We have ordered from this Papa Johns location at Windward Mall at least 2-3 times a month from the time they opened in the food court a few years ago. That's probably more than 50 interactions with them through the years and I cannot ever recall a bad experience. The quality of the food is consistently good, orders are always correct, friendly service, and very accommodating. We once had a party at the glow putt upstairs at the mall and papa johns brought our pizzas up to us with plates and napkins. Delivery always comes on time or sooner. Their online specials are great deals and we use the VIP card regularly. Great food, great service, great deals...happy customers!

False advertisement! The pizza is ok but the salad was the worse I've seen in a long time. They advertise a nice green salad and you actually get a nasty iceberg lettuce salad with nothing on it.

Mixed reviews. I've ordered delivery twice from here. the first time was great, the delivery girl was really nice, food was good & on time. Second time however, the confirmation email said 30 minutes & we waited an hour for food. I called in to check on my order and I kid that answered was a douche bag. You could tell he was young, unprofessional and immature. I told him my last name "Cox" and he laughed at it. Then he was trying to look up my order and he was like, "uh do you know what today's date is?" Im like um idk you're the one working today you tell me. Idiot. So not happy, and the delivery person didn't listen to the driver directions I gave either.

Ordered online using an online promo code and got a great deal on the Garden Fresh Pizza and upgraded it to an XL for $3.00. I always give the pizza places about 20-25 minutes to make it - not a big deal, just plan ahead. Pizza was piping fresh and the customer service was excellent. Yum!

This 5 star update is for the awesome follow up service I received via Facebook, Yelp, and site manager. Management responded within days offering apologies and complimentary services. Thank you! I will be sure to spread the word of your customer service and think of this negative experience as a fluke. Many people talk of Papa John's customer service being A+plus, looks like they were correct!

I had half a toothpick cooked into my. I really don't need to say anything more. But when I bit the last part of my pizza. Something punctured my skin! A TOOTHPICK!

We order once a week. Usually on Wednesday because they have a super cheap deal. We always get our pizza reasonably quick, its hot, and the drivers are always nice. Just chain pizza but hot, fresh, inexpensive, and good service go a long way.

Ordered my carryout well in advance. My order was read back to me and it was fine. Went to pick up my order and I had no Cinnapie. It wasn't even on my order slip. It would take 25 minutes to make me one and by then my pizza would be cold. So not happy with them right now and unlikely I will return to this location. Next time don't just mimic back my order, WRITE IT DOWN. And ask for an email to send a confirmation to. The only reason I called was because the website was accepting my order but never sent a confirmation. Fix that too! *Update* I returned home to find they didn't cut my pizza. :(

As always nice and friendly workers. They offer specials but most are online so it might be just easier to go online to order.

Omg, just ordered on line pizza. Confirmation said 15-20. Ok, waited over 1/2 hr. I went up ask the girl if it was ready, she looked got the pizza,I ask if it's just came out she said no, it's been there !!!! This is the second time I've ordered on line carry out and had to wait well over 30 min. I'd say 45 to 50 min. What's the problem???

We have ordered from them twice since being in a hotel. Food great as always but the first time they completely left off my extra butter garlic sauce and extra peppers that we paid for. Just make sure you remind them to add this if you call in the order. The people taking the order on the phones are nice and friendly though.

I LOVE Papa John's! That said, I wanted to give them four stars only because it's so expensive but didn't think that would be fair considering $4 a slice is actually the going rate for a slice of pizza, and it's actually a quarter of an entire pizza :) SO.. that aside, they taste good as always! And I'm still a fan! :) The workers at this location are very helpful and informative! I have very basic needs when I order from Papa John's and it is CHEESE PIZZA and GARLIC SAUCE!! haha :P

While their food and service have never been an issue for me, I did just discover a major sanitation problem. As I put my cup up to the mouth of the ice dispenser on their soda fountain, I saw something dark green so I pulled my cup away and looked up. I discovered a significant amount of algae growing behind the ice dispenser. I immediately notified the supervisor and he was quick to clean it out. I'm sure my ice never touched the algae and even if it had, it probably wouldn't make me sick or anything but it does raise concerns on how sanitary the rest of their kitchen is...

If you are looking for UH Kids Club membership info or to purchase the UH Kids Club pizza specials, don't go to this location. Management does a poor job in training staff on this program and specials. Probably because they don't understand it themselves.

papa johns is my favorite,.. when i get a craving for pizza it better be papa's,.. i'm a total fan. i order it online using COUPONS. I don't like to pay full price for things when i don't need to. It doesn't take very long to get delivered. But i do wished they would call when they arrive!!

Your running around, forgot breakfast, it's lunch time, Pizza sounds good. I had some of the Pizza from a friend of mine a week before. Wonderful, crispy crust, hot, just the right amount of sauce etc. Second time I picked up a Pizza to go. The staff is young, they where in the kitchen, another customer and I waited and waited, the young man even made eye contact, ignored us. I proceeded to call out to him. He apparently was not familiar with anything. A young woman took my order but that appeared to be a struggle. The Pizza was ok, not as good as my friends. Today, like I said, needed food, Pizza was on my mind. I got again ignored, I waited, finally someone else came by and waited on me. I get the impression these young people would rather be working somewhere else if they could. Which is telling me that management is not supportive. ANYHOW!! Pizza sucked. Chewy, not good kind, and way too soggy. I ate the crust and the tip, the rest ......I hate wasting food. I need to say, I know this is not Italian Pizza from Napels, I just want something that is cooked well even if it is a food chain.
