Wow! We showed up without any notice, at noon on Saturday, ordered 25 burgers, 10 fries and 10 nuggets to feed a hungry team. The crew rocked! They had our order ready in record time! We will be back!

Normally I would give one star, but the southwest salad is actually pretty good, and the chili is passable and fairly healthy.

I will start this review by saying "JUST DO NOT GO HERE". Just moved to Eagle and this is the closest Wendy's to my house. I love Wendy's, but after three times going here, 2 drive thru and 1 eat in I can honestly say it has been a horrible experience.. For some reason they don't understand "I would like _______ plain and dry without any sauce. Really!!. Two times I get home to find my plain and dry burger covered with vegetables and ketchup... Then the last time I was with a friend and we stopped pretty late to grab a fast bite.. There were around I'm guessing 4-6 people in the back, 2 families and us in the dinning room and there wasn't a clean table in the place. Food on the floor and the employees just chatting away in the back... NEVER AGAIN.. Still trying to figure out where all the adult employees were...if there were any...

So, I was debating writing a review of this place after my last negative experience. That which consisted of not being able to find a clean table, and then watching an employee wipe the tables down with a wad of dry napkins, spreading the germs from one table to another. Oh, and she used the same hand for the napkins that she used to pick garbage off the floor. (Did I mention she also was working the register and dishing out food?) I contacted Wendy's about my observation, they offered an apology and tried to buy me off with a free "combo meal." I respectfully declined. I should have had more common sense than to visit this location again. (Lesson learned, complete idiotic moment in deciding to try again on my part.) This time I went through the drive-through lane, and ordered a meal, my drink of choice being lemonade. I paid (seemed a bit higher than I had anticipated), and drove off. Wondering how I could have mis-calculated such a minuscule purchase, I checked my receipt (which they tend not to give you unless asked.) Well, these crooks automatically upgraded my lemonade to "Premium" lemonade for .40 cents. They never asked me, or informed me, that I had a choice. Their college graduate taking the order made this decision for me. Since this was an upgrade, there obviously is a standard drink, which I assumed I was going to receive. You know, the one that comes from a drink dispenser next to Coke, Sprite, etc. Come to find out, this is "special" lemonade that is different. Shame on me for not paying attention to their little electronic order screen, guess I should watch that next time. (I assume the upgrade would be on that order screen?) I wasn't going to waste my time driving back and talk to some ignoramus about the .40 cents. Instead, I chose to write this review. I believe this business practice of them upgrading an item to a premium product, at an additional price, with no conversation with the consumer, is unfair, and certainly deceptive to their patrons. What else are they hiding from us? How many times have they gotten away with this little swindle in the past? Buyers Beware of Wendy's!

Great Wendy's location! My orders are always correct and transactions have been conducted with a smile. We eat in sometimes, and have had pleasant experiences with that as well.

Where do I begin?! The service was terrible. The staff was just standing around and talking loudly about when they worked next and some where complaining about their schedule. AFTER we go our food one of the employees went on break and told another employee that she wanted him to make her food and not the other person (this just so happened to be the person who made OUR food) and that he "knows" why. So that left us thinking what did they do to our food! Then I went to get a refill (the drink fountain isn't a self serve unit) and was told that i wasn't able to get a refill because I got a premium drink (I didn't order a premium drink). So I was charged more for a drink I didn't order then had to deal with a rude employee! BRAVO!!!! You have ensured we won't be back!

OK...so the wife says "our Wendy's sucks"...and now the kids do also. I was fighting for you Wendy's, but NOOOoooo....you proved they're right...you suck! Can't get an order correct to save your lives. I never get to eat there and when I finally talk her into going there again you F it up. Idiots all.
