality as about Jake's pizza across the street, and exactly $0.22 more in price at Rosati's as opposed to $3 including tax for a thick piece at Jakes. I came here b/c my coworker mentioned that the Italian Beef was "good". Well, it was pretty good....but so are the ones I make in my crockpot at home. $7,00 gets you a beef with cheese, basket of fries and a can of pop. Not too bad of a deal if you love starch and lower quality food. Let's face it, the fries were a massive portion, but def were frozen before going into the fryer. I'm guessing that was the case with the beef too. Rosati's for me is probably an afterthought to all the other awesome pizza and hot dog places that make better beefs in the area.

I ordered a large pizza with 2 toppings, mozzarella sticks and wings on a Friday night. I was given an estimated 45 min wait time. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I received my food. Everything was cold-it actually needed to go into the oven! The pizza was completely dry and tasteless BEFORE I reheated it, so you can imagine how it turned out after warming it. I've ordered many Rosatis pizzas and menu items from other locations and always been satisfied. If it were not for the $15 credit I was given on my almost $30 order, I would not bother ordering from this location again.

I'm really sad to write this review. I had good food from the downtown location. I ordered from this location and it wasn't up to par. The food was terrible. My boyfriend ordered the BBQ beef and took one bite, spit it out, and drove to sonics...I tried to eat my fried buffalo chicken sandwich, but he was terrible...at least the potato skins were good and the cookie...

Just ordered their thin crust pizza with sausage. Also ordered garlic bread with cheese and cheese sticks. Pizza was great!!! Garlic bread was just a bun that they use for an Italian beef sandwich with garlic and cheese on it. A little bland, and smaller than I would have expected. Cheese sticks were good, but a little undercooked. A little hard, and the cheese was not really melted.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a family pasta meal. There was plenty of food for more than 25 and it was yummy! Service was on the spot and quick. Will order again.

The only reason why I gave 1 star is because I didn't have the option to write 0 stars. My co-workers and I would order from this place maybe 3-4 times per week. The food (salads) are decent and a pretty good price. Every time we would order food, they would ALWAYS screw up our order. I would ask for extra dressed, WHICH I PAID FOR, and it was not included in the bag. The salads were always wrong. They wait for delivery is 1 hour. Last time we ordered, my co worker wanted a cheese pizza. They brought a sausage pizza. We called them and had to wait another hour for them to drop off the right pizza. By that time everything was already cold. I called the manager last week to complain. I explained to him that we love to order from this place and the food is good but every time we order something is wrong and it is getting pretty ridiculous. I told him the extra dressing that I requested was not in the bag. THE MANAGER OF THE SHOP had the audacity to tell me they are used to only putting but packet of dressing and not 2. THEN DON'T FREAKIN' CHARGE ME FOR IT! After fighting with him and explaining to him I don't want to stop ordering from this place, I just want to receive the food that i paid for- he places me on a long hold and tells me this: the company I work for is a very difficult customer for them. They will refund my food, send a driver to pick it up, and they are refusing our service going forward and to never order from them again. I was in such a state of shock, I asked for the owners number and called him to explain the situation and tell him how big of a moron his manger is. He profusely apologized and begged me to remain a loyal customer. I will NEVER order from this place again. They are scum bags and want to steal your money.

Wow, my sister just placed an order and they wanted to charge an extra $1.00 just to put veggies on the side!!!! A extra dollar for that????? That's so ridiculous!!! I'm officially never ordering from here again and not recommending this place to anyone!!!!

I had a last-minute lunch order to place this past Friday for 20 people. Called Rosati's up at 10 am and asked if they could do their party package plus a couple pizzas for us by noon the same day. "Sure, no problem!" OMG, that is the best customer service ever! Great food delivered hot, fresh and on time. Thanks Rosati's!

I have no clue how the food is here. Just saw an ad for this location in a magazine, which said they deliver to Highland Park and Highwood. Now, I thought that was pretty good as there are not a lot of great pizza choices in the area. Called and placed an order and was told 45 minutes. About 20 minutes later received a call from the store asking to confirm my address. I was then told that they don't deliver here as there is a 5 mile radius. When I questioned their ad saying they deliver to Highwood, he said it was a misprint. He also said my location was 11 miles from his location. So when I mapped it, I am 7.9 miles from there. Downtown Highland Park is 6 miles. No apology. Just straight forward "it was a misprint." Bunk. Lousy training of their people. Lousy customer service. I will never darken the door of another one of their locations.

I had a whole pizza from here a while back, and it was neither a disappointment nor a spectacular success. I decided to give it another shot before writing a review. I took this Rosati's and Piero's for a mid-day, mid-week "test drive" -- A slice of plain pizza from each. Nothing spectacular or particularly tasty about Rosati's sauce/cheese. For a thin slice it was a little too bready. Piero's won the round. I'll get a full pie from Piero's soon.

I came home from work Tuesday night at 9:00pm. I was beyond hungry. I started digging through my delivery menus. The first two I flung had just closed. Then I saw the one for Rosati's. Open until 11:00pm. Perfect. We got the baked spinach stuffed shells, and the mostaccioli with a side of meatballs. I was asked if we wanted them baked with cheese. Sure. Why not. We also ordered a slice of Oreo cheesecake, and a chocolate chip cookie. The food arrived in the prescribed amount of time. The pasta dishes were packed in a pizza box. Box felt cold. Uh oh. But the food inside was piping hot. And the cheese!! Talk about the most generous amount of ooey gooey wonderful perfectly melted cheese. And the spinach shells were absolutely delicious. I was more than happy. The mostaccioli was so heavy I swear it was 4 lbs of food. The container couldn't hold it's weight. It was as equally delicious, and the meatballs were wonderful. Very flavorful and not too tightly packed. I hate a dense meatball. The garlic bread was also excellent. The slice of cheesecake was a bit small, but very rich. The cookie was huge at 5" across and soft, not hard and crumbly. The entire meal was heavenly. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. One more thing, the entire meal including both pasta dishes, two large pieces of garlic bread, two servings of coleslaw, both desserts, tax and delivery was only $24.22!
