It's pretty sad when a chain restaurant is better than most local pizzeria's. Every time I have had pizza from Marco's I have been impressed. You are actually able to get a nice thick, airy dough that isn't super dense like the Sicilian style pizza that is served around here. Just wish you could an extra large pizza thick crust pizza.

Completely forgot to write my review when we ordered delivery so here it goes.... 1. Service Since we ordered online we bypassed a lot of the fuss. I did wind up calling, however, to get clarification on the cheese and sauce. The person that answered was very polite and did their best to answer questions. 2. Selection Typical chain pizza fare. Nothing really stands out. 3. Quality I really had high hopes; we tried their pizza awhile back in another state and liked it but what we had was not the same. The dough was very bland and needed seasoning. The cheese tasted like plastic, which is typical of mass produced cheeses. Pepperoni was also very unflavorful, even missing that yummy grease which makes it all that much better. 4. Price Compared to others the price was good but the massive hit to flavor makes it seem as if it's priced way more than it's worth. 5. Overall If there was a separate rating for service, that'd be a 5, but since there isn't, the only option here is a 2. Again, in our case, excellent service, but the overall taste and quality impression was really poor. There are other locales with much better options at this time. This review will be updated after a while, curious to see if in our case it was some sort of business decision that hurt the food and was later revoked.

I waited after a few visits to this location to leave a review. After today I just had to leave one! I was nearby and it was 1140 am. Marco's opened at 11 am. I walked in and noticed one employee. She looked up and said hello as she was stocking the lettuce etc. I had a seat. I took out my laptop, logged in and waited. I watched as the girl continued to do what appeared to be prepping the store for opening. It had already been open for 40 minutes though. I was very hungry and somewhat amazed that this girl still had not at least walked up to my table to see if I at least wanted a soda. I waited for another few minutes then decided to call it a day. I packed up my laptop and walked out. It is a shame since the inside of the restaurant is pretty nice for a little pizza place. They even have outdoor seating. As I mentioned I have been to this location a few times. I have never had a good "dine-in" experience. Each visit the staff was very slow to take my initial order if they took it at all. On a previous visit I had walked in, sat down and after several minutes I had to walk to the counter to make my order. There was only one other person eating in at that time. I don't see what the big disconnect is here. Why do the employees have such a difficult time. I would definitely recommend a change in management. There is obviously little or no training in the area of customer service. There is another Marco's nearby in Suwanee that I get take-out from and their staff is always on the ball. I do not recommend you dine-in here.

If I managed this restaurant, I wouldn't let my drinkers take the best parking spots, so customers have to walk farther. Hugged the line so tight, my SUV couldn't get next to it.

Nine people walked in to this AWESOME restaurant.... All the workers were standing around being confused about who order what and who us making what... Seriously...?!? Took 45 minutes to make 6 subs and the rest in pizzas, unprofessional staff, and simply unorganized place of work. As the manager was showing his tatoos to his employee's instead of working... Wow seriously one of the best place to order food/pizza.

Considering that the location is still fairly new, cooking and waiting times are better than usual. NO ONE ELSE'S pizza is even COMPARABLE to Marco's, although my personal favorite is the Turkey Club bravo. I work and live nearby and they always deliver promptly to my family at home AND they're excellent when I drop in with an order to pick up during my short break at work. The staff is always smiling and the food is always exactly as ordered. The management are not the type to challenge the customer if every need isn't met. Overall I'm very satisfied with their service and glad to have them in the area!!!

Walked in a stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 4 young girls working at the counter would not even acknowledge me much less smile. I also observed several people waiting not getting what they ordered as the orders were screwed up. Needless to say I walked out. I will not be giving this place my time or money.
