Felt like a good burger tonight so ventured in to Teddy's. Only 1 person ahead of me so ordering was quick and staff were efficient and friendly. Ordered a regular burger but added cheese, grilled onions and bacon. I decided I would choose a healthy burger tonight.. Yeah right! Bacon on everything please. Wait was longer than I thought and waited almost 20 minutes which seemed long when there were about 8 customers in there and appeared to be only 3 of us waiting for orders to go. Everyone sitting at tables were already eating. Anyway I got my food and headed out. The burger was delicious and the "special sauce" added a great flavor to an already great burger. The burger was big (tried the 7 oz one) and you really needed a fork but the sauce dripped down your fingers... Yummy! Probably should give you a bib versus napkins as they just did not cut it. I went through 6 napkins eating my burger. Definitely will be back but probably will go for the 5 ounces next time.

Parking: Small private lot Price: $$ Space: Small and crowded, usually just do take-out, phone order is tough; always seem to get a busy signal Food: 4-5 for taste, 3-4 for quality (varies) Teddy's is generally a pretty good burger place; a lot of people I know claim it as a favorite -- so I end up having to eat here often enough. The only problem I consistently have with all locations is temperature. If I ever do have a burger I usually get it medium/medium-well, but every time I've ordered it at those temperatures they tend to be pretty rare. I learned my lesson over time and just order them well done. For some reason though I order them well done, there's still a little pink in the middle, but it's palatable anyway. Today the food was pretty bad. Maybe a new cook? I ordered well-done, but, the burger was reeeeally pink so it had that weird gummy texture of raw hamburger. Fries weren't salted and there were a few green ones in there. Onion rings had a really weird taste and extremely greasy (more than usual and more than any fried food should be). Overall I'd say worth a visit if you're a burger person, but beware of inconsistency, and my advice would be if you generally like just a touch of pink in your burger, you're better off just getting well-done; I've yet to ever have a burger cooked well there.

Good staff and good burgers. Price can add up pretty quick for the specialty burgers. Get your fill of Cholesterol in a yummy way.

This is a fairly new location for Teddy's, located by Petco and Walgreens in the Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center. They're famous for their gourmet take on burgers, offering twists such as a Hawaiian Burger, a Tex-Mex burger and your original gourmet burger. They even have quarter pound and half pound patties. Also offered are a wide variety of shakes an gourmet takes on fries! You can get anything from spicy fries to Nacho fries. I got their quarter pound patty and their Nacho Fries for lunch. Their quarter pound burger is large, and might be something you cut in half and will want to take home or share. Their Nacho fries are covered with ooey, gooey melty Nacho cheese, bacon bits and jalapeño slices. They're delicious, but they make more for a meal, rather than a side. Especially if you got a burger. If you order a burger here, get the regular fries. You may not have room for any fancy take. If you order speciality fries, then that's your meal right there. Either one will make for a great lunch. The prices are not McDonald's or Burger King prices. These are gourmet burgers and fries...and you will pay for it. However, it's worth stopping by for some juicy eats!

I've eaten at a lot of the Teddy's locations. This one is no different than the others, except it seemed less busy than it's Kailua counterpart. Burgers here are always good, cooked the way I want. This time, I checked in and got some free bbq pork fries for, which was okay. It was a little spicier than I would have liked, but it was free. I'm glad I got to taste them, but I probably wouldn't get them again. Staff was friendly, and the tables were clean!

The last few times I have gone to Teddy's I have been disappointed. This use to be my go to place for a chicken sandwich. But the last few times my order has been wrong or this last time my bun was burned. I would have waited longer to get my burger than get back to my office to a burned bun.

Burgers were good - but holy cow! Show up hungry! The small burger is 5oz. The shakes were really good, too. Good burger joint. :-)

Their burgers are really flavorful & fresh since they are made to order. You can order 5oz, 7oz, or 9oz burgers. I like to stick with their smallest burger since it's packed with a lot. Remember to phone in your orders on your way there if you're not trying to wait a long time. Seating is highly limited, so I suggest grabbing it to go. For some reason, I was never interested in trying this establishment out. I think it's the Teddy. Lol, that bear & the décor of the storefront just doesn't seem appealing to me as a place that actually sells quality food. But I was wrong. Don't let that Teddy fool you, they sell great tasting burgers. Definitely worth a try!

This place wins my heart (and tummy) over time and time again! You come knowing exactly what you're getting each and every time. The cook on the burgers is perfect. Depending on how hungry you are you can the 5, 7, or 9 oz. if beefs not your thing, they have chicken sandwiches and salads too. The bread is soft and fresh made here in Hawaii-- gotta support local. And the shakes...HEAVEN! Then there's the service. The people are always friendly, always helpful- never a bad experience. The final touch that I love is the wet naps they pass out at the end of your meal. Such a simple gesture but I love it. My go to picks are the Kaneohe burger, garlic fries, and the peanut butter shake. I've strayed trying other favors but I always come back the the PB.

Burgers are ok. Be careful with all the addons. They add up pretty quick. Fries were a little too big to get thatcrisp texture that i love. Think i should have stuck with a regular burger.

  • Jessica R.

Food is way too expensive for what it is. The bun tasted old and bland. So did the fries. I ordered my burger to be cooked medium and it was medium well. Soda machine was out and they didn't offer anything to substitute that with in the combo. I give it two stars because the staff was friendly. Never again!

Whenever I feel like I need more meat in my life, I visit this place. I know that I can't eat a 5 oz, but that does not stop me from ordering one. Always nice and juicy and they cook it however you want it. Well done, medium and all the other levels. I am a medium kind of gal, so I forget the rest.

70 cents for Sriracha sauce??? Are you kidding me? What next, $1 for catsup and mustard? The burger's not that good, your outside seating is as comfortable as sitting on H1 and your menu is so bewildering even your "trained" staff can't explain it. NEVER AGAIN. What an awful experience. What a poor excuse for a $12 hamburger joint.

They make the best burgers here and I love the different patty size options. The shakes are amazing cause they're made with real ice cream. The kids who work here are always courteous and I haven't gotten a wrong order once. I probably come here at least once or twice a week. Best burgers if you're looking for a "fast food" option.

So they completely lost my order the other day, I was fuming, waited 25 minutes and everyone else before me got their orders. They handled the situation so well! Offered me a free shake and a $5 gift card, I turned from fuming angry customer to pleased and happy :) I ordered a 5 ounce burger, medium well, the burger was cooked perfectly to how I like it, along with cheddar cheese. Yum! I also got my fav cajun fries. Thank you Teddys for keeping me a happy customer, being so graciously apologetic and making me a shake while I wait! I'll def be back to use my $5 gift card!

One star simply based on the fact that they don't honor their check in offers! Cashier was friendly and checked he also apologized that they haven't updated their page. Looks like it's time for upper management to update their yelp offer so they aren't putting their employees in awkward positions. We will see if they care about yelp reviews.

The burger and fries are dependably good if not a little pricey. I had the big burger combo meal for $9 which comes with fries, the regular burger, and a medium drink. The burgers are juicy and the buns soft. I upgraded my drink to a shake for about $3.50. Their shakes are great! They're super thick. I loved the strawberry shake (yes, I am 6 years old).

The burgers, fries, and shakes are delicious! They took too long to bring our food though!

Stopped by here today for lunch and had the Kaneohe burger, which I definitely recommend. It comes with a garlic flavored patty, Avocado and bacon. Also since I'm trying to do the low carb thing, they wrapped it nicely for me in lettuce and then wrapped that half exposed in paper, which really helped keep the burger together considering the lack of buns. Anyways, I definitely loved the garlic flavor, which was noticeable but not too over powering. They also have a special pumpkin shake which I'll probably try another time.

I really do enjoy going to this Teddy's, especially because it's around three minutes away from my house. It's in a great location, in the Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center, on the right of Long's Drugs. The parking in front of Teddy's is decent, and there are a lot of stalls especially because it's in the shopping center. It can get a bit crowded, however, which sometimes makes it a pain to drive in. I would have to say that the Teddy's staff impresses me. I've never had a bad experience with them. They're always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their food/menu. They keep the place clean and come around to offer wet wipes for your post-meal cleaning. The Waikiki Burger is basically the only thing I get. It's probably my favorite. It has teri, spud (hash browns), special sauce, cheese, and bacon. Warning: It can get VERY messy, so be aware of this before you order. I also love the tater tots and I always get an extra order of Teddy's special sauce because it goes perfectly with the tots. I love milkshakes but I am quite disappointed because they use nut products and I'm allergic to nuts. Because of this, I stay away from the shakes. Disappointing. I also think they need more seating. They have some seats inside and outside, but it would be great if they had more. However I know the space they have is small, so they probably can't do anything about this. All in all, I still love this Teddy's, especially this location. It's close, in a good area, has a great staff, and makes great food. Definitely check it out!

OK Kaneohe you're moving on up! I think we are anyway. I'm going 3 stars on this one or perhaps even 3.5 stars. The opening kinks are almost worked out. Teddy's in Kailua has been pretty popular and I think this one will do just fine. Here is my assessment. Ambience: Small store with few small tables inside and 5 outdoor uncovered tables. Uh, just wait till it rains. I guess no one told them about the rain in Kaneohe. And, about 5 indoor counter seats. Burger joint casual ambience. Menu: General menu and in store specific menu on the wall. Speciality burgers listed in store only, salads, design your own burgers, fries, onion rings, shakes and serve yourself sodas. Veggie Burgers, Turkey Burgers, Chicken Burgers, Fish Burgers and pastrami sandwiches. Phone in, dine in and take out. Shakes: When they first opened we tried 2 shakes. Chocolate and Strawberry at $5.50 each. Yeah it is a bit expensive but these are huge shakes that are made with real ice-cream. One shake is big enough for 2 people. A solid 4 stars on the shakes. They are pretty nice and this is the only thing that I really crave from here. Fries and Onion Rings: At $4 each these are pricy but solid quality. Real potatoes and a couple of variations available. Burgers: I don't eat beef burgers but my wife and daughter do. Cooked medium with a touch of pink in the middle by default. But wife got her's well done with no pink in the middle on request. Their special sauce is always a bit runny. I think they do this on purpose to give the customer that "dripping but good" hamburger experience. The problem, mentioned by someone else, is that the bun is not sturdy enough to deal with the drippy sauce. It gets soggy and falls apart rapidly. Plus, some people don't like that messy burger experience too much. Turkey Burger: I love a good ground turkey burger. My daughter does too and tried a Teddy's Turkey Burger last night. It was huge and she liked it. I tasted it and the meat was not what you think ground turkey should be. It was finely ground and seasoned. More like processed chicken nuggets or sausage. I personally was disappointed because of this. Veggie Burger: This was the best of the bunch. Had all the usual lettuce, pickle, tomato and onion with grilled onions instead. This was $.65 additional. Yeah, it had the runny sauce and the bun fell apart. It was messy and good. Hot Pastrami with Cheese: You guessed it. Yes, it came with runny sauce and the bun was a little soggy as a result. For all of the complaining I had to endure about how messy it was...she said it was pretty good! Service: They were pretty busy but better organized last night. Nice lady took our orders while we stood in line. We handed the order to the cashier. I noticed that he first went to the cooks and told them what we ordered. Then he entered it into the cash register. Cashier was a little frustrated that the computer was running too slowly. I think that this saved about 5 or 6 minutes on the wait time. I think we waited about 10 min. There was a huge crew helping out. Prices: I mentioned some prices but the basic burger/sandwich is about $6.79 plus add on toppings. All I know is that when you have a family of four and get burgers, fries and drinks...OMG! It's a good thing they take credit cards!! So some of my 3 stars is because of value. I'm thinking to myself that we could have gone to a real restaurant for the same price. $6.79 + $5.50 + $4 = $16.29. See what I'm saying.

One of those days we felt like having a burger. We'd stopped in at Long's next door and we could smell the meat filling the parking lot. Smells good, let's go! The staff there was pleasant and he was able to answer questions we had about the combos and what to suggest for first timers. We both chose the basic with regular fries. Place was clean and the overall experience was a thumb-up. I'd like to come back and try some of the other specialty burger combos.

Lots of people really would rather eat at a place with local ties instead of some multinational corporation so it's great Teddy's is now open in Kaneohe. The burgers here are excellent. Some people complain that it's expensive but it's not when you consider portion size. A burger at Teddy's is thick, filling and juicy (if you don't order it well done) and it comes with vegetables that don't look like they fell off the plant. One thing I wished was different is the size of the restaurant. If you come during a lull, it's not a bad size. If you come during dinner time, it's a madhouse. The actual inside only seats twenty, maybe. There's a few tables outside but they're right next to a driving lane and some parking spaces. Car fumes are not a good condiment. I highly recommend placing a phone order if you're eating dinner here, regardless of how big your order is. It's better to just pay and get out than try to find somewhere to sit. Teddy's always plays some older hits (think doo-wop and '60s rock) and that's usually fine but if some terrible parent brings their kids who will run around making noise, you're going to have a bad time. Another recommendation is the Kaneohe burger but only if you like avocado. Teddy's always makes a new burger recipe when a new store. The "Kaneohe Burger" is a garlic burger topped with bacon, avocado and cheddar cheese. Guacamole fans will definitely love this option but if you're not into that, there's a whole menu. I also must recommend the peanut-butter milkshake. I can't express how good that thing is. If you want something really awesome on a cheat day from your diet, that's worth every sinful calorie. Treat yo self!

I like Teddy's. Been to other locations but this was my first time here. I got the 5oz original burger. Husband had the same and we shared the garlic fries. The burgers were cooked perfectly. So delicious! The garlic fries was also good but it came to the point where we started to wipe off the garlic and salt because it was a lot. Staff was nice and friendly. We walked in and it there was only another couple eating..so it wasn't busy but all their table were not wiped. It started to get busy and another customer who came in actually asked for the staff to wipe the table down. Again food was satisfying. If I'm near the location and craving Teddy's..I'll still go to eat. Lots of parking since it is in a shopping area.

Visited Teddy's in Kaneohe on 6/30/15 for a late dinner. I love that they have a sink. I use my ID card for a discount, along with my Upromise Mastercard for money towards college. The service is usually just okay but last night, the two young ladies had great personalities and smiled the entire time we were there and they worked really hard. Keep up the great work!

First visit. Got the 7 Oz burger with all of the fixings. Medium well is too dry. Will.get medium rare next time. A substantial burger, so will get the 5 Oz especially if with a side of fries. I like their house sauce with its hint of mustard. Chocolate shake is rich, made just the way it should be.

One employee is clearly high, another has a huge hickey on her neck, and the one who took my order (one regular sized milkshake) had an attitude and didn't get it right even after I repeated it to her twice. Milkshake took almost 15 minutes...BUT...the manager, a very professional young man, apologized without me having to even complain. He gave me a coupon for next time and made me the best shake ever. Instant redemption!

  • Nat N.

Ya it's a little pricey for a burger and fries, but this ain't McDs or Burger King. The burgers are big, and if I weren't eating for 3, I would have had to split it with my hubby. The fries were served hot and not soggy. The onion rings were delicious, thanks to the seasoning they sprinkle on top. And who can pass up their tater tots - you can't find these on the menu at other burger joints. Teddy's is a great addition to Kaneohe, as there aren't any other burger specialty joints in the area. The only downside to this location is that it's very small, which means there aren't a lot of tables inside, and a long wait for food. But the wait is well worth it.

I love Teddy's! The food is always good! (When I order the right thing lol) This time around I got the Kaneohe burger. Bacon, avocado, and a garlic burger. It was really really good! The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the guy behind the register was really rude. When I ordered my food I said exactly this. "I'll have the Kaneohe burger COMBO 5.oz medium done, with cheese fries." What does he say? "You want the burger itself or the combo?" I swear to god I just said my order! Hello are you listening? The whole time he was talking to us he had his head down, so he was talking to the table in front of him writing things from even before I ordered. It just bugged me that he didn't even have the time of day to look me in the face. But whatever. Sooo my husband orders his burger the same exact way I do and the guy still asked the same question.... Now I know I don't come to Teddy's often but I'm pretty sure that's how you order a combo from Teddy's lol. Food was good tho.

The burgers were good, but I found that consistently the services at several Teddy's burgers were not that great. The people took a long time to deliver the food, and were not clear on what sides you could've gotten.

Island-wide, I can't remember a time that I wasn't completely satisfied with the food and cleanliness of what Teddy's has to offer. Wonderful food, albeit a bit pricey. Still, I keep coming back. I've done about three yelps in my lifetime, all with bad comments about other businesses to avoid. However, tonight is probably the first time that I've felt compelled to rave about the excellent customer service, the friendliness of the staff, and in particular, the obvious hard work and efficiency of Noah, at the Kaneohe location. The crowd was steady, not too overwhelming but enough to keep the staff busy. It was refreshing to see pure, genuine customer service, with an urgency to please the customers. As this young man traversed from cashier to delivery of orders to the making of my shakes, I became quickly aware of what impressed me so much. He cared. He wanted to make sure everyone had enough napkins, took quicker steps to get back to manning the register, and worked the shake machine like nobody's business. The staff in the back worked with the same discipline, none moving slow, no one stopped to talk story, and the food and service gained major points for that. The staff at this location are gems, but I just had to ask for Noah's name--truly a hard worker! That's saying a lot coming from an Ewa Beach resident who lives near TWO Teddy's locations--Ewa Beach and Kapolei.

Teddy's burger- the burgers are really good, but their fries are either a hit or miss depending on the day. There are only 5 booths available inside and a few seats by the door, but luckily there is outdoor seating as well. It's a bit pricey for a burger, but keep in mind--- the burgers are made to order and fresh so it's sort of worth it. I docked a star because its a bit chaotic getting your order AND there is no bathroom?! There is a small sink next to the soda machine, but it seemed awkward that a public bathroom wasn't available to their customers.

The food was very delicious, I will be visiting again! I had the fish n' chips (with garlic fries) it was the bomb! My friend had the burger combo...she enjoyed her burger. Love the place and the food...especially being our first time!

Just drive to the Teddy's in Kailua. Ran out of buns, was told and employee ran to buy some. Employee walks in the door and announces to the entire restaurant that Longs no longer sells buns. Of course by then, the burgers and fries have been sitting and were served cold. Less than impressed with the service and employees. Take your $15/burger and go else where.

I had a quick bite with my daughter. The prices are high at this place. So we had kids meals. The burgers were delicious. Just plain ole regular hamburgers with all the fixings. It was enough to satisfy our hunger. The meat was juicy, the bread was soft, and the lettuce, tomato, and onions were cold and crunchy. The fries were excellent. Hot and crispy! We also split one chocolate shake because it was almost $5 for ONE! The shake was just ok. Something you can very easily make at home yourself for much less. 3 stars cause the food was good. Minus two stars cause this is a place you have to secretly go to without your kids so you still have money in your wallet. Throw away your receipt. If your kids find it, you'll get an earful! And it's not a good place to go in a large group. The dining area inside is small and the seats outside are good on a cool day. If its the peak of summer, it'll be a sweat fest.

I can state with a high level of confidence that I will never eat at this location again. Here is why: I was having a craving for Teddy's Bigger Burgers. I often go to the one in Kailua, but was in the Kaneohe area so I decided to stop by with my boyfriend and order some food to go. Before walking in, we realize it is 8:40, about 20 min before their closing time. There were still 2 other tables in there eating and another couple ordering so we decided to go ahead and order something. Because they were closing in 20 minutes, I felt a bit rushed in making my decision. But that is okay, I understand. I went with what first looked good and we ordered. I ordered the Western Burger Combo with pickles on the side and my boyfriend ordered the Firecracker Burger Combo. Pretty soon after we ordered, the rest of the restaurant cleared out as we were waiting for our food. The cashier lets us know it will be out in just a bit. We sit down for about 5 minutes, and then our food is ready! The cook looks at the cashier and said "This one is really hot." with a smirk. The cashier laughs. We think nothing of it. But, I have to tell you, that is the fastest time at any Teddy's I have ever been to.. We get our food, say thank you and leave. We get into the car, I open the food and to my horror our burgers are completely cold! I thought Teddy's food was made to order.. at least that is what they advertise and that is what I have always received. :( I take a bite I am disgusted with a burger that tastes cold and old, like it had been sitting out a while. And where were my pickles on the side? Turns out they threw it in on my boyfriends burger (he hates pickles.) The buns literally fell out of my hand and were soggy with some kind of gross sauce (I think they forgot to put the BBQ sauce on my Western burger and instead drowned it with goopy special sauce.) After taking a glance at my boyfriend's burger, I know what that cook meant when he said "this one is really hot," my boyfriends' firecracker burger literally had a half a cup of jalapenos on it... I highly doubt this is how they properly make it but I don't know for sure, either way I really don't think they give out that much jalapenos normally because it filled up the entire to go box and was extreme... my boyfriend couldn't even eat half of it.. and he loves jalapenos! It was that bad. The fries were drenched in salt too.. to the point of being unable to eat it. I really hate to write a bad review of Teddy's because I truly do love their food and service, but at this location I cannot say that. To me, it seemed like whoever was cooking our meal wanted to leave early and got mad that we were the last customers (20 min prior to closing, it is not like we came in at the last minute,) and decided to take it out on our food by giving us crap. I understand that it is rude to come in at closing time, but 20 minutes prior does not warrant a stink eye and crap food! I know, I've worked in the industry. In conclusion, I ended up spending $30 on two combo meals that were horrible, mixed up, sloppy, cold and unappetizing. I could have gone out to eat at a sit down restaurant for the same price! Cold pattys, over salted fries, a half a cup of jalapenos and soggy buns sums it up. Gross! Never again.

I'm glad Kaneohe has finally added new food options... Cue Teddy's Bigger Burgers, Ichiriki, and (hopefully soon) Brick Oven Pizza. Sometimes you get tired of choosing between Zippy's, L&L, Panda's, Bale and pretty much everything in Windward mall's food court. Whenever we get here, there is always a line, which doesn't surprise me. Most people want the best bang for their buck, and good food at that. Teddy's delivers on its name "bigger burgers", offering various ounces for their beef burgers: 5, 7, 9, and even bigger. Not only can you customize the size of your burger, but you can choose the toppings and sauces to build the burger of your dreams, ahem, or should I say budget. Prices range from $8-$14+, so be prepared to shell out some moolah to satisfy your burger fix. I normally substitute the fries for tater tots, which makes me nostalgic of elementary school days... For days when my sweet tooth kicks in, I usually like to indulge in a shake; either vanilla or if I'm feeling saucy, the dreamsicle. Yum.

So delicious! Ordered the Big burger (smallest on menu) and it was cooked perfectly--a little pink inside. Got it with bacon, Swiss and avocado. They put some kind of special sauce on it that enhanced the flavor of everything--not overpowering at all. Fries were hot and crispy. Cooked to order, delivered to table. Husband as happy as I was--and he's a foodie. Would make a special trip back. 5 stars all the way!!!

Kaneohe finally has a Teddy's... Same great taste, just a little disorganized. But, it's a little to be expected since it just opened yesterday! They have their own specials... the Kaneohe burger was good. Comes with bacon, avocado and a garlic sauce. The bacon was ok, the avocado was great, but the garlic sauce was a miss. Couldn't taste any difference, and there was an overwhelming amount of regular special sauce. Not quite sure if there even was the garlic sauce. Indoor and outdoor seating is limited, so if you go during peak hours, don't rely on getting a table. One great thing about this site is that they use an intercom to call your number or name. Also, there were some workers who will walk to your table if your order is for here. One of the workers also walked to each table to pass wet naps... this is a must with the burgers! On the down side, it looked like some workers didn't know the menu. They kept asking their peers and looked disheveled. Also, when orders were ready and called, the patrons did not know which side to pick up their order... at times worker and patron were chasing each other back and forth a few times. They need to put a sign where to pick up orders at! I'll definitely be back, and hopefully the disorganization that I saw will be gone.

The best hamburger I have ever had in my entire life and the milkshakes are life changing. I had the teriyaki French fries, the cake milkshake, and a specialty hamburger with pineapple and all three were sublime. The portions were huge so I actually was able to have one order for two meals. This place is so unhealthy but so delicious. The menu is a little overwhelming but you are able to just build your own burger if you do not want one of their amazing specialty burgers.

This place just opened in Kaneohe, finally! We came here after a long hike and I got a bigger Teri burger. It was delicious! The perfect meal to replace all the lost carbs. The burgers come in three sizes: big (5oz), bigger (7 oz), & biggest (9oz). Plus they give a 10% discount to all active military members. The fries were OKAY, not great. My friend got the garlic fries, but that tasted plain as well. The downsides: the place was very small, all the sodas were completely FLAT, and they ran out of ketchup. Seriously? No ketchup at a burger joint? Granted, they were pretty busy so maybe that's something they overlooked. Don't get me wrong, I like Teddy's but I'll stick to the one in Hawaii Kai

Came in again for this location. I called in ahead of time since last time it took almost 20 mins to get my food. When I arrived they repeated my order back to me and I noticed my order was wrong. I had wanted the Teri blue cheese burger (big wave or something like that) with cheese fries but no seasonings on the fries. Instead the cashier told me he took off the Teri and made my burger bigger. I told him it was wrong, but he just said okay, and handed me my food without correcting it. No star for you.

My family and I went to Teddy's Bigger Burgers today, the customer service was excellent, the food was fresh. My husband got a regular burger, plus cheese and a root beer shake -- He enjoyed his cheeseburger and stated it was a cheeseburger, he liked the root beer shake, but said the flavor became overwhelming after drinking it a little while. Our son (11yrs old) had fish and chips, the fish and chips were excellent especially coming from a burger place. I, my self had a Turkey Burger w/pepper jack cheese, cheese fries with jalapenos. the Turkey Burger it self was way too salty ( The meat itself), the pickles, I am not sure what kind they were, but didn't taste good, the tomato looked over ripe and I just took it off the burger. I ate maybe 1/3 of the burger as I cut a piece off, I didn't eat the rest of it, the texture reminded me of rubber on top of it being extremely salty. However, on the other hand the Jalapeno Cheese Fries were excellent. We would try it again, however all I would order is the fries.

Great burgers! Parking lot is tight so you may have to get creative to find a space, and there's not much seating inside - only 8 tables.

I forgot to pack lunch for duty at a satellite clinic and so after I left our building, I wandered aimlessly to the left and to the right and around and down the street.... behold! a TEDDY's~! How long has this been here??? I really don't remember it from too long ago.... but it surely saved me from an hour of STARVING. 9 oz Teriyaki Burger w/ all the garnishes (medium by default) combo-ed up w/ seasoned fries and a drink. final price: Just under $11 w/ the discount card (ID card)? does that even make sense? I think they accidentally charged me for the 7 oz at first, so I was okay getting a smaller sandwich... but 10 minutes later, I got my order and walked back to work... I dunno, I'm pretty sure it was the 9 oz! but there's no way I was gonna try to way out my patty. Cooked perfectly medium. Needs a little more Teriyaki =P or less garnishes. Very Messy... just the way I like it.

The Burgers are big! Enough to feed two people. What a big chuck. This was my first time to eat at Teddy's Bigger Burgers. I ordered the grilled cajun chicken burger. I don't think I'll ever try the hamburger - meat's too big. (Trying to cut back and eat healthy). The burgers here are fully custom and prepared only when you order it. My family ate here for dinner after our day at Bellows so we were kind of hungry. The fries we ordered was the garlic fries. It tasted good, little too salty or overly seasoned for me though. It can be pricey so if you are ordering a drink, make sure you just order your burger by combo #. It includes fries as well. From my experience with my cajun grilled burger, I will have to remember when I order next time with less mayo or none at all. I had too much in mines.

Quality and service at this location has realy dropped off at this location. Food came out burnt and no apology when complaint made about it.

This was the first time I went to Teddy's. The burger was so big and so good. I also had a peanut butter shake.

Burgers are so yummy! I love the Wahiawa burger and I love that I can get it with a lettuce wrap to make it healthier. However, the last time I ordered it I requested jalapenos to be added while waiting for such a long time for my burger I looked at my receipt and noticed they didn't ring up my peppers. So I asked the cashier about it and she was really short with me seemed kinda annoyed. I had to run my card for 79 cents to add my peppers they forgot. The burger wrap was so tasty! I will keep going back even if I have to double check my orders.

Sorry but my first and last visit @ this location! Dont get me wrong we love Teddys and the service here sucked! Ordered takeout; got shakes before food. Waites 20mins for food = melted shakes! Other locations keeps it in freezer until food ready, why not this one?? Get home to find husbands burgers has 2 bottom buns, my burger bun is tore up, burgers were slapped together (sloppy) and DRENCHED in sauce; added bonus - greasy tots! This location needs ALOT of work when it comes to customer service and quality. Really disappointing!!

Just opened expecting total chaos. Called in my order expecting wait times to be long. 20-25 minute I was told my order would be ready...my order was ready as promised. Service was good. Level of food quality was excellent, typical of what I've eaten at their other locations. Burgers are huge and juicy. Bun could have been a little heartier as it started to break apart because of all the juices running out of the burger. I had one of my favorites tonight, the 7 oz. with pastrami and cheese. With french fries on the side it made my meal very satisfying. Winner all the way! Next time I'll try the shakes.

Service was SO slow and I got FOOD POISONING from their turkey burger. Not worth it, beware!

The food was okay, but the management and customer service at this location is terrible!! When you enter I'm usually greeted with a "welcome" at other Teddy's locations, but this Teddy's fails to meet that expectation. I was also disappointed with some of the fowl words I could hear from the front by the people working in the back. I was astounded with the words they were using. Thank goodness I didn't bring my daughter that day! All I can say was that it was from two gentlemen a tall fella in a red shirt with what looked like piercings in his lip?And a shorter gentleman with a silver chain necklace, also wearing a red shirt. The food great, but what I thought was a family restaurant needs to improve on what type of language that is used in the work environment. If I had an opportunity to return to any Teddy's location I would definitely not return to this one.

Delicious! Always fun to try their specialty burgers with all the works and I have never been disappointed! The shakes and fries are also essential to your meal but it tends to get pretty pricey as most of it is 'a la carte' menu. The seating in this particular store is very tight and limited so best to get it to go when you are here but the food still tastes great! Also, if you are a student you can get 10% off with your ID - just ask :)

Over the last few times I've been there the folks working have been pleasant and up beat. They have asked if I'd like to make my sandwiches a combo. I have tried the grilled chicken sandwich which for me is nice and a little spicy. I have tried the turkey burger which was pretty filling. This time I had the fish sandwich as a combo. I wasn't sure about ordering it but one of the ladies that worked there said it was tasty. I thought it was good also and pretty filling. My last 3 trips there were all great experiences. I am trying to eat healthier so have a salad in place of fries or tots.

This was my first time at Teddy's. I really enjoyed my meal. I had the biggest combo, with a Kailua burger on a wheat bun with fries and iced tea. It was totally delicious and filled me right up, not having eaten all day. And good portions for the price! I wish the fries were more flavorful though, I had to add my own salt for taste. Awesome place! I'll be back to Teddy's.

I love the location, hate the parking lot... because it's always busy. However, it's so close to everything else that it's easy enough to make one stop and be able to shop around for my necessities. The place is new, so it's pretty nice inside. The walls could be cleaned a little as I've noticed a little ketchup smeared on them but everything else appears to be clean and the staff are really friendly, the burgers are really tasty, as are the extra thick peanut butter shakes. My only real suggestion would be for them to opt for bigger straws as it's really difficult to get the thick shake up through the straw. It's not just me, my son, and my father-in-law were having the same problem. Either way it's so tasty, you just have to work for it a little. A good work out, perhaps?? Talk about less guilt for a yummy shake :)

Pretty good overall. Its just like a 5 guys. I got a burger an cheese fries, both were amazing.

Hands down, my favorite burger joint I have found on the island! I'm so excited about the location in Kaneohe. Although, I would definitely have driven to Kailua for one of their burgers! I usually order the Small burger meal (as it is still a very large burger) with garlic fries (sooo good ). I also get a root beer float. The ONLY qualm I have with Teddy's is that it seems to always be so busy. My husband and I normally call in our order ahead of time, and by the time we get there we still end up waiting. The wait is more than worth it for me, though.

I routinely call ahead to pick up my lunch. This seems to do no good as I wait around forever each time anyway. Furthermore, they routinely get my order wrong.

Kaneohe needed good places to eat, and were getting them! Teddys, like in Kailua, doesn't disappoint!! Burgers are just as good as in Kailua, less crowded (until everyone notices its there), and parking is easy and convenient!! YUM!

OMG I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. Great service but fire that stubby annoying girl I think her name is Kaitlyn maybe? Karen? Not sure i think shes new but she suxxxx and is really mean. but that tall young girl that's always in the front is pretty boiz. She always seems to be there when I come in and she's always happy and smiling, DOES SHE EVER GET A DAY OFF? I love this place, because she makes it so enjoyable to eat my burger. She should get a raise and some respect for the magnificent service she does. I love me some burger and delish fries. You're fries are good. They ain't no McD crap. They're those big fat good things. Mmmmm I once ordered a burger with like Everything on it and it was like a 20$ burger that I decided to name the Hospitalizer cuz I was so stuffed and felt like throwing up from eating s much delish lushness. But I didn't throw up so it's ok. Stay cool guiz k peace out.

Finally went there after years of just know that Teddy's existed. Took my wife to the Kaneohe one, we were pleasantly surprised how great their burger were! They were delicious! Super happy we found this place. Our new date/family place.

Great service and nice burgers. I was inadvertently one of those pain in the arse customers as I wanted to mix and match burgers-sauces-toppings. I couldn't decide which burger so I ended up combining multiples. I was more than happy to concede and not go through with the complexities if the lady at the register said I couldn't...instead, she laughed and said they were totally down for a challenge. The burger ended up AWEsome! Flavours were everything I asked for.

Great burgers! As a family we usually call in an order with myself getting whatever the special burger of the day is as i like to keep it fresh everytime.. For the kids they love the regular burgers plain as the meat has plenty of taste. Service is great. All around its a go to spot for us in Kaneohe

Ordered 2 original burgers, and the tater tots with bacon and cheese which was much too salty. The price on the board states $4.19 fir a large and we were charged an additional $2.39 for a 2 fry upgrade and the bacon--making it more expensive than the hamburger! Won't order the tater tot again-not worth the price.

I liked the burgers and chicken. The menu seemed complicated - but there are a lot of choices and options, so you can either order a pre-set 'special' burger or chicken sandwich - or just select what you want on it. The big drawback at this location - NO restroom - they actually sent us to Starbucks to use their restroom. I'm not even sure that's legal - but hey, I was in Hawaii eating a good burger, so who can complain? (I guess I just did)

Went there two nights ago. Awesome burger, terrible cold stale fries. What kind of cook puts out cold fries???

  • Pat D.

Split a biggest burger with my hubby. Came with a large order of fries...delicious! Was enough for two. Had it cut in two which made the price reasonable. Shakes are also good. Spendy for the size, but if you share it okay. Very juicy, they bring you wipes.

Burger was mediocre and overpriced. I didn't think the diameter was any different from other fast food burger joints. As for bigger, it was bigger by stack only! French fries were greasy, soggy and cold. Also the portion was stingy. Fish and Chips was OK and overpriced. Same issues with the french fries. For the total price of the two meals paid, I would rather have gone to Island Burgers in Ala Moana where quality is much better and not stingy with the fries. Also I can sit down there instead of taking it to go and eat at a local park down the road. If I want a burger in Kaneohe, I'll go to its competitors where the total price is half and if I get it to-go, fries will still be warm and portions are large. As for fish and chips, still looking for a good place that serves actual fish and chips, not cheap imitation. I won't go to any Teddy's for burgers or fish and chips. It's overpriced and overrated. When overseas visitors come and ask me to take them for American hamburgers, we will take them elsewhere.
