Haagen Dazs has delicious ice cream but it is sometimes expensive. By sometimes, I mean the NAVY PIER Haagen Dazs. Ridiculous prices. This Haagen Dazs is comparable to Baskin Robbins (or is it 31 Flavors??? Same thing) in price but in flavor-- no comparison. Also, customer service is great! Only downside is the mall they're in isn't *that* great. It used to be in it's heydey, but since Fluky's left it's been struggling. I think it's working it's way back up there, and I go there for three things, Charlotte Russe, Kohls, and Haagen Dazs!!! In the neighborhood, with the free lot parking, it's worth it to go to the mall just to get some yummy ice cream. I think the last time I was there they also had Caribou Coffee. I don't know what that lady is talking about with her review about napkins though... every time I've been there the napkins were on the counter in a dispenser. Why ask someone for them???

I've been going here since like 2004, I got hooked since the 1st time I had their chocolate Belgian shake. They mainly have young high school kids working here and they're like always changing them, so I guess they all make it differently -- but the problem js that lately (for about a year now) it feels like the shake has lost some of it's magnificent taste, so I've actually started trying different stuff there and although it tastes good -- nothing tastes as good as the Belgian shake used to or actually even as it is now.. but yea definitely recommend their Belgian shake and the midnight dazzler isn't bad either

Haagen Dazs Lincolnwood has the best staff of any ice cream store I have ever been to. They are always clean (never have I ever seen Roaches in the 5+ years I have been going there) and friendly. I have been going there for years for my favorite Dulce De Leche Dazzeler (a MUST try). Its the best!! They tend to get crowded at times (like during the holidays) but I promise the service and ice cream is worth the wait. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. They have even catered my sons graduation party (40 high school kids) serving ice cream sundaes. Haagen Dazs is a little more expensive than Baskin Robbins but its just like buying Starbucks instead of Dunkin Donuts, you are paying for a quality all natural ice cream and its WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

I don't usually stop at ice cream stands if you can get their ice cream at the grocery store. In fact I almost demand no one does because I'm an ice cream elitist. It's my favorite food. I can't lower my standards. However, my boyfriend said that I should try the hand dipped ice cream cone. So I was down. However on arrival they said they don't do that anymore. I was crushed. Ended up getting some peanut buttery chocolate type ice cream that was just the right consistency and all but was a little too much money for what we bought and the service there was about the standard of teens at their first job who don't want the cute boy at school to walk in and see them working there but they don't care about much anything else. Not a lot of quality toppings for sundaes, and if I were to want ice cream from a stand and I was in the area I'd probably head to dairy star.

Haagen-Dazs is my favorite brand of ice cream, and I always have a pint (or two) of it in my freezer. So when this particular Haagen-Dazs ice cream stand opened up in the Lincolnwood Mall, I was very happy. Honestly, I don't like this mall very much (I went here often growing up), but the Dulce De Leche milkshake eases the experience. Like any ice cream shop, they offer several flavors, cones, sundaes, and milkshakes. Lines can be long at times, because there's usually just one person working behind the counter.

Hmm. I think that Haagen Daz tastes better in the freezer aisle at your local grocery store. A pint of it is definitely cheaper there than at their stands. This is to the girl that served me: I'm sorry to have interrupted your conversation, and I'm sorry that you had to get up from the chair you were lounging on. Yes, I know that when I purchase a dipped waffle cone, that I need to purchase the amount of ice cream to fill it. I also want to thank you for the look of disdain that you gave me when I interrupted your conversation again when I requested napkins that you somehow forgot to provide me. I guess my saying Please and Thank you doesn't mean much in your frozen world.

Unfortunately, Haagen Dazs does not seem to have a lot of ice cream stand in Chicago, so this one in the otherwise boring Lincolnwood Town Center is a good destination if you are near this mall and want an ice cream fix. They also carry sugar free frozen yogurt here, which not all Haagen Dazs' stores do.
