My husband suggested we go here after the 3rd attempt to find a restaurant. I am a Moe's women, but I decided to give Willy's a try again after years of my first visit. We ordered nachos. I wanted to get the cheese dip on our nachos but the employee asked if we still wanted the shredded cheese. We decided to get it. Once heated, we realized it was quite a bit of cheese. We decided not to get the cheese sauce and we got the beans on the side because I hate beans on nachos. We started eating and there was absolutely no flavor except on the steak. My taste buds turned upside down. I could not eat anymore. I even tried eating the beans on the side and I almost threw up. If you have not eaten all day and you can not make yourself eat this, it's bad. My husband who can eat almost everything even said it was nasty, but he ate it. I starved for the remainder of the day. I won't be back.

Love willy's food, but this location is no good. The people are rude and lazy. They don't listen when you try to order but start putting together a chicken burrito with black beans by default until you yell at them to stop and insist they listen to what you actually wanted to order. Then they act like you've put them out when they're the ones who couldn't look up from the assembly line and stop what they were doing long enough to actually listen to you order. This is a consistent problem at this location and I've had it! We'll be going to the Kennesaw location from now on- even if we have to drive by this one to get there!

Two problems, last two times I was here the Adobe chicken was very dried out. Everyone has always been friendly and the service has been good. I can't understand some of the complaints about rushing; you gotta move the line. My biggest problem with Willy's is the drink machine. The Freestyle is AWFUL. If I am going to pay $2 for a drink it needs to taste like what it claims to be. The Freestyle can't accomplish this, it is a failure. I avoid any restaurant that has them.

I go here nearly each time I shop at trader joes! I'm very impressed by their service and prices. And their food is great

Ok, I love Mexican food but I am not a fan of this place. Its neat and cool inside. Very clean. The servers are not that friendly (at lease not to us) and they kind of rush you along. A lot of resturants like this rush you to make your choices though. They look at you like your wasting there time. My friend ordered the chicken nacho soup, or something like that and it looked nothing like the picture and I didn't like the taste of it. I ordered the nacho something, and it was bland, bland, bland and nasty. The food is way under seasoned. I would rather go to taco bell. Maybe it's me...Maybe I just don't like places like this. A lot of people seem to enjoy it. So try it for yourself! But warning, the meat is under seasoned!

Every time I've come to this location I have received great service. That's probably what tipped my OK to a Yay... From the middle of the afternoon to late at night before closing, the workers here are definitely on top of their game... The food however is just ok... Sometimes the rice is a little over cooked, the lettuce is too watery because well it sits in water, and the rest of the ingredients are a tad bland. Their queso also has an interesting taste to it because of the seasoning they add, but it's also just okay. It's located in the small Pine Straw shopping center with Trader Joes, California Pizza Kitchen, and CVS. There's plenty of parking and there can be a bit of a wait during busy rushes, but they usually hustle to keep the line moving. I've never sat down to eat here as I get my food togo, but the dining area is kept neat and clean. Other than that I visit Willy's from time to time when the wind blows. With good service and Ok food, there's nothing that keeps me from coming back. I dig the veggie burritos, so yay for tex-mex...

Overall... For what it is... (Reference Moe's... Chipotle) it could be better! Way! It's clean and staff is typically attentive and friendly. Location is weird and parking is straight horrible! Expect a door ding with all the suburban assault SUV's! My biggest complaint is the meat! Under seasoned and over cooked. I could forgive the over cooked perhaps for a late dinner... Bottom of the barrel so to speak... But we eat like seniors :). We are always the start of the dinner rush around 5.15 or 5.30.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVIVE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I have been to this location only 3 times and I don't know what visit was the worst. I'm a huge Willy's fan, I always go to the one by my house and I've never had any problems and the staff is great. But this one is just awful, staff is extremely disresfectul, lazy and RUDE. The second time I went there I asked for extra cheese (willing to pay for it) and the cashier said, "Oh my God who's eating this much cheese? This is so much I can't even move the bowl!" I was so shocked I didn't even know what to do, that was so disrespectful, then he proceeded to talk about how much sour cream I had gotten... I was pretty upset but decided not to say/do anything. Then they put my food on a disgustingly WET tray... Water was dripping from it, it was gross. But still I just sat with my friends and tried to enjoy the meal. So today I decide I'm craving Willy's for lunch and since this was the closest location I didn't have much choice... I walked in and greeted the young man, and asked for half chicken and half steak, he literally put THREE pieces of steak in my plate so I asked for a bit more and he answered "you know we're not supposed to" so I said you can charge me if you have to... But seriously three pieces of steak...? So he asks what else I want and I ask for cheese and he sprinkles little to no cheese, and throws the sour cream on top like he wants to punch someone in the face, so I decided I had enough and told him I didn't want the food anymore and walked away. Went back to get his name, which was Justin. I have been working with customer service for four years now, and I would never treat a guest like that specially when it comes to their food. I felt humiliated and disrespected. I suggest you guys do some serious training with those employees of yours. Will not be returning to this location.

If you've been to one Willy's, then you know what the food's like at all Willy's!! So, there are a few other reasons for this review and a *me likey* vote for this particular location . . . The coolest drink machine I've ever seen! It's this space-age looking silve contraption with a touch screen - how fun is that?! You have a choice of about 97 different drinks, too, including various flavors of PowerAde and multiple Fantas in addition to the expected standbys. Hey, sometimes it's the little things that get a girl excited! A cute little patio that will be great for dining on when it's not a thousand degrees outside. It's close to the East Cobb neighborhood the boy and I frequent sometimes and since it's been awhile since I lived so close to a Willy's, having one on the right side of the road (easy access is a plus on a busy stretch of the suburban part of Roswell Rd!) directly on the way to their house is like a double bonus! Props to my man, Willy.

Others might wax poetic about Chipotle or other burrito joints, but I remain loyal to Willy's, mainly because their salads (all under $7) make for incredibly filling, tasty, and relatively healthy meals. They take your choice of meat (or tofu) on a bed of romaine, and top it with salsa, cheese, roasted red peppers, black olives, cucumbers, and whatever other goodies you want. This particular location is notable for it's cute little patio and Coca Cola Freestyle machine. I'll gladly wait in line for the chance to try cherry diet coke, strawberry sprite zero, and all of the other hundreds (thousands?) of drink possibilities.

Consistent and they have great vegetarian options! Not too expensive either. They just added Whole Wheat tortillas for quesadillas. I wish they would do the same for soft tacos!! My family has been visiting this location on a regular basis for about a year now. We love it. The cookies are yummy. The cheese dip is just right. The chips are not too heavy, great taste. If I could change anything, I would have them add organic veggies to their menu. That would easily make them a five star restaurant for me. My only complaint is that they waste a lot of plastic. They should definitely have some kind of recycle bin next to where they keep recycling their plastic baskets.

Moes copy cat and I don't like Moes! Three tacos, cheese dip and chopped tomatoes with cilantro sold as salsa for $24 is a little crazy even for east Cobb. Especially when the food was mushy, steak taco like leather. Won't do that again....

Strangely addicting and much better in my opinion than Moe's or Chipotle. This location is also better than a few of the others I've tried. They don't skimp on chips and the Coca Cola Freestyle machine is great.

For quick tex-mex cuisine, fair priced and quick service. The food is above average but by no means fine mexican dining.

Eh, so-so. We went to this location recently for a late-ish dinner and it was quite busy. The employees were being rather frantic and a bit snippy. They were rushing us along through the line; I had trouble telling them what I wanted because of this. The food was a little bland. I think I'll stick with the Moe's on Johnson's Ferry from now on.

No reviews for this Willy's? Heresy! Maybe its because of the long, unintelligible headline. Willy's Mexicana Grill Inc Llc? Yawn... It's a Willy's dammit! In E. Cobb and most other ATL area locales, you have a choice. Willy's, Moe's or maybe a Chipotle. Using an elementary school math analogy, Willy's (yelp no likey the arrow symbol. Grrr...) Moe's, and might be =Chipotle. Get your burrito jones fixed here. If the chips are fresh and thin, try not to overload on them while you drive home, explaining to the family that "they just didn't give me that many this time." Sample from the salsa bar. Burp. Be happy with your above average burrito, that no one shouts a catch phrase when you walk in the door, or gives you the surly "I'm only here until the band makes it big" attitude.
