So, I don't usually write reviews on fast food but I wouldn't call this "fast food" by no means considering we cancelled the order after an hr and 20 min and we still didn't have it. Scott was the mgr this day and I placed the order at 3:03, as of 4:23, we still did not have a pizza, nor was it on the way either. Scott was unapologetic and didn't seem like he even cared. I am so surprised because this is MY Dominoes that I always orders from and I have never waited so long especially to not even get a pizza, not even on a Friday or Sat night. EPIC FAIL DOMINOES!!

Slowest Dominos EVER!!! I have ordered from Domino's many times in the past and always had pretty good service. This location was horrible, the middle of the week and it took almost 2 hours to get our order. By that time we received the incorrect order it was past the kids bedtime and everyone was starving. We called halfway through the 2 hour ordeal and the unapologetic person on the other end said it would be 15 more minutes which turned into an hour. If you want cheap pizza look elsewhere.

I use to work at this location. It was ran terrible. I can't recall the numerous customers calling and complaining. The drivers were stoned out losers and the people that worked on the inside didn't give a crap. I remember walking in for a shift and having a customer out raged and ready to walk out the door. I stopped her and asked her what was wrong. My co-worker next to me had taken her order and pretty much messed it up didn't send it through and chose to ignore her. He was a creep also offered to buy me a soda. CREEP. I will never forget hearing her say,"WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY I PAYED YOU DUMB F**KS I AM WALKING OUT BYYYE BYEE." Don't bother going here. They don't care.

Over 90 minutes to get pizza. This never happens when we get delivery from Pizza Hut or Papa Johns where its usually in our home in 30 minutes or less. When the pizza finally arrived, the cheese had solidified as if the pizza had been sitting out on the counter for 30 minutes. According to their on-line progress meter, it took about 45 minutes after they took it out of the oven to deliver it. That's totally unacceptable. Will never order from this Domino's ever again. We will stick with Pizza Hut or Papa Johns or even Marco's Pizza.

The consensus from a large group trying several pizzas... Can we vomit and start over? We haven't had Dominoes in years, but there is no way it was this bad. Thus it makes me think it was this location. Some kind of funky lemon salt on the crust. Even the kids wouldn't eat it. Now that says something (more than this review).

I mean... it's pizza... You can't really mess up... but runny cheese? Weird crust??? Bleh. Price wasn't a problem because pizza normally isn't really expensive, but papa johns could have given me a better pizza.

The best pizza team in town! I'm a regular but I must say, they always remember me and the food is amazing! The entire staff is always the best!

I love pizza. Love it. But this just isnt doing it for me. I decided that last night, after fighting with myself over what I wanted to get to eat, I would get some pizza. Now normally I get Pizza Hut's Pizza Mia, Papa Johns, or Alessios (The closest mom and pop style pizza to me) but I figured why not try Dominos since its been a minute since I had them. I went in and placed my order, and the girl said about 15 minutes, so I went next door and had a beer at El Azteca. Went back, and found it they forgot it, and itll be another 15 minutes. Now I work in a restaurant so I know this sort of thing happens, but when I do it to people I at least offer them something, like a drink on me or something. But nothing for me from them. The breadsticks I got were pretty good, but the pizza wasnt. The cheese was runny, and not in a good way, if thats possible. However eating their pizza cold isnt too bad. But I would probably spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else next time.

If you're like us in this tough economy, then splurging for a delivery pizza is at best a once-in-a-month occurrence and one filled with eager anticipation. But after the two large, next-to-nothing-toppings pizzas arrived at our home the night of June 2, 2009 from Dominos on Haynes Bridge Road (next to El Azteca in the Publix shopping center) we'll NEVER order from this location again. Dominos totally skimped on the toppings - TOTALLY SKIMPED. And this isn't the first time they've bamboozled us and our neighbors here in Glastonbury. But I can promise you it's the LAST. We even CALLED the store after placing our order online to verify the toppings and asked them to lay out the "extra cheese" on top of the veggies so they don't wilt in the oven and have that over-cooked aftertaste. in fact, we said we wanted it covered up on top like the way Fellinis in Atlanta preps its veggie pizzas - lay down the toppings FIRST, then cover THOSE with the EXTRA cheese. Come on, EVERYONE'S heard of Fellinis Pizza. But not our Dominos guy, he admitted freely! That's like a car salesman having never heard of Aston Martin. I just cannot imagine the lowest common denominator in society now being SO low that a person can't even follow a simple phone-in request. And THEN have the nerve to defend the two boxes of crap that arrived at our doorstep. At any rate, we thought we'd give these guys a second chance after they skimped on us once before last year. We were just really hungry Sure enough, though, it was more of the same. And much less than what we originally ordered. Unless you like getting ripped off, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
