I've been out in the area for about 5 years now, only recently did I stumble on Ream's Market in Elburn per the recommendation of a friend. We thoroughly enjoy their meat products and come to find out they supply Paisanos with some of their food supply. That said, we tried Paisanos for the first time and man oh man do they have good thin crust pizza. I've found this to be like chasing a unicorn out here amidst the deep dish pizza forest. Fair in price, and good on topping portions, this is bar-none the best thin crust pizza in the Chicagoland area. Maciano's and Genoa are good, but Paisano's is the best.

I am a true believer that there is no such thing as bad pizza. I believe this is the only place left in Elburn (or the surrounding area) that will deliver, so my options have dwindled down to one. This is a very hit and miss delivery pizza. I have had pizzas delivered to the house (less than a half of a mile from point a to point b) but yet the pizza is all slid to one side. One thing for sure, it is GREASY pizza. Some people may be ok with that. I am not. The amount of grease on top can be soaked up with a paper towel, and in our particular cases, will give you some stomach trouble leading into all day the next day. I ALWAYS ask for it to be cooked "well done" or "crispy" anything up to the edge of burnt, in hope of reducing the amount of grease, but it always shows up on my door within 35-40 minutes. Maybe next time I will try the hot dogs.

My husband and I had pretty much only had their pizza and chocolate éclair pie (omg, the pie is ridiculously good!!!), but today decided to give their other menu items a shot. Got potato skins app, and they were perfect. Very large in size, and tasted really good and home made. Recommend! Next their Reams red hot (hot dog with everything), and it was honestly better than a portillos dog! Comes with pickle, chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, sport peppers, mustard (NO ketchup, obvi) celery salt. ..perfection. Seriously, skip portillos and give this family restaurant a shot. Got the fresh cut fries with hot dog, and they're just how i like my fries. Potato skin present, salted lightly, not too crunchy but not soggy. Yes. A must. My husband got a cheeseburger and really liked it. Obviously we got an éclair pie again (obvious if youve ever tried it; it's a must to those who've had it). I'm impressed and have found a new lunch/dinner spot for not just pizza (their pizzas are great too). Their employees have always been nice.

[I'm being too generous with the stars because I factored in my husband's opinion.] We order from here regularly because no one else delivers in Elburn. My husband likes the hot dogs because they are from Ream's. I can't understand delivery hot dogs at all but whaddyagunnado? The fries are okay but usually very cold. We get pizza delivery from here, too. It's only okay; if we had other options, we'd take them. My main issue is that the place is inconsistent - some nights loaded with sauce, some nights not. Some nights so salty we can't stand it, other nights are fine. Too much oregano, not enough...you get the idea. I'd really like the food to be consistent. The eclair pie everyone talks about was so shockingly sweet last week that we couldn't eat it and that's saying a lot because we like our sweets. I like my pancreas more, though. In summary: I'm really trying to like this place but they are making it difficult for me.,

We ordered for the first time this past weekend. Pizza was good, adults and kids ate it up. My only complaint is $6.25 for mozzarella sticks? Seems way steep. We will order again for sure but will be skipping those.

There isn't much in Elburn and being that no pizza delivery chains will deliver out here we tried Paisano's s couple of years ago and we are so happy we did. Great pizza and they have the nicest delivery drivers. Our once a week pizza treat : )

This is my favorite burger joint and the prices just can't be beat. It's close to my job and often an employee will order out since they deliver. Been around since I was a kid and always getting better it seems. Great job Paisanos!

We order from here at least once a week, sometimes more if I'm feeling really lazy, always great food and service!

We have been ordering here for years and the food and service is getting worse and worse...tonight we ordered delivery it took an hour and a half. The soup was cold and in a cup when we paid for a bowl. Ham and cheese was supposed to be on a onion roll and was put on a plain hamburger bun. The fries were ice cold felt they were as cold as coming out the fridge. We got a tiny container of dressing for out salad that wasn't even enough for half the salad. The price is outrageous! GED has been better for us lately. We will not be ordering paisanos any more after all these years.

I LOVE Paisano's!! The bf lives in Elburn and while there aren't alot of delivery options Paisano's makes up for it with there many delicious options. The thin crust pizza is my absolute favorite pizza in the Chicagoland area. Also they have many non-pork topping options which is great since the bf is pork free!

Best pizza for miles around. Killer home made soups and pies too. Outstanding supporters of the community. Wish they had a sit down place with a bar. Nothing like a pizza and a beer.

Decent pizza for the far west suburbs of the city with the best pizza in the country. Prices are good and coupon deals are fantastic. Homemade pies are excellent as well. The owner seems like a genuine, nice, local guy who cares. Delivery is fast. (Pick-up and delivery only, no dining).

We order from here every so often. Not the best pizza I've had but good. They have a decent menu with lots of options for the family when everyone cannot agree on a single thing. I do give them props for supporting the community though. In the 5 years I have lived here I have always seen their name associated with the schools, local businesses and as sponsors of local events.

Really , really good pizza!! Delivery to Blackberry Creek was pretty quick. Glad to support a local business and look forward to trying out other menu items.
