Went here with family a lot of times growing up. There isn't a lot in the way of food in Eagle (at least there wasn't when I lived there five years ago), and Busters was one of my favorite places to go for dinner. I highly recommend their wings in particular! I'm a huge fan of bbq wings and Busters had some of the best around. The atmosphere is very much that of a sports bar, so it's pretty noisy most of the time, but it's a casual place to go for dinner with family or friends when you're not sure where else to go.

Not a bad place for a neighborhood dive. Food is decent and beer/alcohol selection isn't bad. Good place to chill and have a cold one.

Everything in life goes better with peanut butter (i.e. jelly, celery, ice cream, navels and yes, burgers!) I made the bold move to try the PB&J burger at Buster's in Eagle and I was pleasantly surprised. Granted, it wasn't a gourmet burger by any stretch of the word, but a pleasant combination, even when combined with lettuce, grape jelly, tomatoes, onions and pickles on a sesame seed bun! Don't knock it till you try it! I also had a taste of their Mac & Cheese with bacon burger and it proved to be good combination. Hell, we all know everything is better with bacon and I found myself wishing I had had a bit of it on my PB&J burger! The fries were typical disappointing Idaho spuds which still baffles me. I've had better fries in just about every other state in the union. WTF? Although not an establishment known for its fine cuisine, its fine decor or exceptional service, some of the flavor combinations are a welcomed deviation from the all too familiar Californication cuisine bastardizing the local food scene.

Service - 4 stars Food - 1 star Came in to watch the Niner game as this place isn't too far from my patents house and they had the game on. We arrived about an hour before kick off and there were plenty of tables. The server saw our jerseys and told us which TV our game would be on (very helpful and much appreciated). I got buffalo chicken tenders that were extremely tough (literally almost bent the fork). The burger my boyfriend ordered was super greasy and not hot. While we appreciate the NFL Sunday ticket and the waitresses in their daisy dukes, not coming back.

Have come here on and off over the years and never had any problems. Tonight the waitress lost our dinner ticket and notified us after we had been sitting here for 30 minutes. We order two beers for happy hour and one was as flat as could be. Kudos to the bartender for making that right. The waitress did not offer a free beverage or something on the house for losing our ticket and making us wait another 15-20 minutes. We'll see if they try to make it right at checkout. It's not even busy! Now I see why the rating is only 3 stars, next time I will think twice before eating here again. Food is still good. No deal offered for their screw up.

If you're ever here, the potato "skins" are essentially half a potato, a slab of bacon, covered with a drizzle of cheese sauce and chives are.....awesome. Now that's more than an appetizer, that's a meal. The fingersteaks were tender and juicy and beer-battered pot stickers were delicious as well. Friendly staff, a good Porter on tap, Busters is a fun stop in my old home town area.

I ate here awhile ago and it was memorably bad. We had some burgers that were gross with limp fries. Kind of dark and in need of a renovation. It wasn't bad enough for one star because the servers were nice.

We went here because my husband wanted to watch the NBA playoffs. The drinks are 3/4 ice with a little bit of mixer and a little bit of alcohol. Everything here is way overpriced. We ordered the halibut fish and chips which came with a choice of french fries (which we don't eat) and salad which the waitress told me was made with iceberg lettuce (yuck)...so I asked for a generous portion of coleslaw as a replacement to which she agreed could be done. Our plate arrived with four small pieces of fish, a small cup of coleslaw (about four ounces) and a tiny container of tartar sauce. Coupled with the tiny amount of bloody mary we received in our tall glass of ice, needless to say we were not happy with this place. This is the first time we have dined out during our marriage that we didn't leave a tip. We know we won't ever return here. We are sorry for the people who have to work here under such bad conditions but our advice to them, go elsewhere to work. There are lots of good places in the Boise/Meridian area. Don't expect happy customers here.

OMG - somebody please call Robert Irvine to give this place a facelift. Carpet is dirty, tables are chipped, booths are lumpy and taped. I am not a fan of sports bars (noisy and crowded), but I have been to cleaner places. The supreme nachos ($13.99) are not worth the price. Anyone can put a mountain of chips on a plate and call it nachos. No flavor, scant toppings, high price. We brought this to the attention of the waitress and she replied "sorry, but I didn't make it". WOW. That is NOT customer service. Will not be going back.

Buster's is one of those places that you go to when you are not really sure where else to go. It has a menu that I think everyone could find something on to eat. The food is good and the service is quick. We had the finger steaks which were again not amazing but not bad. The $2 PBR is a good reason to make it your happy hour stop. The appetizers are usually good as well. I would say that it's great for happy hour and ok for dinner.

Just went there for lunch today and wasn't too impressed. It was quiet there and the service was good, but I didn't care for the food. I asked for a cheeseburger (rare with pepper jack) and the burger arrived with crispy edges and looked more medium-well done. The pepper jack cheese didn't have any fire to it which was a bummer, perhaps I should have just gotten Swiss cheese. They do have good fry sauce and their fries are alright. Their mozzarella sticks were all crunch and hardly any cheese. I thought for a sports bar they'd have some chicken wings, but they only had buffalo and of course that was under the appetizer menu. They had multiple TV's with different sports channels on, but they didn't have closed captioning so you didn't know what was going on, and they had lame Top 40 pop music playing (T-Pain, Lil Wayne, etc.). I'd suggest going to Hooters where it is more lively and sports oriented with better food for the same prices.

This isn't much of a sports bar, there are better in town. They do a great job with their burgers and finger steaks. I have a friend that frequents there quite a bit and he loves their menu. I think their menu is good for a bar's menu. This is kind of a boy's club as the other reviewed referred to it. A lot of working men go their for lunch and after work drinks. To really understand what buster's is about you have to be invited into the network of regulars/servers that hangout outside of work. Decent menu for a trashy sports bar. Good beer/liquor prices.

This is a good place to grab a quick inexpensive lunch. They feature a burger for $5--can't really beat that! It was good and cooked to order with a mountain of fries. I'd like to try some of the other entrees too like fish and chips. Will definitely go back again.

OK that was gross. We shared a popcorn shrimp appy, and it was really good. Andrew had an All American Bacon Cheese Burger and I had a Chili Burger. Andrew said his bacon was gross, and only ate about 3 small bites. The kid normally eats a lot! My chili was DISGUSTING, not to mention it was cold too. And the burger had no flavor. An old shoe would have more flavor. Good thing it had onions and tomatoes or I might as well have been eating a shoe. The fries, root beer, and service were good tho. Also, I hate that it cost $30 for the two of us to eat lunch. It's burgers for crying out loud. Strike one!
