WARNING!!!!....THIS place charges you a $1.00 for extra sauce if you order a pizza and order it with extra sauce...I told Nancys pizza, turnabout, great American Pizza, and Turnabout about this....They all said " That is crazy!!!...why would you charge for an extra teaspoonful of sauce???? Insane... I will not order ever again from here....just on principal.....

This place is the worst. they took my original review down based on my honest opinion. Save your money. Dishonest ownership, terrible product. Unintelligent employees that mess up your orders and management that doesn't honor the credits given for sub-par food.

If you get the 2 slices and pop for $6 its good usually fresh and hot and the slices are huge. Otherwise be ready for disappointment. Each time I've ordered for pick up and showed up on time my pizza is cold. I tried ordering hot wings before YUCK. Definitely not something I'd recommend.

Great pizza and service. Love that they use fresh ingredients and not canned. Have also used their catering which was fantastic. I highly recommend.

IF this place was open anywhere else but Lemont it would be SHUT down. I have been ordering from them since they opened up. THEY ALWAYS mess up the order and never give you anything extra for the inconvenience. Example I ordered sausage pizza got pepperoni there solution wait 30 mins for them to cook it come back and bring back the unwanted pizza for a exchange. ARE YOU CRAZY. Who does that. Give me half off my pizza and tell me to keep it and Im happy and a customer for life. The owner of this place is SO CHEAP. Complete loser. Take the review of a 250 lb pizza eating pro go to TURNABOUT. This is a reason they have been in Lemont since the beginning of pizza. TURNABOUT or get ready to come back to my review and hit the like button.

What comes in a chicken salad? Hmmm......I wonder. You would think chicken, right? Well, I guess the employees of rosati's have a different interpretation of chicken, because I got a salad, with NO CHICKEN in it!!! I mean, come on, really? It says, "chicken salad" on your menu. You would think a normal person would notice not having any chicken in it. The menu also says, "mixed greens and grilled chicken", well, that also is not what is in the salad. If it says mixed greens, you would expect things that are GREEN, not tomato and black olive as well. When I called to inform then that they were put into my salad, the person told me, well, you didn't specify that you didn't want them. Why the heck would I specify, when It says there are only mixed greens and grilled chicken in it?? Some people lack common sense, I swear! Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened. I don't know why I keep wasting my money there, thinking that maybe one day, someone can actually read and do their job the right way. Nope, guess not!

Great service, very quick. Food is fantastic and LOVE the gluten free pizza. Got a gluten free with gardinera, tomatoes and garlic...spectacular!
